I have shopped at Dunham's forever I have kids that were in sports grandkids at times I drop five six seven hundred dollars in this store and I wanted to return a kayak carrier thing I had gotten and never used and when I called to ask them that they said that I couldn't return it without my receipt I like I said have been a long time Shopper there I give my phone number every time so I know they have a record of the sales to me and they flat out wouldn't do anything about it I just think that's really poor customer service and will never shop there again

Got delayed firearm for 3 weeks still going because of there policy waiting for check before transfer niccs taking sweet time they have 30 days instead of 3 business days never buy a gun there again bad place

staff do not watch the front register.they lure you in with 20% coupon on an item but if its on sale it doesnt work. the funny part is when the item is on sale its the same as any competitors normal price. employees and managers will text each other to be sneaky in attempts to avoid doing a return. the product i bought was missing parts and i was from out of town and they did not seem like they wanted to do a return when it was only 6 days old. manager walks away from register with remarks.

I wanted to purchase a pistol today and an employee told me the State of MN does not allow the sale of cheap weapons because it insites crime! Really? Since when would me buying a $159 pistol cause more crime? I hate being lied to by anyone, much less a sales person just because I am a woman!

Had a product we used and found out we didn’t not like. They would not refund us or offer us any type of reimbursement.Walmart, Target and Amazon’s customer service has ruined me I guess. As a customer it’s nice to shop at a place that will accept a return of a product that customers aren’t happy with so the customers can shop with confidence.Dunham’s clearly doesn’t operate by this principle.

Great place for hunting gear an excellent prices you can get from Target's to crossbows 2 actual bows bullets other other clothing for women and for children golf supplies and many more have to see for yourself in order to understand what I'm saying but they do have great promo deals and sales

Poorest service i have seen looked like one person in the store that was working there i was back at the shoes for a half hour and nobody came looked around and didn’t see anyone around so I left and bought my shoes at another store

Went in to buy Twins shirts for the game tonight. End of season clearance rack. Bought 4 shirts. 1 came up as in clearance even though all 4 shirts were on the same rack. Deceptive.
