First time visiting this location, very nice people and LOTS of clothing, decor, kid's, pet items, accessories, etc. Not a lot of bikes to check out but the amount of clothing made up for the lack of bikes in my opinion (I own enough of those already). A good size place with lots to choose from and though the pricing isn't ”bargain” by any means, the coupons help if you use them.

We came here from Mpls, just to check out the selection of clothing. It's huge! The sales people are super attentive and quickly offered us a little scratch off, to get a discount 😉. We came too late and I rushed through, but we'll definitely be back in the near future!!

This dealership has a huge selection of clothing and accessories. The service person checking us out had horrible customer service skills and put a bad taste in our mouth. She made us feel like we were second-class and couldn't afford our purchases! Not sure we will be back after being a customer for over 6 yrs!

I call Bergdale My candy store. I have brought 3 motorcycles off them and will continue to do business with them for as long as I can. They have an awesome selection of motor clothes and other accessories. Keith the salesman is great to work with. Klysen the mechanic will answer any questions I have and the girls on the front counter always greet me with a smile and a hello. The parts guys always help me out with what ever accessories i want. I wrote this a a week ago. I just brought my 4th bike off them

I stopped in briefly just to check the place out. I was greeted friendly and felt welcome. The store was clean and I liked the open layout. I chatted with another customer about bikes and browsed the clothing. I didn't buy a bike or anything so I can't comment on the sales staff or process of making a purchase but the gal at the clothing counter and everyone I interacted with was nice. I would definitely go back again.

I pulled in from Sturgis late at night with the lights flickering and a dead battery, the next morning the service department diagnosed the problem as a grounded stator with the part being obsolete per HD, they charged up my bike, only charging me $75.00! I made it home the next day. I agree with all the reviews, excellent service, knowledgeable mechanics, and friendly people but I want to talk about the Gazebo, my friends and I have used it for many years (decades)as a landmark, a place to meet. It is well known among the night riders, the solo long distance riders, running I90 to Sturgis and back without stopping. A place to seek shelter from the rain, catch a quick nap, get parts, service, food from several restaurants , hotels, gas stations and grocery stores in walking distance. Knowledge learned is useless unless it is shared, and this post is for the young bikers, still keeping to the old ways, this is a good place to stop on your travels.

Great staff and lots of clothing and accessories. Really liked seeing wounded warrior items and donations from profits. Fun holiday ornament raffle for fundraising as well. Staff offered us a promotional coupon that we did use same day on our purchase.

I live in Rochester. This is easily and by far my go-to dealership. I will ride or drive the hour trip without hesitation. The store is open seven days a week. The service shop, especially John, is my most trusted vendor for upgrades and regular service. Last winter I asked for apes on my street glide. They went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I wanted when I was describing something ridiculous by accident. While the number of bikes for sale is usually small, being treated well by service and retail will keep me coming back for big and small needs. By the way, they stock clothing and boots more than any other store in the area. Great place to try things on!

The lady's that was working the floor was very helpful and nice. My wife was very pleased with how they took what she was buying and put it up on the counter so she could continue shopping and not have to carry it through the store. Very easy to deal with both service and sales. Did some add ons a couple months after I bought the bike, had service install. They even changed the oil for free because they were not 100% positive it was done before I bought it. I’m 90% sure it was but I didn’t mention anything to them, they took it upon themselves to do it. I’ve got no complaints with them, will be back for more

By far my favorite Harley store in the area. Open 7 days a week and has about anything that you can think of. Staff are incredible to work with, even though them gals seem to be good at filling your cart up with more than you need!! I don't think I've ever seen a dealer with more merchandise. Keith is an awesome salesman and Mark and John are great with parts and service

I stopped here on my Ride from Marysville WA to Ann Arbor. Nicest, friendliest redhead helped with my purchases. Since Alicia(so?) was so nice the first time, I stopped on my ride home to buy a good friend a shirt from here, all because of her. Of all the Harley shops I stopped at(Washington-Rhode Island) Bergdale was my best stop. Thanks for the great experience at your shop, I’ll definitely stop here on my next adventure.

I bought a 3 pouch faring bag and a few other things from that store and didn't have room for the packaging of the faring bag to fit in my saddle bags so I left the packaging with the sales person at the counter and and now they won't let me return it because I don't have the original packaging and it doesn't fit my bike. Definitely won't ever shop here again!

Awesome selection of clothing and HD merchandise. Very well organized and displayed. Even has a decent selection of Women's sizes. I saw HD merchandise I haven't seen any where else. Kim was very courteous and helpful. She even double checked to make sure we checked out the clearance room before we left. I would definitely stop by here again the next time I am in the area.

We spend six months a year in Albert Lea and are in Bergdale regularly. Mike in Service is helpful and knowledge. The owner Duane is a great person and good salesperson. The do events and "feeds" almost every weekend too. It's a family friendly atmosphere too. Stop in and check to see if you like it too. We think you will.

I have always found Bergdale staff extremely friendly and easy to work with. It all started with Kristin, who sold my wife and I our first bike. From then on we've had nothing but good experiences with both service and sales staff. I have since purchased another bike and countless $$ of merchandise there without one complaint. Parts department is knowledgeable and steers me in the right direction with parts and advice.
