Today, I went to drop off a FedEx package. Went to the photo department like I always do.There was an older lady behind the counter. I politely told her I had a FedEx drop off. She looked at me like I was dumb and said FedEx is over their. I asked her where, and she pointed to a FedEx cabinet. I was like, ok, walked over to the cabinet. Thinking I had to put the box in the cabinet, I opened it. She screamed across the store, "sir your not allowed in the cabinet."When I walked to the cabinet, she was still behind the counter. What was I supposed to do just stand in front of the cabinet?Looking confused, I said this is where you told me to go. She sarcastically said your package has to be scanned first. Like F me for not reading your mind.Number 1: This all could have been avoided with more communication. You basically told me nothing of the process and pointed at the cabinet.Number 2: why couldn't you just scan my package at the counter and take my package? Like everyone else has.Number 3: The cabinet had a lock on it. How about you lock it if you don't want people opening it.She was very rude and clearly hates her life and Job and I feel sorry for you, but don't take it out on your customers and how about you do your job. I seriously hope she is not a manager. They need to retrain their staff or just get new ones.This experience made me want to avoid this place all together, I'll just take my package to FedEx from now on.

Here’s a novel idea, hire more people for your pharmacy so you don’t have to actually close for lunch when people want to pick up the prescriptions.

Went to pick up a prescription 6 hrs after it was sent to them from the doctor, they told me it would be ready in 30-40 minutes. I went back 90 minutes later they said it would be ready in 30 more minutes, went back 90 minutes later still not ready. I will now have the doctors office sent it CVS tomorrow.

Associate would not accept a Fed EX package, stating they dont ship packages with a QR code. FED EX lists (as does Walgreens) that the store is a location where you CAN ship QR code packages. So frustrating. Either train the employees or change your website for the 5575 Byron Center Ave. location.

Favorite pharmacy so far! Nice and friendly. You can tell they care. Sally is wonderful! Got a personalized note on my prescriptions from her. Misty hooked me up with a free meter. Very happy!

Yikes. I left a good review for the pharmacy a week ago but have deleted it due to my follow-up experience with them. I made an appointment for a drive-thru Covid test on 4/6. Very easy process. They told me it could take up to a week for results. I called today (4/14) because I still do not have my results. The pharmacy told me that all other Covid tests from 4/6 have come back. When I access the patient portal for results (through Aegis Labs) it claims my sample hasn't been received. Are you joking? Someone must have made an "oopsie" and lost my sample, and doesn't want to admit it. What an absolute disgrace. I quarantined for a week for test results that never came.

Extremely rude, non-compassionate pharmacist and girl working drive up window.They were more concerned about getting of work then answering my questions about my meds. Between the pharmacist raising her voice at e and the eye rolls from the brat at the drive- up..I'm pretty disgusted. Go work at walmart.

They sell cigarettes upfront and they don’t like filling prescriptions until you show up, hell yeah my kind drugstore. Dispensaries make you guys look like garbage

Don’t use this place for western union 1st try lady went to get the manger. She said the manager was busy told me it would be at least 10 minutes I told her I would come back she said I should just go to family fare across the street I had some other things todo so I came back in 15 minutes manger comes walking out still chewing his food guess he was on break ask him to process my wester union and try’s to look me up by my phone number and says there’s no money waiting for you. I tell him I have the tracking number he said that’s not how we look you up.. went to family fare gave them tracking and left with my cash

I've been paying an $80 copay for my inhaler for years and just thought there was nothing that I could do about it. The first time I filled the prescription at this location Heather rang me up and told me that she found a coupon for it that brought the cost down to $0. And to add to that, the coupon will stay on my account so I'll continue to save money. Heather rocks!

The pharmacist here are awesome, and as someone on many long term medications they are always the most helpful in finding the most cost efficient ways to provide them and friendly every visit!

This pharmacy is the only pharmacy to always mess up my insurance making me have to wait for them to fix it, call the insurance, etc. it’s the only pharmacy I have this issue at.
