Another AMAZING experience at Joeys pet spa this afternoon! Mark & the staff do a phenomenal job at keeping the dog spa incredibly clean, stocked with all the goodies from a variety of shampoos to a variety of treats to keep your pooch comfortable & happy throughout their bath. Our boys hate baths but LOVE IT at Joeys.HUGE THANK YOU & shoutout to Mark and the Team over there. Definitely check it out if you can!

Today I took my dog to the park so she could run around for a few minutes, but no more than ten yards into the park, the rock salt on the main path got caught between her pads on TWO paws! She was limping and crying, so we left. I called a few stores, trying to find some Mushers' Secret, but nobody had even heard of it. It's like petroleum jelly on steroids, and I used it all the time when I was a dogwalker in New York. Then I found Joey's. Not only do they carry Mushers', they have a huge selection of food, treats, beds and toys. The owner, Mark, was there working alongside an employee. Both of them were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back.

My dog was in for a procedure at the ophthalmology center down the road we drove and hour to get there. I drove by this place in the couples hours I had to kill waiting for him to be done and was intrigued! I love shopping for my dog more than myself for sure! When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the owner himself asking if I needed help and what I was stopping in for. He immediately reassured me of how great the ophthalmology center was which I really appreciated. They have an awesome selection of treats food, collars and other dog products. The store is clean and well organized. They even helped me to pick out the best beef cheek roll for my pup. I have never experienced such friendly and wonderful service and people, it really turned my day around as I was nervous and on edge worrying about my pup! I wish we lived closer to come more often!

I live in Oklahoma, and a few years ago my basset hound, Charlotte, got a Hairy Garcia toy in one of her Bark Box subscriptions. This toy is her absolute FAVORITE (we call it “Monster”) and she takes it with her everywhere. Well, after several “surgeries”, Monster unfortunately had to cross the toy bridge into the beyond and Charlotte was SO SAD.I scoured the internet looking for another Monster, and was sure I wouldn’t be able to find one, but to my excitement and surprise, a small business in Michigan just so happened to have a few! I bought two just in case we need a backup in the future and they run out of stock, and Joey’s was incredibly fast to get the order to me. I received a notification that it has shipped the very next day, and within just a few business days it was delivered.We were equally pleased to find a few extra surprises thrown in, and Charlie was very appreciative of these snacks!I couldn’t share the video but you can tell by these photos just how happy she was to see that her best friend had been “brought back to life” (note the tail that was wagging so hard it blurred in the pictures).Thank you, Mark, for your wonderful customer service and for making a Basset Hound’s whole year!

Love Joey's! Have been getting pet supplies here since 2012. They have the best selection of food, toys and essentials around! All of them are great brands who really care about the pets they make their products for.I strayed one time and started to order from Chewy's due to the cheaper prices. However, the 2nd month they missed an auto-ship and the 3rd month they sent the food back because they "couldn't find my address". Both times I ended up back at Joey's to get the food i couldn't get from Chewy.I would rather spend the $10 extra locally and get the great customer service you expect at Joey's. I called them because my dog was out of food and I wasn't going to be able to make it to the store on time before they closed. The manager was kind enough to let me pay for my food over the phone and she waited 15 minutes after closing for me to pick up my dogs food! It doesn't get any more customer service driven than that!You guys are great and as long as you are open, we will continue to shop there!P.S. They also have the best dog wash station!

Stopped at Joey’s looking for a very specific raw dog food while traveling through the area. We try to support small, local businesses whenever possible so we gave Joey’s a try…and couldn’t be more pleased that we did! Mark was wonderfully friendly, helpful and informative, yet not the least bit pushy. The wide selection of top-quality pet foods and other supplies blew our minds. Long story short, we got what we came for and had a great experience. We wish we had this very same store in our area of Pennsylvania!!!

