Decent selection of items, they're good about removing expired items from shelves (or selling it as discounted) and keeping things stocked on shelves.The lanes of the isles are small (I found other reviews mentioning this as well). Unreasonably small, and I hear people complain about it when I am just trying to snag my item. I get that they wanted to capitalize on space, but...I feel like maybe it's not ADA guidelines...Anywho, decent enough store. Good selection.

I appreciate that the Big Lots store opened in Albert Lea, it is so nice to have another option of stores to shop at. My only complaint is the tight quarters. The rows, the aisles, oh my gosh, too small. You can just barely get two carts through in most spots and that's if you're lucky enough to get a friendly person that you're crossing paths with. It makes it difficult to relax and enjoy yourself.

Went to store to do morning errands.. 1030 and place was still locked and not open... can't get business when you don't open the doors...

Always have loved Big Lots since I was young! Very depressing on how expensive they have become though! Not really worth the hour drive don't buy that much due to high prices 😕

Big lots is new to the town. Store is beautiful and clean. Workers are polite always. Lots of choices at low prices.

Wasn’t too impressed with the gal that was working at the register, she was higher than a kite!. Had to repeat my email for a rewards card 3 times and it was still wrong.
