This place has the most professional staff I've ever seen. I was just in, walked the the pharmacy for a pickup. And watched for about 10 minutes while this elder lady was screaming at the pharmacist for something out for their control. The lead pharmacy manager was so professional handling her nonsense. I believe the pharmacy managers name was Michael. That guy deserves a raise. Any Walgreens staff that sees this please tell him about this review. That guy deserves a medal after that nonsense.

One star is an exaggeration, I have not ran into one employee in the pharmacy including the pharmacist that doesn’t walk around with an attitude and god forbid they have to put a little effort into helping if something has a problem, went to get my daughters script and she has a second insurance which now became primary and they would NOT put the information in the system, my secondary wouldn’t pick up till primary was in, then they just wanted me to pay $95.00 when she has 2 insurances. They don’t show that they care at all, this is not my first issue with them but it is most definitely the last. I would never Recommend Walgreens in Wyaandotte to anyone

The store inventory is horrible, it is always out of stock of popular items. The shelves look full, but the few items they do have are spread out to the out of stock items spots. They do a good job of fronting everything. It's just an illusion. Come on management get your inventory on order!

Straight up refused to give me the new covid booster because they don't accept state insurance. But if i didn't have insurance they'd give it to me for free.

Worst pharmacy, was forced to use this pharmacy due to insurance. Moving from CVS to Walgreens is the worst headache. Customer service is absolutely horrible, being told that I need to call around to other Walgreens to find my prescription because it is out of stock at their pharmacy is absolutely uncalled for. I called them 7 days prior to make sure that everything was all set. But in fact nothing was set or switched over they completely dismissed the whole situation and lied. The staff is so unfriendly and takes out their anger on you. Please stay far away from this pharmacy.

Item on sale or was last week, I don't know or care. I bought according to the sticker price 1.99 , i wanted to buy a lot becauseof the sale price. When I noticed the mistake @ 3.49 I questioned it after sale was completed. She actually went back n tore the sale sticker off n said it wasn't there. When it was there, no 1.99 sticker in sight.So done with Walgreens pharmacy and now this scam.

I was having a much needed prescription called into the pharmacy. It was only an hour before they closed. Three minutes before they closed, someone from the pharmacy called me and said they knew by my address that I lived pretty close. If I Head up there right now I’d still be able to get my prescription. I got there about five minutes after they closed and they greeted me with a smile and got me my prescription. It may not have seemed like a big deal to them, but it’s a big deal when someone’s waiting for an important prescription. Thank you so much to the generous pharmacy team.

If I could give 0 I would. Went for a vaccine. Sat in area (that big arrow pointed to) 15 minutes before I finally asked what was going on. They then instructed me I needed to wait in line and I was sent to the back even after being there for a while (did I mention I'm very pregnant) . 2/3 pharmacy staff members were very impolite during the whole process. I waited 55 minutes before vaccine was administered to me. Left an hour after initial APPOINTMENT time...yes I even had an appointment. Called store to speak about experience and manager on duty was just as rude! Don't waste your time here.

Was told restroom locked up for security issues so I was not let in to use um when I'm almost peeing myself. Worse Walgreens store ever. No customer service. Plus I'm Mexican and only white workers so that's probably why I wasn't let in. #boicottbigbusiness

I was forced to use Walgreens pharmacy because of my insurance. Loved my cvs pharmacy in Target Woodhaven. Walgreens neglected to fill one of my prescription the other day when I picked up. Didn’t realize it till I got home. I went back two days later and told the clerk what I was missing. He looked it up and realized it was never filled so I’m thinking he’s going to tell me give him a few minutes and he get it together, atleast that’s how cvs use to, but No. He told me to give him about an hr and a half. SMH I hate that I’m forced to use Walgreens pharmacy.Just stopped to pick up RX again and one was missing. Came home, called there, sat waiting on hold for 15 min for the pharmacist to tell me my insurance don’t cover 30 day scripts it has to be 90. So they’ll apparently didn’t think it was important to reach out to myself or my Dr to let us know. Mind you though, my last script was a 60 day fill and no problem. I’m done with this place. Unfortunately I have to use Walgreens but it definitely won’t be this location no more. Just horrible service.

Was put on hold for several minutes just for them to pick up say hello and immediately hang up. I called back was on hold again and every so often I could hear them click over and then put me back on hold never saying anything just kept doing it. I do t know how this place is in business I called meijer not only did they pick up right away they took care of my situation in less time I was on hold for at Walgreens.

