My baby boy Sigma is very happy with his experience with Susie! He feels love, care, so much kindness and patience from her. He is a 70 pounds big boy, Staffy, usually no strangers can earn his trust easily, but at the first time he went in paw city , he fell in love with Susie immediately. They know my boy’s personality so they purposely arranged every time visit only for my boy ( not another pets inside). I appreciate Susie and Paw city so so so much. I tried to make appointment with other grooming pet care places, when they saw my boy, none of them took him in. Even in pet smart the trainer told me your dog even can not make eye contact with strangers. I was heartbroken several times when people even professional pet person denied my boy. If you love your dog baby please bring them to Paw city!!!

Tried to schedule an in home nail trim as we have done for the past 3 years. I called twice and left a message, texted and emailed Paw City with no response! I finally drove into the Williamston location to see if anyone was there. Luckily, someone was there. She informed me that the nail trim person was experiencing medical problems. She invited me to bring my dogs in to get nails trimmed. I scheduled the appointment and now I hear less nail clicking on the floors when the dogs move about! Persistence should not be required when trying to get an appointment.
