I have been coming here for years and now I’m done. I’ve hesitated writing a bad review for a while now, thinking this place would get better again but it just doesn’t. The young lady that apparently now owns or manages this store (I only say this as she says it’s her store when I come in) is extremely rude. Not only does she have a foul mouth (like dropping the F bomb) when she thinks no one is listening but I also just overheard her bad mouthing the customer that was there before me. Also, prices are high and variety is low to none. Taking my business back to Tractor Supply. I try to support local business, but not going to deal with unfriendly, rude people and pay higher prices.

I've been going here for many years. The staff is so nice. They always have what I need, and now that I have a little one, it's a fun outing because they have goats, chickens, cats, and a bunny 😊

Bob is a really nice guy. The staff is always helpful and kind. This is my favorite feed store and I have been going there for awhile. You must try the Michigan Made products (Blueberry syrup) and the organic dog treats!My goats absolutely love anything I bring home from the professionals at Willis Feed.

I had just recently discovered this place and started getting my chicken feed there. Today I stopped by to get feed, but I just couldn’t bring myself to spend my money there. On on the front porch they have a bunch of overcrowded and filthy chicken cages. The poor birds looked very unhealthy and some did not have water even though it’s 90° out today. I left and went to the feed mill in New Boston instead. I only give them two stars because I had previously really liked going here but, the state of those poor chickens is inexcusable.

I’m really sorry to leave this review. This place was nothing like the pictures. The porch was filled with over crowded chicken cages that looked very unclean, as well as inside. I was so excited to come here based off the photos and how cute it looked, but left emotional and very sad for the animals.

Been going to this mill for 4 years now, and I've no complaints. Bob & his manager are always more than helpful, help you find the right feed for your pets/livestock's individual needs, 100% of the time ask if you need help taking your goods to your car, & they make you feel at home. Nice people, quality feeds.

Excellent service. They research their pet foods and keep an eye out for recalls. They sell baby chicks and hand raised bunnies. They special order hard to find pet food for me. They're always quick to help load my purchases in my vehicle. If much rather buy all my pet food here than any other store. Their prices are competitive even with Costco and Sam's.

Wonderful place! Great prices! Always so inviting and the animals are awesome! We buy chicken feed, cat litter, and bird seed regularly. We bought baby chicks this year (after a failed attempt of buying chicks from Tractor Supply that were sick as hell) we are VERY satisfied!

Excellent place. We love to visit. The animals that live here are truly blessed. We get straw for our outdoor feral cats and bird seed for our birds, squirrels 🐿 and other 4-legged creatures.Thanks Bob and your excellent employeesRuth and Robert

This place is amazing! They have so many different seeds, and food for lots of animals. The staff was super nice and helpful, I'll definitely be going back there.They also have pet chickens and ducks, 2 cats, and rescued goats. 😍💜

Really knowledgeable and helpful staff about animal feeding from cats and dogs to horses (and everything between)! They also carry some lovely Michigan made products and have an tuxedo kitty as a greeter. 🐱

In the middle of beautiful downtown Willis the Willis feed mill offers a good variety of bird feed including suet blocks , bags of sunflower seeds, cracked corn, wild bird mixtures of seed and other animal feeds. The prices arelower than most stores in Ypsilanti! Love toSee the owners cats , goats and pheasants.
