This place has always done good by me, I'm not a huge fan of the religious push. The doctors make me personally feel bad for things I can't do, or afford or feel comfortable with. They push me with guilt ..but All in all kind staff reasonable pricing but on the high side. Late hours after 5pm most days, compassion for the animals...when it comes to spade and neuter they are comparing to HVHS in price. And now here are all my fur babies

I don’t think I can praise these guys enough. We had to make the heart wrenching decision to put our old girl down. After going through this process a few months ago for our 15 yr old girl, we knew prices were extremely high in my area. That said. I pass this place frequently. For some reason, it never registered to call them. As my husky was going downhill quickly, I saw this place coming home, called the next morning.Unlike some other places which are quite rude on the phone when asking for prices for euthanasia (some worse when they found out we hadn’t used their office before), this place felt compassionate from the pickup. They worked w us on a date, saying to call in as needed.Made the appt. They helped carry my old girl inside. We had time alone in the room before the sedative was given. They worked w me on Apple Pay (a friend had sent me money the night before to get the ashes back and didn’t have time to pull it out. Thank you guys for working w me). The process went as usual and they gave me a keepsake of her paw print , even carrying it out to the car for me.I can’t recommend them enough. Granted I’ve only, so far, have had 1 interaction w them but it’s made a lasting impression. They made a heartbreaking time of having to put down my ESA and my family’s dog easier. For those searching, as of this date (prices could change and I’m pretty sure it’s charged by weight. Could be wrong.), it was $99 for the euthanasia. $98 for them to handle body disposal. And around 200 for the ashes (most places were asking for around 300). As always, call in yourself to get the current prices. If you’re in the area and looking for a vet, call these guys. To take in a non client like me, to be a compassionate as they were, to have fair and affordable pricing - you’re not going to be steered wrong.

I became a client with Page Buelher, DVM after I meet her for a second opinion for my dog Lexie who had cancer on her tail in 2020. I have been bringing my pets to her office ever since. Unfortunately, my dog Lexie’s health was deteriorating and we needed to euthanized her. I scheduled an appointment and your assistant asked if I wanted to have her cremated. I told her I was planning on it and she said their office has another company that cremates the pet and I would receive her back in a beautiful wooden box. Then she told me they could make a foot print in clay so I requested one of them too. It was such a relief to have everything planned and ready to go before we walked into your office. I want to thank Dr. Buehler and her staff for their compassion during the time we spent in your office to say our final goodbye. Jenny and Gary Ware

I can not say enough good things about this place!! We sadly had to put our 13 year old dachshund down and our vet was Page Buehler and she was absolutely AMAZING!!! Putting our dog down was not something we saw comming it happened very fast and I had my 5 year old son with me who our dog was his brother/best friend! She was so kind and patient and even talked to our son about what was going on and gave him the option to stay or they could take him up stairs to watch TV gave him a goodie bag! We were there from 10am to 130pm and they never rushed us. They even waited for my father to come and be able to say good bye and hold him one last time! they kept comming to check on us see if we needed anything they came in and explained everything there were going to do! We chose private cremation they said about a week we had him back before a week and the bonus was the adorable memorial paw print they did for us before we left! If I could give them 100 stars I would I will recommend this place to EVERYONE I know!

Was very grateful they could get me in the same day for my cat. The Dr. and the nurse that took care of Ellie was very kind. I Definitely will take my other pets there.

I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic enough. I brought in my incredibly anxious and difficult dog, and the entire staff treated both her and I with patience and respect. My appointment was at 5pm and ended up carrying over past 6pm (their closing time) and I never once felt rushed out. They explained her medications to me thoroughly and treated her gently through her anxiety. The doctor is amazing and explains things in a way that is clear and easy to understand. Seeing my dog distressed got me emotional and the doctor and staff not only were attentive to my dog's comfort, but mine as well. We all felt well taken care of. I wish that I remembered all the technicians and assistants names so I can thank them in this review directly, but nonetheless I have had a great experience with them all. Both my dogs will continue to be seen here. Thank you Noah's Ark!

