I see why this store has a 2 star rating. The store manager alison runs it like a 2 star walgreens. The lady with the beard always seems miserable, then projects it onto customers in line. I bet this walgreens is in line to shut down like the one on Division and 28th.

**changing my 3 star review to 1 star. After 3 FULL days of waiting and calling about the 4 photos I had printed, I finally talk to a real person for them to tell me my photos are ready. Pick them up a couple hours later and they are HORRIBLE. Blurry and cut off in odd places. Thanks for ruining my baby pictures. So disappointed.Usually I have a decent experience here but every time I order same day photos from this location, it's a problem. Today, I went in at 7am to get pictures printed off a CD. One of the machines wasn't working and the second was super slow. After 15 pain staking minutes of trying to put 4 pictures in my cart for standard 4×6 photos, I finally managed to check out. Notification told me it would be ready by 4pm today and to come pick it up when I got an email. Almost 5pm and no email, so I call only for no one to pick up in the photo department and to get transferred to someone else. That lady proceeds to tell me they ran out of the paper and it won't be ready until tomorrow night because their delivery truck will be coming late tomorrow. Any sort of communication about the delayed completion would have been nice. I was needing those photos for this evening... tomorrow they will be pointless. Now I have to go get them printed somewhere else. 🙄

Brought the kids in for vaccines. Jason was very friendly and good with them even though one kiddo was pretty scared.

I think people in pharmacy work hard and I am sure understaffed. I think their clinical flow could be adjusted to flex staff for vaccine rushes. Scheduling a vaccine appointment means nothing. You still wait an hour.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I've been going here for almost 8 months now and my prescription is late every single time. I've 3 times had to clarify that my insurance won't pay for the off brand version of my medication, and each time I get a pharmacist who gives me attitude after telling me I'm wrong and need to call my doctor. My prescription was sent in on 5/20 and just got filled today almost 2 weeks later for the 2ns time... will never send my prescription here again and will be telling others of my poor experience with this location.

Called in mid November to see if they had candy canes out. The guy on the phone wasn't sure and he said he would check. Came back on the phone a couple minutes later and said they have them. I drove over there and nothing. The clerk said " I THOUGHT we had some." He should have been fired on the spot.

Old lady with white hair likes to ease drop in your conversations in the bathroom, come in and proceed to nag us. How about you actually do you job instead of making fun of me and just listening to our convo. You’re weird.

I last minute ordered a photo book and the store had some printing issues. Allison went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final product. Would highly recommend for all of your photo needs!!

I've never had any issues with this store, but the layout is very strange - this is the only business I've ever walked into and accidentally ended up on the wrong side of the counter.I'd much sooner go to CVS.

Waiting over 5 hours for them to transfer my sons perscription, after finding out they don't accept molina health insurance. Now my son will have to wait another day if they ever transfer it at all. Garbage place, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
