Mark (the owner) and the rest of the team over at Joey’s are beyond amazing!We rent their space out 1-2 times a month for our Sighthound group to have private events since our breed can be particular and they are always MORE THAN accommodating. From coming in early on Sunday mornings to unlock the gate for us to leaving the outdoor hose with towels so we can give our dogs a bath after they play.This amazing park has soo much room for your dog to zoom around and has an amazing pond to cool down or swim and splash if they please.They also have a smaller dog area with agility obstacles and an amazing store inside with local & small business goods.I highly recommend checking it out or renting it out for your next doggo birthday;)

Our dogs love this dog park, and it's the only one I feel safe taking them to. Because it is a members-only park and entry is gained through the store, the staff know who is in the park at all times and that the members' dogs are social and vetted. The pond alone is worth the cost for us! My guys are constantly jumping off the dock to retrieve toys. The 7 acres is fully fenced and kept clean and in good order. There is even a pavilion offering shade during the hot summer days. Private, affordable park rental is also available and is a perfect way for non-members to enjoy the space with friends. There is both an indoor and outdoor dog wash station that members can use after a particularly fun (read: wet and messy) romp in the pond.

We love this dog park, Mark and the staff are amazing! We love the pond, the clean acreage for the dogs to run and they also have an option to rent the park out. The park is privately owned, which gives us the peace of mind for the dogs to be able to play safely and that to me is worth every penny, especially after visiting other dog parks.

We have been members of Joey’s Pet Outfitters Dog Park since the beginning of 2022. Our dog loves to explore, get all the sniffs and cool off in the pond after. The park is very well kept, has seating for the humans, doggie bags, trash cans, toys for fetch, a small dog park and a large dog park and so much more.We also take advantage of being able to use the park for private rentals. Myself and my friend started a sighthound group in the Lansing area and we meet at the park twice a month. Our group LOVES this park and how much space the dogs have to run.Thank you SO much to the Joey’s team for letting us have a safe and fun place for our dog to come to (she is also a big fan of all the treats and toys inside the store.)

We rented Joey’s Dog park to celebrate a litter of Bernedoodles who just had their first birthday. We all had an amazing time, and appreciated this venue, as it allowed us to get together and spend time with our dogs, their brothers & sisters, as well as their human families. Mark, the owner of Joey’s Pet Outfitters and his staff were extremely accommodating. The fee was more than reasonable, and the park was outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Joey’s & are all looking forward to our next get together there this fall! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an awesome hangout with their best friend ♥️

Joey’s is a one-of-a-kind pet boutique with tons of food, treat, and apparel options for dogs. There is also a beautiful dog park in the back that routinely hosts private events for our greyhounds to play. I would 100% recommend this family owned and operated business.

This is by far one of the best dog parks that I have been to. It is also one of the biggest with a pond and lots of room to run. I love that it is members only so your dog won't be continuously introduced to a bunch of new dogs. The park is always clean. They have poop bags in several locations in case you forget yours. They also have a dog bath, so if your dog decides to go swimming as mine does, you will be able to wash them before you get in your car. :)

Joey's dog park is terrfic and a great place to go for both dogs and their humans. We started going to Joey's in 2012 while it was under different ownership, but stopped going after we had an unfortunate dog interaction. When Mark puchased Joey's, he changed procedures which greatly improve dog safety, and thus my confidence in a dog park experience. He also enhanced the attributes of the dog park, and there is now even a basket of toys for member use when we forget the all important throw toy.Our dog starts getting eager as we turn onto Grand River, and always has a great time running, playing in the water and searching out a myriad of enticing smells. Highly recommend!!!

Joey's Dog Park is a gem. We have been members since 2017. The dog park is very large and very beautiful. It is a wonderful place to exercise and spend quality time with your dog(s). Also a great place for the humans to get some exercise!

This dog park was everything and more! The price was very reasonable to have to ourselves for a birthday reunion with Bernedoodle littermates all over the state of Michigan! There was plenty of shade underneath their pavilion for the pups to cool down on a hot day, and not to mention the pond with the dock for any of the swimmers we had in the group! It’s such a beautiful, well manicured dog park and not to mention the super friendly staff that went above and beyond to accommodate our group. Definitely check it out!!

What a great place! One of my dogs is unable to be around other dogs or humans and I feel so fortunate to have found a place we can rent out for just ourselves! The park was very clean and I didn't notice too many mosquitoes. We will definitely be back.

Hi, this is Kale Monette, golden retriever. I’m speaking out publicly for the first time on google to tell all of the humans who have dogs to please take your dogs to Joey’s dog park. When my Mom takes my sister and I there, it’s SOOO fun. We run for miles and usually right into the water to swim. We kind of forget that she’s even there, and just get to be dogs. (Sorry Mom) It’s always our favorite day. Sometimes we don’t even mind that she gives us a spa bath right after (right there at Joeys!) because we get to go home smelling good and that makes her happy. We also usually get treats because she can’t resist buying us some from the amazing selection they have there. Apparently they are organic and stuff. I mean, Id eat socks, but Mom cares about what’s good for us. And so does Joey’s. So she buys stuff there. Anyway, please bring your dogs there so I can meet them. I’m friendly. You’ll need all your shots, but it’s super worth it. It’s paradise. Thanks everyone. Especially you, Mark. (He’s the one who scratches my ears)Love, Kale. And my Mom says she approves too.