Dr. Buehler and her team are absolutely wonderful! We’ve been there for the basics and the emergencies with our dogs and cats and have always been happy with the time they spend, the care they give and keeping us informed every step of the way.

The receptionist at this clinic is awful, I was belittled and talk down to with her insinuating that I ignored signs that my dog needed attention before she did. She had a sudden onset discomfort and needed her anal glands expressed asap. Unfortunately she told me she wouldn’t fit me in, that it would take “weeks” for my dog to get in the condition I was describing. I won’t be back, it is unfortunate because this vet clinic is within walking distance of my home.

Brought my dog in this morning for an urgent visit I have nothing but good things to say. For less than $200 for an urgent visit with getting 2 different meds wow I was expecting to be dropping 300 or more. All the staff is so caring. Office is very clean and welcoming. They took time to actually listen to what I thought was wrong and took time to look her over did not rush the appointment. Thank so much for taking good care of my baby

The care that my pets get here is fantastic. This is a full service veterinary clinic that includes complementary belly scratches, huggs, kisses and lots of love. And that is from the entire staff. State of art medical care for all your pet's needs as well as understanding and concern for pet parent's emotional needs, this clinic does it all. I highly recommend this clinic.

Noah’s Ark Vet is a very trustworthy, professional and the staff is very friendly. I recommend this clinic to any pet owner. My cat had some procedures done at this clinic and he recovered well.

This was my vet for the last 10 years. Today I had a sick pup and paid the extra money for an urgent care visit. She exams the pup and tells me she will send an estimate back in a min. 🤔. The estimate was between 350-800 due to not knowing what she was going to do. Every time since the original vet has left it has been a money grab at this office. Since I declined this bill because I knew that was too much, she wouldn’t even give my pup nausea medicine. The techs response “you said you didn’t want that”. No. I brought you a vomiting dog and you wanna charge me $100 to look at his ears. She didn’t care about my pups well being, she cared about how much money I could pay. Any vet who puts profit over care is no good in my opinion. We have a new vet appointment this morning. Keep your animals away from a cash grab business like this one.

Simply the best. An unplanned urgent visit ended up in a major surgery that so far has saved the life of one of our beloved dogs, Arya. The surgery was going to be for one issue but once in it turned out to be much more due to an unknown issue with her intestines. Despite the surprise and challenge presented to them Dr. Beuhler and her staff didn't give up, didn't hesitate, and put in a long evening to save her. That was a week a week ago and so far so good. Every day she is getting a bit better. The joy that brings me is near immeasurable. We know there could still be issues and challenges ahead but they won't be because she didn't get the care she needed. The staff has simply been amazing with every visit and check up.

Im giving a 2 star review for a service I’ve received three years ago while rehabilitating my rescue parrot. The staff were rough on her because they didn’t know how to handle birds. They clipped her wings too short and nails too short. They made her nails bleed, and I know it had to hurt. I was also scolded for allowing the parrot on my shoulder, and blamed for her hostility versus their lack of care. Not knowing any better until I met a new vet, it does not need to be this way. I went to Lansing for exotic vet care next time and it was flawless. The single exotic vet they had handled her quickly, and allowed her to run back to me for safety after it was done.Y’all, my bird is traumatized, still. I cannot roll her into a towel for nail trims, I manage with her standing. I’ve been a pet care professional since 2016 now and still this was the worst experience at a vet ever. I’m sure they’re great hence all the reviews, which further led to my initial disappointment. Hopefully things are better now!Best regards.

This place is so over priced, I got my dogs rabies shot and it was $37 for 3 years, I checked with my old vet now back in business and for 3 year shot it's $19, and imo, the vet there is snotty. Charged $15 more for a heartworm test also.they ask if you have any questions then get snippy. Only go there if necessary. Guess I should have read the reviews before I went there.

We had to euthanize our dog of 13 years. From the diagnosis which led us to this decision, to our pets' final moments, the vet and her staff could not have been kinder and understanding of the situation. I will always be grateful for their handling of our loss.

