Appreciate having Ace close to home, without having to run to the big box store….unless of course they are out of what is needed. Love having the UPS drop off available. Just wish the dark haired lady working wouldn’t act like she hates her job. A few times dropping off packages, her body language suggests it’s a huge inconvenience for her. Poor customer service on her part.

Showed up today with my trailer to pick up a @EGOPowerPlus 52" z6. @Lowes offers a military discount for my family's service... Figured the local Ace would do the same. Negative. Would have rather shopped at a locally owned store but Left empty handed due to the lack of military discount. (Edit: Its not just that... I presented the price difference, and they wouldn't even try. I was in the store literally begging "Can we do anything to keep me out of a big box store?" ) just having someone work with me would have been enough for me to stay and even pay MORE to keep the business with a local store. But they refused to do anything. I'm not blaming anyone specifically, but perhaps looking at the policy would be beneficial.I've got the mower on order from Lowes, there is still time to cancel my order Lets figure something out.

They are running modified hours right now that I don't think is accurate on google, but regardless my experience was still great. I was greeted when I walked in by the cashier and a sales associate. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I was in and out in a couple minutes. Very helpful staff and great variety of products.

Nice store with a wide selection. Fairly priced. I’m not sure if I fit a stereotyped group of people or what but it gets irritating being watched as I shop. If I need help, I’ll ask for help. No, I’m not going to steal. Employees should allow customers some peace as they shop. I like to look at EVERYTHING when I go into a store. That must be suspicious.

Great store. Lots of items stocked and very helpful crew. Shockingly had furnace repair parts in inventory so I was able to get my heat running again on a Sunday.

Thank goodness for the one Ace store in my area...old school hardware store with pretty much everything you can't find at the big box stores...excellent knowledgeable staff and very helpful...compare that to the big box store of employees that avoid contact at any consequence and you'll know why you made the trip here.

I called this store, looking to get specialty keys made. Even though they did not carry what I needed, they have me the name of another local business that did. I was able to get the key blanks I needed, bring them to Ace, and have them cut in less time than I had spent trying to locate them online. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Every step of my interaction with them was pleasant. I'll certainly be back!

So happy to have a hardware store with a “hometown” feel near by. They always have such a nice, wide variety in the products I am looking for. I needed to exchange a snow scoop(shovel) and it was such a smooth process. The gal told me to go grab the one I wanted. By the time I got back she already had the receipt from my previous purchase printed out and it was a quick swap. Today I went in to browse for flower pots. Nice variety in all sizes. AND they even hve snow scoops for toddlers. (So I snagged one of those as well. AWESOME!

Stay away from this store! Nobody cares a hoot!! I ordered online uppand paid, item was supposed to be in stock, but wasn't and NOBODY cared. Not a single "Sorry" or apology or recognition that I'd just driven a long way to that particular store. So-called workers there are more like zombies. Stay away.

They have great customer service and that is why I shop there! Purchased an Ego Blower in August and had an issue with it not starting. They replaced it no questions asked with a new one from the floor. Always helpful and friendly.

From little plumbing widgets to wood for my smoker they have everything. When you can't find it the staff is ALWAYS helpful and very nice. You may pay a few cents more than the big box places, however the staff knowledge and being able to get in and out with what you need in minutes makes a very small premium well worth it.

I would have given a 5 had I not been condescended to by a middle aged woman in the checkout when asking the location of a product for which I had just called, to confirm it was indeed in inventory. "It's probably sold out!" Then went on to banter about my poor timing for such a product for 50 seconds before I could explain that I had just called and checked. Once I did explain, she was frustrated I had been polite and not cut her short. Lol! She's just not a fit for customer service or was having a very lousy day. Everyone, absolutely everyone else that served me that day, or has ever helped has been top-notch. I really like the service driven attitude of the older gentleman. How they do things reminds me of how service used to be 40 years ago. Friendly, respectful and educating.

The old lady with the black hair at the register is ALWAYS rude, I come in at least 3 times a week and it never fails that she has a snarky attitude and heaven forbid I interrupt her on her phone.Otherwise all other workers are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and have most things you need.

For the past 2 years I've had several small projects to do around my house.. everytime I need a tool, parts or paint my experience has been 5 star! Before we even pass by the registers someone is always there asking what they can help me find. Walking us right to where we need to be and talking me through the project; offering helpful advise! The staff always greets you as you enter, asking what they can help you find, and they always bring you right to what you're looking for. Their selection is just as good as big box stores, but in a much smaller footprint. I commonly get more done in 3 minutes here than 15 minutes at a big box store.

Stopped here to get some duplicate keys made and the associate was incredibly skilled and helpful. The keys work even better than the original. They have an excellent selection of hardware and household items also. Always a good experience here.

This is the best hardware store I have been to, they have everything you’ll need especially for plumbing. Their veteran employees can answer all you’re questions but I was surprised that they’re high school/college age employees know everything as well.I’ve been finishing our basement over the past month and stop here about once every other day, they’ve always had what I needed.

Large selection of hardware in the store. They were able to match 6×58 mm allen head bolts 🔩 for a snowmobile exhaust valves. Staff was helpful

I Like this ACE the best! It's closer to home and has way more to choose from. The other 2 ACE's I've been to aren't as organized as this one is. Plus the employees there are very friendly and helpful 😀
