I ordered a grill online and unfortunately it was damaged in shipping. Online customer service connected me with the Williamsburg store. The grill was too big for me to fit in my car to return and the manager was kind enough to deliver a new one to my home and take the damaged one. They went above and beyond to help resolve this issue all while being extremely helpful and kind! Best customer service I have had in years. I would highly recommend them to anyone as it's rare to see this level of customer service anymore.

Needed propane tank filled. Normal place I go was closed. Went to Tractor Supply, got propane, paid(a lot) more for propane than I like, but they were open when I needed them.

This place is great! it's got so many cool products you'd never think of. And the people who work there are always friendly and go out of their way to help. Also been to other TS stores in other cities and they're just as great! Prices are always reasonable or cheap but products are high quality.

Great store. Clean and well stocked. Friendly, knowledgeable employees. Stopped in for a couple items. Got them with no problem. While shopping, I broke a shoe lace......they even carry those. I learn something new every day. Talk about a wide variety of items.

I stopped to get some dog food and other stuff and found some recent mark downs that would work for awards or prizes for our show series. Krystle went above to locate a few additional sizes. The staff were all very helpful.

We love Tractor Supply in Williamsburg! Tim has been our Go-To person and has solved every issue we have brought to him. We appreciate all the other hard work done by the rest of the staff. Customer service is the best every time. One of the best supply stores in the area without a doubt.

Great place to work. I enjoy the ability to help people find what they need for their day to day life. As far as the gentleman about the unloading that is false. We unload our drivers at all hours even when receiving hours are closed in a very timely manner

My husband walked through the door without a mask on and the woman at the register pointed at him and said 'get out, you don't have a mask on'. Totally unacceptable. How about 'sir, we require our customers to wear masks at this time.' As simple as that. We have spent hundreds of dollars at this store; he shops there every single week, until now. We won't be back. Wearing a mask isn't the problem, we can do that. The problem is the totally unprofessional way that the mask was addressed. Train your staff!

Good place to find basic farm and pet supplies. We like that they have live chickens for sale. Not always the best service. Good if you know what you are looking for before you go in.

TSC has almost anything you could need for the farm, animal feed, winter warm clothes, men's and women's clothing and jeans, boots. The list goes on. The staff is friendly and will work with you to ensure you're happy before you walk out the door

Went inside to look for dog food. Asked the girl at the register for small bites sensitive stomach which I have bought at the Cheboygan store she said they do not make it. Wondered if she could check their supply catalog she said no they no not make it. What a great employee. Will stay shopping in Cheboygan TSC.

Quick and easy place to have our RV propane filled. You need to be able to back in to the fenced area for a fill. The attendant was friendly and we didn't have a long wait.

The Sunday vet visits are cheap and inexpensive, good place to go if you need a quick visit for your dog or cat, love that they have a dog wash station inside the store.
