you guys need to figure out a different way to know if a customer is at the register. no reason i should be standing there for 10+ minutes. idc if you're stocking you need an alarm or buzz system not a "pig you squeeze" get a bell for the door, get a bell for the register. it's always so chaotic. during an event people are in and out and need supplies quickly, we have jobs etc...get this together. or the fact the cashier is always on a phone call?? the "manager" walked away in the middle of my transaction, didn't even type in my debit card pin before she was gone, this can easily lead to theft but they don't care

When this store first opened it was great! The shelves stayed stocked and organized. Lately, the cashier who works there 90% of the time is RUDE and LAZY. She sits slumped over the counter and continued a personal phone call on speaker about what they were making for dinner the whole time she cashed us out. She is so rude I won’t even shop when she’s working, rather walk right back out.

I usually have a good experience with the store and staff. There is one member that has made me and my sister uncomfortable and we mistakenly bought yogurt that was expired, but other than that it's a good atmosphere and they have everything we need.

Overall, super stoked that this finally opened & loved that it opened an hour earlier than the competitors right at the end of the same block. Today however was a disappointment- arrived at 8:12-8:14 a.m. only to find the store still locked and closed. Thank goodness Family dollar has altered their store hours for the holidays - guess I can go back to using them before AND after school for necessities before dragging my 10 month old out more times than necessary in the winter.Super disappointed this morning.

Great store…if the managers or employees could make it to actually open the store on time, it’d be great. Open at 8, be here at 8. Pretty easy….

Every time I visit this store, I find myself constantly waiting around for someone to come to the register, but when I finally did manage to get someone’s attention, the worker was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. It’s truly disappointing to see such lackluster service and appalling behavior from the staff.
