Wonderful and kind! Our Golden was very nervous and the owner/groomer was so sensitive to our dogs needs and was so extremely good! Loved our experience and how good our baby looked! We will be coming regularly now!

What a makeover! Fluffy's tranformed my black bear cub into a proper schnauzer. My pup super timid and he was handled with care and had a good experience.Also took my dad's Aussie shepherd whose coat was a hot mess. Came back smelling wonderful, coat oh so soft and gorgeous summer haircut!

Fluffy's did amazing with my pup. They cleaned him up to perfection and trimmed him exactly how I wanted it. They paid attention to every detail and groomed exactly the way I wanted and also brushed his teeth on the house! Highly recommend them!

Lizeth takes her time and makes sure everything is done perfectly! Staff are friendly and we feel great leaving our big guy with them because we know they'll treat him right while he's in their care.My fur baby always comes out happy and perfectly groomed! I would highly recommend to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Fluffy Dog Grooming salon. These groomers are amazing, and so loving to my grand puppy. When we arrive at the salon, my Zuzu (grand puppy: 3yrs old) yanks me into their facilities so she can go see the groomers. I have taken my grand puppy to other grooming facilities and it’s like pulling teeth trying to get her through the door, but when I Found Fluffy’s the whole Grooming experience changed and it’s just a wonderful time for my grand puppy (ZuZu)!!! Seriously not only are they kind and gentle with her, she always looks fantastic when she comes out of there. And the facility itself is extremely Clean and well-managed. I absolutely love Fluffy, and would highly recommend Everyone take their dog there. If there was 10 stars, I would give it that’s how firm I feel about this company.

My first time at fluffy dog and it won’t be my last. The facility was super clean, bright and cheerful and the staff were very sweet with my dog and she came home looking like 1 million bucks. Great job I will highly recommend coming to fluffy dog for all your dogs needs.

If you want a quality groomer for your dog Fluffy's is the place to go. They will have your dog looking beautiful and smelling good every time and they will never leave you disappointed because they take the time to listen to any special request you may have. Our pomski lilo absolutely loves it there and we have even used their boarding services which they offer in the wonderful facility in the back. The boarding facility they have is really nice and they get alot of playtime throughout the day with dogs of the same energy level. You should definitely ask them for a tour of the boarding facility so you can see for yourself. You will even get updates on how your pup is doing throughout their stay. So definitely check them out for yourself you won't be disappointed.

I had an awful experience with the Owner of Fluffy.I have been a loyal customer for the last few years. Last Holiday the owner of Fluffy offered to take care of my dog while I was travelling abroad with my family for Christmas. Long story short, before I left, we agreed on the price and agreed that on a certain day, my friend would pick up my dog from her while I was still traveling. She was fine with that. The problem arose when I contacted her to set up a time for my friend to come and get my dog from her. She said that no one would pick up a dog if I dont her pay her first. Because We have never discussed before when exactly I will pay, in my mind, I was going to pay right after I came back from my trip. When I told her that, she started accusing me of not being a good person, that she would treat me like anybody from the street, that she could not trust me, etc. I found this very, very unprofessional. I intended to pay obviously and even if she was not expecting me to pay after I came back, she should be nice and polite If I were her, I would just wait. At the end of the day, she is only a lady who provides services to people and social skills and professionalism are some of the keys to running a successful business. Maybe she is a good groomer, maybe she has a cute place but she does not know how to treat her clients. That is for sure. Makes me feel now that all she cares about is the money. Wait until you have a small disagreement with her then you will see yourself.At the end of that story I was still trying to get the time for my friend to pick up my dog, she told me that I was harassing her and that she would block my number and report me to the Police! I think I should report her to the Police for trying to keep my dog against my will. Insane. Finally, I had to do what she said only because I started to worry about my dog seriously!All I can say is that I have clients myself who pay money for my services, and If I know a client for a longer time and the client will tell me that he or she would like to pay at the end of the week not at the beginning, I will never make a scene as she did and even worse, accused my clients and threat them with the Police! This is more than ridiculous for me.For the record, my friend told that me when he finally picked up my dog from Fluffy, she was not there, only her employees and a strong smell of marijuana. My dog did not eat or poop for 2 days after he picked him up. No more Fluffy for me.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER RESPONSE:The Owner, if there is something you don't agree with - you say it before you take the dog. Before you board someone's dog, you discuss the fee, time of stay, the time and form of payment, and other details and if you don't then you can't assume that everyone thinks the same as you. Second, you were accommodating my dog because that's what you want, I can bring my dog anywhere I like but I asked you because he knows you and you agree with no problem. My dog was not picked up while you were closed, my dog was picked up on Monday when your workers were already at work.You did offer me a lower rate but in the end, you charged me an extra day that I don't need.I decide when and who is picking up my dog from you and I don't need your permission to do so. Also it is none of your business who is picking up my dog. I decide that.I am sure you had a great Holiday with my dog but I am not sure how was his holiday with you since he did not eat and poop for two days after he left your place.No matter what you say now, for me the way you responded to me while my dog was with you, because of a money disagreement, is below the line. Threatening your client's Police only because they asked about their dog OR trying to keep the dog in your possession without permission because you don't get your pay the moment you want without a legal contract is against the law.

Thank you, Fluffy's Grooming! It was our 4-month old Standard Poodle's first grooming and he was totally not stressed. She was very careful with him; gave him time to settle in; and only did what he was comfortable with. It was a great experience for a puppy.

Fluffy’s was great. They listened to all of my concerns and treated my pup with care. It’s a nice small and calm place to take your dog if they are nervous going to the groomer.

Fluffy’s always takes amazing care of my grumpy doodle Henry! He’s not always the easiest to deal with but they handle him with care and he always looks absolutely adorable afterward :) 10/10!
