Love this outlet because it have a lot of different stores. By far best service I found in Jockey store. I usually don’t remember names but this time I did her name is Karen and she was outstanding definitely knows her job. Karen make my day I would definitely come back here she got my trust in knowing what is good and comfortable for women.

Don’t visit this place in a Black Friday sale event, unless you want to stay stuck in traffic for hours and hours. This place has one way in and one way out.

We are visiting Minnesota. The outlet was very enjoyable. The area is very clean and feel safe. Really great sales are going on. I got some new shoes at the Skechers for only $39. They are having a buy one get half off the next pair, so my husband got a pair too. Minnesota is pristine and people care about the environment. Really enjoying our stay.

The toilet was closed before the stores and my daughter and I wanted to use rest room and we were not able to. I wish cleaning crew come after hours. Otherwise we had a great time

I'm not typically one to write a review, let alone a negative one. However, I feel compelled to share my experience from Black Friday this year. What was supposed to be a quick trip to check out some shoe deals (none of the prices were appealing enough to consider a purchase) turned into a 3 and a half hour ordeal stuck in the parking lot due to gridlock. There were no traffic police present to manage the poorly designed parking situation. I understand that it's Black Friday and traffic is expected to be heavier than usual, so I was somewhat prepared for what I might encounter. However, being trapped in that chaotic parking lot without any system to facilitate exiting was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. There's only one road leading into the mall, and the same road is the only exit. You can imagine how nightmarish it becomes on a day filled with 'deals' and every parking spot taken. I would like to say that I'll return to this outlet mall, as I believe it's a good shopping destination overall. Yet, it's hard to support a place that fails to recognize its parking issues, especially when it does not provide adequate support for the public on the busiest shopping day of the year. The absence of police (which is bizarre considering the increased risk of shoplifting), lack of traffic control, and spending three hours in the parking lot (only if you're assertive enough to cut through traffic and find a way out) were major drawbacks. I say this to hopefully have the Albertville higher ups fix this issue going forward because I'd imagine I wasn't the most upset person leaving this place.

Converse store had everything 50% off the days prior to Christmas then nothing is on sale the day after Christmas. They did this so shoppers have to pay extra money to exchange or get different items if their gifts didn’t work out. Intentionally manipulative!On the other hand the North Face store is a true outlet and has some really great deals! Pricing is relatively consistent. No bait and switch like converse.

Used to be a really good place for shopping but lots of outlets have closed now. From the ones open, only few had good deals. Hopefully, reopening after covid brings back the business and the retailers make profit again.

Terrible signage, if you miss the exit from the east you are toast, literally add 30 minutes to your night.Sales would double in this place with better advertising and signs, seemingly part ghost town except for Lululemon which seems to be packed day and night.

It has a little bit of everything sad thing is it's a dying trend the mall thing ! As long as it's still here I'll still go though. Don't recommend 5 guys . I've made a better burger !

An aging outlet mall. Many stores were not open when i was there. The parking lot is full of potholes and the planters are degrading. There was trash strewn around in the parking lot as well. Not what it once was.

Old outlet mall with half of it empty. Best store we went to was Eddie Bauer. Some of the others seemed to have really outdated merchandise that no one would want and some others were still over priced.

Terrible!! Absolutely no traffic control, We were stuck in the parking lot for 2 hours. For a failing mall that's pretty much failing apart you would think they would at least try to make it enjoyable and usable

Lots of stores to explore. Guys, be sure to check out mall on east side of Labeaux Ave, there's a tool store full of cordless tools! ! ! Ladies, check out the deals at the Kate Spade store on the west side of the highway.

I used to come shopping here when I was a kid and decided to check it out again. Let's just say if your coming from Wisconsin, it isn't worth the drive unless you are looking for purses. There are quite a few vacant buildings (reference picture). The Starbucks was out of a lot of product and many stores didn't have that great of deals. There has been some vandalism and maintenance decided to just caution tape the broken window and leave the glass on the sidewalk. Such a disappointment!

Not like it used to be. Albertville was our go to place for a fun shopping day and great bargains. Now half the mall is closed and falling apart and the other half is filthy, with overflowing garbage cans and litter everywhere. Bargains are very few and far between and it's not fun anymore. I wonder when the whole mall will finally shut down because it's obvious that no money is being invested anymore.
