My dog broke her nail awhile ago so she since has been deathly scared of people going near her paws to give her a nail trim. She’s a 55 pound Pitbull so she is not the easiest to hold down, and they did a great job restraining her but not hurting her. She put up a very big fight to the point where they had to hold her down with a good amount of their body weight yet they managed and we’re very kind to us both. Only $10.50 for a nail trim AFTER giving a 25% tip. I wish I would’ve tipped more because my dog put up a good fight and they still did a good job!

Everyone that works there is very friendly.Took my long haired Shepherd, Max there for 1st. time for a shave. Max didn't seem stressed when picked him up. They did an excellent job, even his paws look good. I plan to used them again for next shave. Pam

Very irritated. I have an older dog and he has issues with his front paws being touched due to arthritis. Whoever the woman was that groomed him was sitting down while trying to give him a proper cut. Upon picking him up she continually said that my dog tried to bite them, my dog has NEVER bitten anyone unless he’s felt threatened. When we got in the car I noticed that there was a large patch of hair that looked skinned on his back (probably because she was sitting down the whole time she was grooming him). When we got home, my dog started to pace and act terrified of everything. Stresses me out knowing that he was alone with these people.

I took my dogs here at 10 am and didn’t get my dogs back until 10 O CLOCK AT NIGHT! They were caged for 12 hours with no food or water! Not only that she over priced me and cut my dogs nails too short it hit the vain and they bled all over the lobby floor! This place is DISGUSTING!!!!! I’m extremely upset! The fat lady at the counter is pathetic.

She said bring them in. I dropped them off at 11:30am. At 6:30pm I said are my dogs done she said Allee is. Sams half done. Ozzy is getting a bath. I said ok it’s going on. 7 hrs So I drove up there. I said I’ll take Allee n Sammy outside to potty. we get in car to wait for Ozzy I see Allee’s eyebrows are completely gone, allees side hair on face was long. 2 inches longer then beard under chin, so short I had to fix it when I got home. I went in to get Ozzy he was crying. She said what about the eyebrows. I said there isn’t any. You shaved them completely off!! She said well she moved. So You decided to shave her brows off? And What about allees beard u chopped off. It was long on side then under her chin you whacked it off. I have to cut 2 inch off to even with sides and beard at home. I said give me my dog. And let’s end this!!!!!!! She gave me Ozzy. He started crying when he got in my arms I said how much. She said 135. Not worth at all my dogs are traumatised!!!I threw down 140$ took Ozzy n got oof that dirty unprofessional dirt hole

My dog was very matted, they did a okay job,except there was spots that were missed on my male and my female also had some missed spots not anything that I couldn't fix but main problem was she didn't have them done till really late, so I will be sure to take them on separate days.

These reviews must be from family members SMH ... I brought my dog here to get cut they tried to give me my dog back wet because they stated she peed inside the cage which the dog should have had went out knowing that my dog was up here for several hours. Their prices continue change everytime i come there.This is a trashy place and I wouldn't take my dog there ever again
