Worked here a couple of years ago, and it changed bad - the workers just stock, do lottery, and grab tobacco, that's it. They rely on a self checkout machine, which, the majority of the time, it never works... The workers don't welcome you - they actually urge you out for their smoke breaks as they watch you like a hawk, hoping that the self checkout machine works otherwise they have to actually do work by cashing out people (which is a very rare occasion). Also, don't rely on their store hours - it's never accurate even from the paper on their door..

notice how they ONLY reply to positive 5 star reviews. they're too cheap to hire employees, make you use a self checkout that they're never at the counter when you need them, and end up waiting longer than a normal cashier. there are a ton of local owned gas stations and party stores to support over this corrupt corporation.

The owner is the laziest person I have ever met he just sits in his office eating all day and does nothing and also the hours are horrible I barely worked and the manager just kept making excuses about the hours like dude why even hire me if your not gonna let me work. Don't work here theyll just take advantage of you. Some of the crew were nice good people tho

Would give 0 stars if possible. They don't even work the register you have to do self checkout even if there's multiple workers and a long line. Self checkout rings things up that are wrong price and product. Told young blonde with an attitude that it's wrong so she re rung them up and was still wrong price. Told her it was wrong and she said "well that's the price." I said no its wrong and she said "no its not." With a terrible attitude. Asked for refund and was refused. Not first time with her its been a problem. Will never be back again. Go to 7-11 down the street. Better staff and prices.

I want to say Lyssa who works there is the nicest person and is always willing to answer any questions. She truly deserves a raise as she provides the best customer service and she deserves to know how much she is appreciated.

Went ther Dec 26 6am old guy Grey manager being a complete jackass all I wanted to do was load money onto a card .and he wanted to argue with me over a dollar really at 6am.i don't need his attitude I'm nott his wife need new manager

The owner tells the workers not to cash people out. First off I don’t work there And the self scan machine is a joke. Not only did it short me $15 one time it also miss scans everything. Today my total was $15 but it rang up almost $70. I had to request help and leave 4 people waiting in line while the 3 workers are standing next to me talking. When I asked if she could just ring me up she told me they “aren’t allowed to ring people up” I have been told this multiple times. The kicker is that she still had to ring me up bc even after all that bc the tap to pay wasn’t working on that register. Stop forcing customers to do your employees jobs bc you don’t want to pay an adequate wage. To tell people they can cash themselves out or not shop there is a bad business practice. I personally have stopped shopping there most of the time despite my house being right next to it and every time I do I have an issue.

This door has been broken for 6 months. Maybe longer. People are getting tired of having to walk into the cooler and maneuver through cases to get to the very back for a Dew. I would think that someone falling in there might cost a little more than just fixing the door.

This store is a joke. Slushie machine and pop machine are broken. They make you check yourself out and then overcharge you. I got a donut marked 1.49 but had to pay 1.99. Workers have no clue what to do. Ridiculous. Worst Circle K ever.

I would honestly give this a half a star if possible! The store is never clean, the employees are always rude apart from a few I wouldn’t even go there at midnight! If you do go there after midnight there’s about a 99.99 chance know one will be there to help you! Just very unprofessional and rude!

Frustrating. This place is OK but is getting gradually worse. The slushy machines are always down and the selection is poor. I've noticed a sharp decline over the months. There are price discrepancies from the shelf. Customer service is usually poor, so I try to use the self scanner when I can.Here's a big tip - Go to Ford (Northline) and visit 7/11 or Shoppers Valley on Biddle if your closer to Goddard.

I'm a frequent customer. Most of the staff is friendly except for a shorter, older woman who wears glasses and never wears her mask. She always makes me uncomfortable because she goes out of her way to be rude to me while she's nice to everyone else. I know she can be nice but it's frustrating shopping somewhere knowing you're not welcome. I still like shopping there, but her being there really ruins the experience and I am done accepting her behavior.

I can deal with the midnight guys rudeness and attitude but refusing to accept change(US currency) that wasn't rolled is a disservice to the community. He had no other customers at the time . I had a couple bucks and the rest was all quarters . He made me feel like I wasn't good enough to shop there so I will take my daily business somewhere it is appreciated from now on.

They have one price where the products were and it rang up a higher cost. I had it happen on multiple items. Example- rice crispy bar. $1.39 where it was. $2.75 at the register

Just know its bad top to bottom, right down to parking before you even enter the place, it's a lake and the employees are outside chatting and smoking looking at you like you aint supposed to be there

I shop at this Circle K because it's close and convenient, I usually find what I'm looking for except Coffee Mate Original. I know this would be a good seller for Circle K because there isn't another late night store in the area that carries it and the only other store, thats only open during the day, that carries Coffee Mate ORIGINAL during the day always runs out of it. I really like to see that these comments/Ratings are taken seriously, with many of them even getting responses.

I've been stopping in this store for years. after today I'll never go in there again. Lady behind the counter was rude and after i said never mind I'll get my stuff somewhere else she yells out we don't want you here anyway... That's what kind of customer service they have....

This is the worse neighborhood store in the history!!!! Prices higher than anyone the sales never the right price. Never have what you need.. and then can see same person everyday and still get carded. This store is a joke they lost about 20 customers today for their ignorance

The woman at the register charged me 4.50 for 2 breakfast sandwiches. The sign says 2 for 3.50. When I showed her, she said she doesn't know how to change the price on the register. So she wanted me to pay extra for her mistake

Employees in the morning are very rude. And the polar pop counter is always a sloppy mess and sticky ..most of the time I have to wait at the empty counter for some one to even ring you up because there not there ..

Its not a very convient store. There are never any brkfast sandwiches or breakfast anything in the early morning. Never.

Can't stand this place lol. Short lady with glasses at the register needs a couple days off or something. The staff is rude except the dude that works midnights. I put up with it because it's close by.