Do not go to this pharmacy, they are so rude every single time!Plus different rules apply as they deem necessary. My sister was told that she could not pick up my prescription even thought she had my license. The following week they told my bf, yes he could pick up my prescription as long as he had my ID.Week 2 they would not fill my prescription, so we asked for the script back. She gave some bogus reason why they couldn't fill my 10 pills. She then couldn't find my script, we watched from the drive thru. What a joke, she was going thru 3 plastic Tupperware bins. That is enough to stop me, this store is a mess.We drove to Meijer and what a difference. Bye bye Walgreens!!Tell your rude staff to just stay put!

I stopped by the clinic yesterday evening in need of a few immunizations. The pharmacy tech, Sam , made my DAY! She was resourceful and kind. In a somewhat stressful situation I was able to feel relieved. The pharmacist completed my shots and she was just as nice! Even the cashiers great you as you enter the building. Great customer service experience!

5 -31- 2022 .9:05 a.m. The short blond girl in the pharmacy is rude and unhelpful. I used the walgreens on telegraph and Joy for the last 10 years never had any real issues.The girl in wyandotte was useless. I'll take my business elsewhere and that's exactly what I'm going to do. The people on the front of the store were friendly and helpful, but like I said many times before: it only takes 1 idiot to sink a ship.

Hey everyone. Please avoid Walgreens on the corner of Fort St and Eureka. I've had the worst experience there multiple times at the pharmacy. The pharmacist themselves are great, the pharmacy staff has been rude, patronizing and demeaning. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with covid and all but it just keeps getting worse. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I like this store. I really do. The only reason why I’m giving it 1 star is because of the rude customer service I encountered today with one of your employees. She’s an elderly woman (not sure her name, it’s not on my receipt) who was a cashier around 5:50-6:10 time. I placed a pickup curbside order and she didn’t look for the order. It was under my last name (I didn’t know) and she didn’t even bother to ask what it was. I was buying stuff separately from my curbside order and the lady didn’t even give me a chance or asked if I had a Walgreens phone number to put in. Then when I mentioned that I did have a phone number and I wanted to pay with cash, she had an attitude about it. I didn’t say anything towards her because she’s not worth losing my energy or having an attitude about it. I hope this review helps instead 🙂

DO NOT TRUST MAKING APPT FOR COVID TEST OR VACCINE HERE!! I made appts for later in afternoon and when I got there they tell me an automated system shouldve contacted me to cancel because their systems are down! Well, yes I called and spoke with someone in pharmacy about the system not working properly earlier that day and that person kept transerferring me to the broken automated system lol knowing it wasn't working! When she could've cancelled my appts right then n there instead of wasting my time. I've shopped here a few times and never been treated as rudely as I was treated in pharmacy!

Constantly lose prescriptions and then when you ask for meds to be transferred to another pharmacy they hang up and are rude to other pharmacists and won't allow them to transfer. Then they lie over the phone saying no one called them.

I came in 01/06/22 and left around 7:05 pm. Unfortunately I did not get a name :( but the cashier was so so sweet. He was super funny and friendly, as someone who also works customer service I really appreciate his attitude because I know all too well it gets tiring these days. Keep up the great work dude.

Stopped by just as i do once a month but today was in a rush and just wanted to drop prescription off and pick up later. Was greated by nick p the pharmacist and he informed me very rudely that they didnt open until 9 it was 858. So i waited and he opened all the doors up just to ignore me and take care of 2 individual customers in the drive thru that pulled up after i was in line. Terrible service starts with just one employee. Dont like your job, find new very simple.

Got my covid vaccine here (2nd shot was on 5-9-21 around 1pm) everyone at Pharmacy was nice (let me get my shot 4 hrs early so I could go work some overtime) and answered any questions I had. Just wish it was more crowded with people getting shots in the arm....

Scheduled a COVID test for 9:30 this morning for my fiance. We sat in the drive thru for OVER AN HOUR. I rang the buzzer three times and was only acknowledged on the first time I rang with "I'll be with you in a minute!"... That was about 15 minutes into our wait *AT THE WINDOW*.45 MINUTES LATER and we decided that it would be faster to drive to JACKSON and get the test from her Primary Care doctor instead of water our time there getting death floated from every cat that whipped around us.Go to the Riverview location down the road. At least then you'll be seen by *someone* in the pharmacy.

Dont bother. They dont even know how to call and verify insurance. My husband works for a very big company and no other pharmacy has had a problem verifying our baller insurance. They cant even make a phone call? All set. This is day 4 of trying to get my medicine filled, by the way. I said never mind put them aside and I will go somewhere else.

I stood and waited about ten minutes to even be acknowledge at the pharmacy. I was the only one in line- they looked up at me but didn’t say a thing as I stood there at the counter for help. Really poor customer service.
