If I could give 0 stars I would. Meds are never ready when they are supposed to be. They don’t even pick up the phone most days, and are very rude! The store employees are nice & efficient though. I Wouldn’t Recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy!!🤦🏼‍♀️

I have no complaints. Nice selection. Open 24 hours. The cashiers are nice. I am so grateful that I have a place I can run to in the middle of the night when my printer 🖨️ runs out of ink.

I found Ali to be Very Helpful and understanding when working with me, as a new customer to CVS Pharmacy! Ali listened to my concerns and worked out a solution that suited both parties ! His people skills were very good and made me feel welcome! I felt like they wanted to help me, not just take the money 💰 and see you later! Nice Job Ali! Oh and they are open 24 hours a day! 7 days a week! Donte at the check out was very polite and friendly! I look 👀 forward to doing business with you and CVS Pharmacy. 👍

This place needs more help at pharmacy. There is always a long line like secretary of state. They have tons of people walking around but nobody comes to help the 1 cashier with a line of 10+ people. What a joke. Use any other pharmacy in the area and avoid this headache and frustration

After having to take my son to urgent care in a neighborhood I was unfamiliar with, they sent me to a CVS on Fort st. and I accidentally ended up here instead of the CVS I was suppose to go to. The staff was extremely helpful and got my sons prescription transferred over and filled so quick! I’m thankful to them! Thanks.

Be careful of this location. I visited this clinic for routine check-up. The Physician was Layla Brown. I was given an upfront price and told the amount due is the only charge I'd have to pay, which I paid at that time.A few weeks later I received a bill in the for nearly $700.00. I disputed the bill with the area manager and was told the charges will stand. Basically taking the expired Physician's word against my word. Note, Physician Layla Brown is no longer employed with CVS. I'll never use CVS again and beware of their Minute Clinic. Very unethical business practices, especially being in the health care field.

The Pharmacy is exceedingly slow. There are generally 5 or 6 people behind the counter vs the 2 or 3 that were at the southgate location that closed. I've been trying to pick up scripts but every time I go the line is down the aisle and it just doesn't move.Currently trying to get my scripts transferred to a different pharmacy

I don't ever write anything like this, but if you plan on going to the CVS at Fort & Northline do yourself a favor and don't. My dog accidentally got into something & the emergency vet told me to use peroxide to induce vomiting. We just moved to the area & I can't find my peroxide which is in a box somewhere, so I ran to CVS. This was at 11:45pm on 10/21. I am distraught so had my mom on speakerphone while I looked. There wasn't any on the shelf so I went up to an employee & asked her if she could help me. She told me first off to stop recording employees, and motioned to my phone being held up. I tried to explain to her that I was on the phone with my mom & held up my phone to show her.. Honestly, almost on the verge of tears, but she cut me off. She then says she will take me to spot where they would be, which I already had checked, but was trying to ask if maybe they had some in the back. She very rudely read the sign to me which said you can check online & as I tried to explain my situation to her, she cut me off again. Then walked away. I thanked her for being extremely rude. I won't be coming back to this store again.

Never have any items in stock and the store is a mess. Because there are two self check out lines the associates don’t even speak to you the whole time you’re in there. Today I was struggling to hold 180 worth of items and dropping things because they never have baskets or carts. The associates at the counter just watched me. I would have purchased more had they let me set some on the counter and grab a few other things. They said they can’t hold items on the counter. I don’t know why I bother with carepass. The items I want to use it on are never in stock

It is insane how long the line is for a prescription. Another CVS was out of a prescription, they transferred it to this one. It is ridiculous that there were 15-20 people in line waiting with only one register open. They told me it’s like that all the time.

I never realized what an excellent job this pharmacy does until I switched to another one. I always felt this CVS was always too crowded. I see why they are, they provide excellent and professional service. I switched to Meijer pharmacy which turned out to be a horrible experience. I came back to this CVS. Yes, it's crowded sometimes, but you can trust them with your meds.

