I am extremely happy with my experience boarding my dog with It's a Dog's Life and will likely use their services again.I boarded my Anatolian Pyrenees, 2 years old, for 16 days while I went on vacation. I was very nervous about boarding because I have had bad experiences with other boarding facilities with my previous labradors.When I picked up my dog, he didn't stink (I didn't pay for a bath which they do offer), he was in good spirits, and most importantly wasn't traumatized.They give a Report Card everyday about how they are doing with videos and photos. I really liked this feature because I can see how he's doing.Also, my flight was delayed and they happily kept him for an additional night.Thank you to It's a Dog's Life staff for taking great care of Zeke!

Our 1-year-old Frenchie, Lola, absolutely loves coming to daycare here! The staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure your fur baby is well taken care of. In addition to daycare, we boarded Lola for over a week and although we missed her, we knew she was having a blast! The daily report cards, photos, and videos are a great addition to their phenomenal services. I would also like to give a shout-out to Jaden, one of the playroom handlers! She always takes the cutest pictures of Lola and it’s obvious she always makes sure Lola is comfortable and having fun!

It is such a blessing to know our Pippa is so well cared for when she’s separated from us. We love the photos and report cards showing how much fun she’s having with her pup friends and enjoy seeing the variety of big open spaces she has to explore! (While being so well monitored)She gives her excited whine when we pull in to the parking lot— which truly says how she feels about having her special days at It’s A Dog’s Life!The handlers always give some positive feedback at pick-up time. My dogs loved it here, they treated the dogs very well HOWEVER they rarely answer their phone and they have a very unfair cancellation policy (you must cancel within 14 days or they will charge you the full deposit). I've used dozens of dog boarding facilities all over the country and I've never seen a more irrational cancellation policy.

My dog, Otto, loves spending the day at It’s a Dog’s Life. He has lots of play time, time to relax and lots of employees that treat him extremely well. He’s pretty spoiled here.I love when they have picture day! Lots of holiday photos without having to dress him up myself.

Lisa you know you have picked a great staff. I must admit that I love Jett enjoying himself in the puppy pool, he hates getting wet. Maybe he will enjoy the puppy pool I bought him last year...lol! The report card with the pictures bring joy to my heart! I can see why he sleeps for the rest of the evening after I feed him dinner.Great job!!

I kept my 3 dogs there all week and they smell as clean as when I dropped them off! This is the only kennel my dogs willingly run to the door to get dropped off. They send out daily report cards and my dogs tails are high and in wagging mode. Staff is super friendly. This owner has it all together in this easy access location. Love it. Will be back whenever I get to town.

Jasper loves here, for daycare, grooming or onboarding service. I watch him ply in the online live video that they have and I receive a report every time he is there. You won't regret to bring your furry friend here, he/she will love it. All staff is great and caring about the wellbeing of your bbf.

We’ve been using It’s a Dogs Life for daycare and boarding for a few years now and we couldn’t be happier! Our dogs Wesley and Willow practically drag us in as soon as they’re out of the car! We love how the staff send daily report cards that include pictures or videos. The staff has been nothing but friendly towards us and out fur babies and we know they’re having the best time when they’re there. They always comes home happy and tired puppies. We would highly recommend them for any daycare, boarding, or grooming needs.

This is the best daycare for your dogs! I have 4 dogs and all 4 of them have the time of their lives here! The staff is amazing and super attentive and the owner is super involved! There is no other place I’d take my dogs ever again for daycare, boarding or grooming! Highly recommend

Our pup has such a great time at daycare. So glad we found this via google! The facility is giant with an indoor and outdoor area. They don’t allow all dogs, which is good. Everyone that comes to play must pass a temperment test. On top of an amazing facility, the staff is super! Everyone that I have dealt with has been so kind. Love that we found a place that our pup loves too. He literally runs inside when he realizes where we are going!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Save yourself the trouble of dealing with a VERY unprofessional owner who hangs up on you when you’re voicing your concerns of why your dog is sick after staying with It’s a Dog’s Life Resort & Spa. We left our dog in what we thought was a trusting facility, but turns out we were very wrong. The first time we left him there for a multi-night boarding stay, he acquired something similar to kennel cough. Thinking this isn’t much fault of the facility, we decided to bring him back for a multi-night stay for the holiday weekend. This time, we received him with poop stuck to his behind, stained yellow paws, two scabs on his back legs (included photos below) and he is experiencing ongoing diarrhea and vomiting, which we now are taking him to the Vet to check for parasites.The fact that there are no webcams is very concerning, however they do send daily report cards, IF they can get to it - according to the OWNER, Lisa. Otherwise, you can expect to miss some report cards OR receive duplicate photos due to high-volume, which is very concerning and tells me they overlook animals if they are too busy and housing “100 dogs over the holiday weekend”. The receptionists have been very kind whenever we drop him off and pick him up, and every time we ask how he did, they say, “He was great! There were no issues at all.” However, when addressing these concerns with the OWNER, Lisa, all she seemed to do was blame our dog for having separation anxiety (which no one has said was an issue before and we had disclosed when we first brought him), and that he’s sick due to a low immune system. She did NOT take any accountability for the fact that our dog may be sick due to the lack of a cleaned facility at the time he was staying there, or the lack of the staff watching him and the other dogs. Our dog wasn’t taken care of to the standards of any dog owner would have wanted. She did NOT apologize or assure us in any way. She continuously cut us off when we were explaining our concerns on what had happened and what condition we received our dog. She continuously made excuses and blamed our dog and said it’s our fault for his separation anxiety. She proceeded to talk over me, laugh when I asked if I could finish what I was saying when explaining our issues, and decided to hang up on me. It’s very disappointing to know how unprofessional this owner is, which only means her facility must be ran in an unprofessional condition as well! It is DISGUSTING AND DISHEARTENING to know this is the type of OWNER that owns a doggy daycare. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! We will not be returning as customers based off of the attitude and disrespect the owner has showed. Please save yourself and your fur baby and DO NOT GO HERE.

