Last year I moved (back) to the old family farm, and as a anyone can imagine, its a never-ending project! The store has no dearth of parts, plumbing, electrical, or tools (or candy for that matter). Great atmosphere, great prices, great people!

Bought an expensive Maytag washer and had it delivered. The washer wouldn't spin clothes dry. When I contacted Jake at hardware store to make it right, he wanted to give me phone numbers of repairmen. He was rude and dismissive. Said their store is backed by Whirlpool and I'd have to deal with Whirlpool.Don't waste your good money buying appliances from these thieves.

The employees will bend over backward to help. Joel, the owner, is an excellent source of info for common household repair q's. They have a good stock of hardware items and are reasonably priced. Because the service is so good I go out of my way to give them my business.

Thought about going to Baxter to get the appliances that we needed but found the mom and pop hardware store. How greatly I was surprised on the ability of the owner and there employees that are always weing to help me with all my hardware needs and even took care of my old appliances for me with no additional cost to me with free delivery. Thank you for being in the Neighborhood. You all saved me time, money with little to no aggravation. How refreshing 😍
