Ordered a snowblower, showed up damaged, rejected snowblower, ordered another snowblower, looked ok in box....brought home, frame bent in shipping thus wheel frozen and clutch stuck open, called customer service have 3rd snowblower on order. at this point Im curious how Manny snowblowers I will have to order to get one that isn't broke.

One of the best locations. Staff is very friendly. Only bad thing is I feel like the new manager needs more training on how to deal with customers and how to treat his staff better in front of customers. Get rid of Ian and bring back the other guy. Until then I’m sorry to keep it at 2 stars

Kuddos to Store Manager, Ian Buckley! Right after buying one of their great heavy flannel shirts at this store, one of the buttons broke in half. I didn't want the offered replacement shirt--only the buttons-- in case it happened again. After speaking with Ian, I soon received a whole set of the exact buttons and also a gift card. Now that's what customer service is. Thanks so much Ian.

So much love for TSC! The staff at the Williamston location is always beyond friendly and helpful. As small of a town Williamston is, TSC keeps everything you need in stock. The best part? THEY’RE PET FRIENDLY! We bring our dog in with us frequently and he just loves all the attention he gets (from customers and staff). To add the cherry on top - We get his food there (Diamond Naturals Large Breed Puppy food) and it’s cheaper than anywhere else (that includes Chewy even with their auto-ship discount)! We go to TSC probably more than necessary but the atmosphere is wonderful and the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the store, and overall convenience of the location are worth more than what might be up charged (on some items, just definitely not dog food). 5 stars - can’t wait to go back next week.

Tried to exchange an broken item with lifetime warranty. Told me they had to process a refund to order a replacement free shipping. Then after the refund was processed told me the only option was same day shipping for $19.99 and I had to pay it since I had accepted a refund. Management refused to help. Just plain shady way of doing business.

The staff here has always been very helpful even when they are pretty busy. They do the best the can finding you the right part or supplies. My dog enjoys going here as well because usually treats are involved.

Brent was amazing and helped us buy ducks for our first home. He was busy being pulled in 10 different directions and still managed to be super helpful and informative. Customer service is really lacking. Asked for an item and the girl showed me but it wasn’t on the shelf. She scanned the barcode “ it says 3 in stock but maybe someone pocketed them.... (all 3?) or they’re in totes and you can come back tomorrow and they’ll hopefully on the shelf “.... but... I’m here now... shouldn’t she have maybe tried to look? Or at least pretend. Lol cool. Thanks for trying. Not. Guess I’ll drive to the west side to get a product you guys say is in stock at your store.

We always love going to Tractor + Supply in Williamston because they always make you feel welcome + we love their products. They always have our bird seed in stock, dog food. + of course, candy! The cashier we had today whose name is Sara, was so helpful + courteous! She had such a pretty smile + was very knowledgeable about the store's products. We love how Tractor had the 4H members there today + we got to see the hen + 2 little guinea pigs! It was really nice to learn about the hen who was visiting with its owners. The little girl who was a 4H member was super in demonstrating how she takes care of her favorite hen! Her Mom was awesome too! Tractor is #1 in supporting animals in the adoptions + awesome food stock, not to mention when they get the baby chicks in! So cool! Its always so nice to bring the community together all under one roof. They always seem to have the neatest decorations for your home + patio + garden too. We have bought so many unique windchimes + lanterns there. We can't say enough about how much we love our neighborhood Tractor + Supply store in Williamston! A+++

Very convenient place to pick up pet food and supplies for all of our animals. From cats and dogs to goats, chickens and horses, TSC has what we need! The staff is very helpful and friendly as well. Keep up the amazing work!

The Short'nSweet: Great value.I frequent several TSCs. Each one has its own team of friendly, experienced, happy-to-be-working-there employees. The best store for clearance shopping, hands down. Highly recommend!!

We shop at tsc all the time. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. I'll run in for goat feed or dog food or toys. Check out what they have at Christmas time, but I have a really hard time finding things I need for the farm. They sell parts for things they carry and nothing more, and I find lots of things they carry to be sub par quality. Bought a 15 gallon sprayer used it twice and now it no longer works. Upon looking into it this seems to be a complaint more and more people are having. This just feels like a glorified hardware at this point and we use it a such because its convenient from the house and parking and all that but not your go to for farm supplies.

Most of it is Chinese stuff but it works and the price is right. They also have higher end items in some departments like chain saws. They usually have the cheapest softener salt in town. I go here often when working on projects you can usually find what you need.

Like tractor supply, like their summer short sleeve shirts. a little heavier and more durable than other places. They specialize in farm animal supplies and their horse liniment for pain, work's great on my athritic hands and joints cheaper than specialty creams.

Kike all other TSC locations the staff is knows theor stuff and are willing to help. I recebtly took my Black lab in to thier veterinary work shop to get hwr shots done. I was impressed by how thoughtfully they approched her and all the other dogs. Thz k you so much for a positive experience

Today, Friday Dec 18, I entered the TSC in Williamston, MI. I was immediately shocked to see not one, not two, but three people walking around without masks. I tried to find a management person to talk to but they were all busy so I decided to leave the store. Very irresponsible on managements part and those individuals not caring about others around them.