I started going to vet a couple years ago when i moved into the area. Our dog was seen less than 6 months ago. At that time he had surgery. We signed an agreement of care, and was charged for more than what we talked about. I called multiple times and received no communication with management or veterinarian. The staff is kind, but young and appears to maybe not communicate well. Today, I called for help our dog is unable to get in and out of a car. I know he is end stage and needs medication to make him comfortable. I got no support or compassion to the situation. Basically refused to talk to me unless i came in for an appointment.

The staff were all so kind during a very difficult time. We had to put our family dog to sleep 1 week after my youngest was born. The vet talked us through the procedure and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. The staff made a clay footprint keepsake for us and sent a signed sympathy card. Thank you Noah's Ark!

After at least 10 years of going to Noah’s Ark, I’ve had to find a new vet. I’ve tried to be patient over the last couple of years due to the pandemic and be understanding of their service issues. The last straw came when I received a phone call from them asking me to pay in advance for special medicine I need for one of my dogs. I have never had to do this in all the years I’ve gone there. They basically said there afraid people are going to stiff them. . As a result of the attitude I received, I canceled my future appointments and have found a new vet for my four dogs. Apparently being a faithful long time customer has no value anymore.

This is the worst vet you could ever take your pets to. They are so rude, they lost my documents and told me to drive home and get another copy. Who does this?? This clinic is ran by a bunch of high school girls that don’t know what they are talking about and would rather be on their phones than help you.I would never ever take a pet there. Absolutely terrible!!!!

They are absolutely Amazing! My Shichon (Teddy Bear) dog breed has become a patient on a regular basis due to her dry eyes and, they always take excellent care of her!

Amidst a rush of people and a surgery mishap, they were still able to offer us a great experience for our last moments with our beloved cat. The prices were very fair, and the atmosphere was very nice. This was our first time here but the compassion showed as soon as the first call.

The vet seems good, but having to sit in the parking lot for 2 hours every time we make an appointment is extremely inconvenient. This is why I dread having to make an appointment because no matter what my dogs are being seen for it takes this long. I don’t know about you but I don’t have 2 hours to just sit in a car waiting. I have to pay extra for “urgent care” when there is nothing urgent about the care being given.

Not my usual vet, but when my guinea pig had a stroke they got me in within the hour and were super kind and caring. No judgment from them either about how upset I was to lose him. Likely going to start taking my dog there.

My family have been taking our dogs here for years and the service is epic. My mother had to put down her dog earlier this year after 14 years with him and the staff here were nothing short of amazing. Not to mention they're always so excited to see my chunky little Staffordshire Terrier whenever I bring him in. They really make you feel like one of the family and this is a vet office that truly cares. 10/10 definitely recommend.

This vet has some of the most caring people. They've got reasonable prices, refreshments for the kids and a Noah's ark playground outside for the kids. (Human kids, that is 😅). They have been very considerate of our time and always schedule enough time for each appt to thoroughly answer all my questions. When our dogs knee surgery went longer than anticipated, they stayed until close to 9pm to give him proper time to awake and regain enough strength to get his bearings about him. He was so sluggish that they didn't want to send him home confused so they waited several hours longer than anticipated. This was very helpful as I couldn't handle him at 100lbs alone if he tried to get up. They've also cared for our rat when it's tail got caught in a door and had to be amputated. They weren't disgusted but actually very kind and curious of the little guy. I would recommend this veterinarian.

My vet was out of town, the emergency vet I use was out also and my dog was having loose stools. After calling numerous vets we called Noah's Ark as a one last hope. They got my dog in as an emergency and treated her. The cost was low compared to our regular vet. The vet was very nice and caring. We are now moving both our dogs here for their care.

Down to earth atmosphere with a delightful staff! Every time we take our dog to see Dr. Hayley Gaynor, the staff greet us with a friendly smile and make it a pleasant experience for our dog! The staff and the doctors treat every patient and owner like family! VERY knowledgeable and always aiming to please! I would t trust anyone else with my furry family member! 🐾🐾
