Ginger is absolutely incredible and does amazing work! I knew I needed my bridesmaid dress altered, but didn’t know exactly what I needed done. She promptly returned my call, had me come in the next day, and helped me figure out how to make my dress look perfect for me. She made sure to make note and keep track of when I needed it back, and asked me to come in a couple more times to ensure her alterations were correct and the dress fit like I wanted it to. From trying it on initially when I bought it and not being sure if I liked it, to picking it up today and LOVING it! The price she originally told me was a fantastic deal, and by the time all was said and done, she had knocked the price down even lower. Incredible customer service. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Called to see about taking my coat in that torn thinking I would have to wait a few days and ginger was so nice and got me in that day and was done in 5 mins! Definitely recommend.

Everything from Cozy Comfort is such great quality! My dog’s coats have been washed many times and still look brand new. The custom fitting is great so you know everything will fit your pet perfect. Would definitely recommend over coats I’ve purchased from large chain stores that are no where near the quality of Cozy Comfort!!!