Tonight I came in very frantic and upset… I knew what I came looking for but got easily confused as to where said product was. The young man working tonight (03/21/2022 around 1:30AM) saw me upset, and immediately knew I needed help. He approached me, asked what I was looking for and I told him and then apologized because I felt embarrassed—in which case he told me not to, because I should never apologize when in need of help & that not only that his job was to help me, but that he was more than happy to help … that young man got what I needed immediately, assured me I had no reason to apologize (because I did over and over) & was more than happy to help. He also made sure I got out of the store and to my vehicle safely. CVS you have an amazing employee. Buying the young man lunch this week as a Thank you/Surprise.

Drove to this location 10 miles out because it was open 24 hours selected all the items I needed and went to the self-checkout because there was nobody in the front. There was an item that I thought was cheaper so I asked the lady which was an employee to take it off and when I went to pay it asked me if I wanted to use my $10 reward which I said yes but then she proceeded to have me take all of my items and rescan them at her cash register but using the same phone number for my care package she was unable to use my $10 reward for my care pass even with the coupon printed out saying that I had it on my account she was very rude and she proceeded to tell me that she was the supervisor I then asked her what she could do because I pay money towards that care pass membership each month and I know it was there and she told me to call the care pass number I've never had this issue she was not at all cooperative or understanding she did not want to listen to a word I said anything I said she overspoke and it was very very rude and I will never go back to this location not to mention the store smells horrible and I usually don't say that because sometimes it's not their fault but this store did not have a good smell at all almost like rotten milk I really don't want to be the person to make somebody's place of business look bad but I really am just upset that I drove far at 6:00 in the morning and was unable to even purchase my products because I was relying on my $10 reward due to being low on cash anytime that I've ran into a problem at any other CVS they can usually avoid and go over overdrive the situation with understanding and proof from my coupon that said I had $10 or whatever talk about going hard on policies right.

No matter what I'm looking for, somehow I seem to find just the right stuff. Whether it's on the shelf or I ask an employee, they Stop whatever they are doing(except checking out a customer) to help you find the exact item you were looking for! And then offer other options. "Da Best" CVS. 24 hours open I think.

Sociable customer service, though the store does seem understaffed and the line has been known to get longer than desired. Goods are easy to find and well-organized, store always seems to have a few new things every time I come in. Great for the neighborhood as it's the only large 24/7 convenience store (read: not 7-Eleven or Circle K) in Wyandotte, and has a lot more product offerings available round-the-clock. Would like to see them improve the partially burnt out sign on the building, as well as their weird front door, but the actual content of the store certainly gets my approval!

Usually go in daytime. Cashiers are friendly...especially Sherry. If I've needed help finding something they have bern helpful. Also always pleasant when I call. Rx people great when getting flu shot.

This location has drastically declined. The pharmacy will lose your prescription or not fill it. Even if you show proof, they will not look into it or make it correct. They will also place you on hold or just hang up on your instead of doing their jobs. There were 2 ladies during my visit and despite me showing proof, they both called me a liar saying I had no prescriptions and that I never called. I won’t be filling any of my prescriptions here again.

Got my covid vaccine here. I'm very, very, very, very afraid of needless. They were incredible with me. As professional as can be, helped take my mind of things. Didn't feel a thing. They very easily could have laughed at me or got mad, but just kept assuring me everything would be OK. Hope it's the same for round 2 when I freak out again.

Clean store, great customer service up front, expensive prescriptions.My husband recently started a new job so we have a lapse in comprehensive and prescription health insurance for 60 days. I have been paying cash for all things medical without issues. However CVS cash prices aren't competitive compared to other providers.GoodRX helped me find prescriptions for cheaper. I canceled my prescription while in line at Wyandotte CVS and I'm surprised CVS wouldn't price match or offer a competitive pricing to other pharmacies. Lost me and my whole families as customers.