The staff is incredibly friendly! I loved seeing how excited Abby was to be there. I enjoyed looking at the pictures and videos. I especially loved the report card! Their hours of operation are perfect for my schedule, and the location is easy to find. We have definitely found our new daycare, and already have two more visits scheduled.

I feel very comfortable in taking my dog, Tucker here. If I have any questions or concerns I can bring them up and receive a call from the staff to discuss. I am throughly happy with the staff and feel my dog will be taken care of and not just put into a cage. I was worried at first taking my dog to a new place, and making friends.. but I really do feel after regular daycare sessions that he will Feel happier and love this place just like I do!

I can't say enough good things about your business! Starting with Shawn (Sean?) who was incredibly friendly, professional, and an incredible asset to your company - having him as the first contact for clients/new customers is a GREAT move! He was super attentive, reassuring, and remembered every concern I had from our first phone conversation to my dog's first appointment, and made me feel comfortable with your grooming process and your people.Next - Dana!! She's a great groomer and was also quite professional, I truly appreciated her attention to detail with his coat, and her care/concern for Murphy's anxieties (and mine!). I also really liked that she walked Murphy out to me to tell me how the grooming went, I could see the difference in his behavior in just the first visit.Thank you for your business philosophy, from how you care for pets, to how you treat pet parents, to the employees you hire (with the same philosophy!). I've been telling every pet parent I know about you!

Had our dogs stay there for a four day weekend and couldn't be happier! We received an accurate quote of what the price would be for their entire stay. Also, we received pictures and videos of them playing during group play and were able to watch them play on camera. Our older dog had never been boarded at a dog kennel before and he even seems to enjoy himself! Both dogs were very tired when they came home, so we know they had a great time and we will take them back again whenever we need someone to watch our dogs.

Took our Havanese here for grooming. First time. Dana was great with her. She looks so much better (we had an awful experience recently with another grooming place). We will be returning. Highly recommend this place. Update: Took my dog in for a brush out this past week. As usual, Dana did a great job! But also had a chance to chat with Lisa (owner) who I found extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. She gave me lots of useful information about daycare and the facility. This place and its staff continue to impress me each time I am there.

My puppy loves coming here! I can barely contain her when she sees someone come out of the building to get her!! I know when I drop off my dog here, she is well taken care of and played with. She always sleeps when we get home! I saw the cutest pictures of my girl online too where the report cards for the day are! 100% recommend It’s a Dog’s life!

I was hooked the moment I logged on to their website to research. It was very professional and informative. I completed the online registration form and scheduled an evaluation. Watching her on camera interacting with the staff and other dogs was reassuring and made two reservations for boarding.Since they are unable to give tours, Nikki took videos of the lobby and boarding areas and sent them to me.Bailee enjoyed her stay and i was impressed received daily report cards with photos and video.I am so happy I found a facility that meets our needs and expectations! I highly recommend.

We just started taking our pup Cooper here. We toured multiple other places but this one made us feel much more comfortable because the cleanliness and cameras. The owner Lisa spent a ton of time with me giving me a tour and answering all my questions. I really liked her! The staff has been SO sweet each time we go as well. You can tell they really love what they do and love the animals. Cooper is having a blast and it’s really awesome to be able to watch on camera. He is exhausted when he gets home!

I filled out a survey they sent out and had all good things to say except for two things on my personal preference wish list: live cameras again and softer flooring that’s easier on the dogs joints.The owner took it way too personal and responded as such (photo) and deactivated my account! This was the night before we had a scheduled daycare appointment and now are left scrambling. This gross overreaction was wildly unexpected and uncalled for. If you cannot accept anything but positive feedback do not ask.

When we got a puppy we knew that a quality dog care was something that we needed. After contemplating many places we decided It’s A Dogs Life was the best choice for us. We love it. We are greeted each time with joy and respect. Hamilton, our pup, loves it. Each morning when we are getting ready to leave the house he sprints down the stairs because he know he’s headed to see his friends and caregivers. It makes us leaving him a bit easier knowing that he is with people that truly care about him. We can not recommend this place enough, from the owner Lisa to the wonderful staff that treat Hamilton like their own; thank you.

I highly recommend It's a Dog's Life and I've only taken my dog for the Treat & Greet so far! The staff is awesome. They were so friendly to both my dog and me. They listened to my concerns, were attentive to my dog and treated her like one of their own! I love the pup cams in the playrooms, the schedule for the dogs and everything about this place! Can't wait to take Stella back!

Had my dog here last week for 5 nights and noticed right after leaving that the dog cams were not operating. I called them and the owner told me that the lines had been cut due to current construction going on and would not be working for the duration of my dogs stay but would give me daily reports and updates of my dogs stay. Well that never happened I was extremely disappointed but worse than that is I noticed after returning home she was not the same and started retching and coughing and scratching herself so I took her to the vet and she has kennel cough and fleas! So upset that this has happened to her and I will not be returning under any circumstances. Not looking to bad mouth or trash anyone’s reputation but when it comes to animals they have no voice and people need to be aware.