I just recently found Joey's as I don't live very close. The store is beautiful, clean and well stocked. I came to bathe my dog and at an extremely reasonable cost which included treats, towels, shampoo and very spacious for my Great Dane I was very happy. The owner was friendly and so helpful. I will be back!

Very professional I came in with the wrong leash for a canine in public and very politely and graciously educated by the staff it's rare you go places and not attacked for doing the wrong thing. I've shopped here four times now and i had a great experience every time

Friendly and very helpful staff. This place has high quality pet supplies. You could buy cheaper, but it won’t last. If you want to buy some quality pet supplies, this is the place. Be prepared to spend more than you would at a chain pet store. Highly recommended.

They have been providing for the needs of St. Vincent Catholic Charities facility dog, Promise, for over 1.5 years and have been nothing but supportive, kind and helpful to Promise and our agency. My wife and I just stopped by for the first time and it was honestly the best experience we’ve ever had at a “pet store”. The owner introduced himself and we immediately could tell he cared about animal as much as we do. They have great brands great toys and great vibes. I would recommend this place to everyone. We will now be buying our dog and cat food there.

We brought our dog here on New Year's Eve to get some fun stuff to celebrate her 1st birthday! We were so grateful for the nice gentleman (who turned out to be the owner himself) who measured our girl's paws for protective boots, helped us get them on for a test run, and shared some super helpful informationStella was excited to see toys that she hadn't seen at other pet stores and really LOVED her bakery treat. I just wanted to take a moment to provide a positive review for this wonderful company. As a part of my local fire department, I spoke with Joey's about an adopt-a-family event that we were doing. Joey's donated a generous amount of food for the fur baby that is in that family. Great place. Staff are knowledgeable about what items are in the store and about what your pets needs are. Helped us with our golden retriever puppy and thought us some stuff that we didn't know that helped us make decisions on what to purchase. They also have tons of locally sourced products! Stopped in with my wife today; we have been mindful to support local businesses after covid had a massive impact for many. We were greeted and shown around, and we also walked the grounds of the dog park to see if it would be a fit for our huskies. Very impressed with the manicured grass and the pavilion with picnic tables for shade.We were happy to buy some new treats and see the wide selection. Staff were really nice and helpful.

Yes, some of the prices may be higher, but you pay for what you get. Joey's carries better quality items for our furry family members. Do I buy everything there? No... but what I have bought has lasted and has been good quality. Customer service has been awesome by all members of the staff on the 5 or 6 times I have been there. Going there today to purchase a new coat for our newest rescue dog and look forward to it!

I love Joey's more and more every time go come in! Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I have a hard time keeping weight on my dog and they recommend some natural brands i hadn't heard of and even offered I could bring it back and exchange it for a different one if he didn't like it until I found one he would eat. Today I didnt realize i had run out of dog food until late and they even stayed open for me until I got there! They are amazing!

I stopped in at Joeys today to shop for Raw Dogfood and was impressed by the wide selection of brands and products. The young man that was working (I can’t remember his name 🤓) was so helpful from the time I came in the door until I left. I walked out feeling confident of my purchase and am excited to see the improvements in my dogs health in the future! The staff is always happy to help when I need it. They recommended a new food for my cats when one of them was having digestion issues and the food switch combined with meds from the vet have eliminated the issue. Love coming here, and love that I can bring my dog too!

Constantly friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at this store. They provide dog foods, treats, and clothing/equipment you just can't find at Meijer, Petco and the other big box chains. The knowledge they bring to the table is an asset more people in the surrounding area should be taking advantage of.

I used to visit Joey's when I lived in Williamston for 14 years. I decided to stop in recently as a new puppy has graced our home.They have a wonderful selection, fairly friendly staff, and apparently a members only, private dog park at another location.Pros? More items than Tractor Supply Plus.Cons? Not particularly LBGTQ friendly.Please consider sensitivity training for all of your staff in this area. Our money is equal to everyone's, and if you lose ours, it's an economic loss. Thanks!
