Thank you so much for having the Pex plumbing fittings in stock that we needed. Also, a HUGE thanks for offering the free flags for Memorial Day. We were geocaching at the New Groningen cemetery and found a few World War 1 graves that did not have flags at them. We came back and picked up a few to place at the markers. I went into the store to get a small tarp to put over my wife's new washer and dryer. I am partially paralyzed with my legs. I walk with 2 cains. It started to rain. Two of there employees offered to get the tarp over them and get them secured. They were soaked. That was a huge help. Great people. Thank you so much !!!

I needed a lock for my storage unit, where I could have four keysI picked out a lock and Jim was very helpful in determining if they could create a new key. He tested a key and it did work. Consequently I bought the lock and two extra keys.I really appreciated the excellent customer service. I look forward to returning for my next need.

Always helpful! Their assortment of screws and bolts is incredible. Always clean and nicely organized. Someone generally greets you right away and if you're on the hunt for a certain item, they're more than happy to get you right to it. Not pushy, not fussy or know-it-alls (although generally they do know it all...), seems like a happy crew. Happy crews=happy customers.

I really like Zeeland Ace Hardware! The staff is friendly & helpful & knowledgeable! When I have questions, they have the answer & guide me to products that best fit my needs.If I go to other stores, there is no one to help you & if you ask questions they rarely know how to answer!Customer service is a lost art in most places but Ace Hardware is all about customer service!

Customer service at this locating is serious lacking.I have an warranty problem with an EGO backpack blower, quit working, contacted EGO and they recommended I bring it to this location. Left it with one of their representatives, Saturday October 29th, 2022 with a letter from EGO. I asked for a claim check, they stated no claim check needed. I was promised a call on Monday, no call. I called Tuesday, late in the day, they explained that the services is performed by another shop, and he was going to call them and get back to me Wednesday midday. Guess What ? - No call. Today is now Thursday November 3rd, 2022 and still no call. This is unacceptable customer service.I finally have an answer I called them, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. t may be ready today!JET

The store is very clean and the staff is very nice and efficient. They're also very good at finding what you need if one person doesn't know they find someone who does for you. Things are a little expensive but you get what you pay for here

Ordered a grill off Ace's website that included assembly and delivery. Website informed me that delivery would be Monday (after Father's Day). While I had hoped that delivery would be before Father's Day, it wasn't a big deal.To my surprise, the grill was delivered today (Thursday)! Thank you Ace Hardware Zeeland for exceeding my expectations.

I love this store!!! During this difficult time I think it's forgotten how this affects not only the business but the family who owns the business. Zeeland Ace Hardware has been part of our community for as long as I can remember, family owned and run. Both of my daughters worked there while they were in high school, were always encouraged to do sports and were given schedules to work around those activities. They were treated kindly and respectfully. I'm sure they are dealing with challenging schedules due to the Covid virus, forcing none of their employee's to work if they don't feel safe and comfortable and respectfully, letting them make their own personal decision on whether to wear a mask or not. This family has not only worked tirelessly keeping their doors open, they have done it with a smile and friendly helpful service every single time I have been there! I will not go to big box stores if they have what I need, ever! This is a time for supporting our local small businesses, this is a time for supporting our community! My 5 Star rating is based on the business, the customer service, the products sold, the stores cleanliness, frequency of visiting the store and availability.

Always have wanted to and did support this local owned business before going to bigger box stores but very disappointed to see that no employees are wearing masks. No shield put up between customers and employees at check out and watched the cashier check out the individuals one right after another in front of me and never once did they use hand sanitizer between customers. It seems very purposeful that they are running things as "normal" unfortunately these aren't normal times. Even if they don't agree with all the changes , it would be nice if they understood that some of their customers (at least the ones wearing masks) would feel better if they took at least some measures to help prevent the spread of this virus.

I go to Zeeland Ace often because it's close to home. I usually have pretty good service. Today I went for weed killer and soil. Nate was over the top helpful! I always try support local before big box. Nate reminded my why today!

They have a very nice selection and can special order things that they don't stock. I've made many purchases there and they ave a very helpful staff. I love my Weber charcoal grill purchased from there at a very competitive price.

The people that work here are always so helpful and polite. The store is clean and organized and the employees know where everything is located. Several customers came in ssking where something was located and the cashier knew every time. I kept waiting for someone to stump her but it didnt happen while I was there.

After several visits to Lowe’s and Menards where literally not one person offered to help us. Two girls looking for a chainsaw for Dad...called Ace and literally stepped into a different dimension where we were greeted, we were assisted and options were explained, he even put gas and oil in the chainsaw and fired it up for us to make sure it worked. Holy cow! I forgot what it felt like to actually experience customer service. I will always go to ace first. They are fantastic. Zeeland store was the best! If you want to be treated like trash and like it’s some kind of privilege to hand over your hard earn money to a bunch of untrained, unhelpful, and ungrateful slobs, feel free to continue with the “Lowe’s and menards” experience, if you want to be treated like you are a valuable customer whether your buying a $200 chainsaw or a $1500 shed, go to Ace.

I really like this Ace Hardware. The people are friendly and have helped us many times with paint when we moved in and repainted everything. Nice and close and convenient if you need to pick up a few items for a project.
