Good selections, good prices on a lot of items, higher prices than other other stores for the same things we purchase weekly/monthly, but that is how it is in TC. I do use points and coupons. Prices are better in Gaylord and Cadillac. Gas prices are better there too.

What you would expect from. Meijer. Very clean and well stocked. All the employees were pleasant and helpful. The store is huge and well laid out and you can find anything you need. Much better than a Walmart Supercenter. Lots of check out lanes. We did not have to wait at all.

They have a great selection of organic foods ad lots of fresh produce. Sometimes I feel the prices are out of lie for similar products at competing stores. Best attribute is the selection they have. I love the organic coffee choices, they have the best selection I've found local so far.

My main place to food shop. Grocery prices are decent, and most of the time items are in stock (if you go on the slower days). Love the self checkouts ( always seems faster to self checkout). Normally find a pleasant greeter when I come in the food entrance.

Went to Acme Meijer for just a handful of things Saturday 4/27, Used self check out. Harley was super sweet and really went above and beyond in customer service. Made my day.

New store, not too busy. Very clean, good prices and convenient if you live/vacation North of Traverse City. Pharmacy, garden center, full grocery and retail. Great to stop there instead of going all the way into Traverse City. 11-2023 still a great store.

Always a good experience. Prices are better than the Meijer in traverse City. Hardly ever wait in line. Always find specials that aren't advertised, like buy 1 get 1 ground beef. Only negative thing I have is the floors are often a little messy from stockers leaving cardboard bits and plastic behind.

My fiancé and I stopped in tonight and Kaila (sorry if I spelt it wrong) at self checkout was wonderful. She greeted us with a smile and even scanned and bagged our items for us. She deserves a raise and deserves recognition for her wonderful service. Spot on!

Very clean. Was not busy which as a customer was very nice. All there fresh produce looked great and all there baked good. Love coming to this Meijer's when staying in the area. As I am from the Detroit area. Tom the door greeter was awesome as usual. Love when he says hi and waves at us customers. We remembered him from last year when we came. He made us feel great as we walked in. He is a great asset to this company and this store.We will be back. ❤

They have everything on earth. The employees are great. With the supply chain shortage impacting every type of business I have noticed Meijer seems to be doing a great job trying not to let it effect their customers. This Meijer is also much easier getting in and out quickly compared to the store on other side of TC. 02/26/24 update, nothing has changed. Meijer in Acme is still the go to store for EVERYTHING.

Overall I like this store. They have a good selection of foods, veggies and fruit are mostly fresh, and we have found their meat, poultry and seafood to be good. Be cautious of the Meijer Bagels. Bought a package on the 4th. with sell by date of 5th. and when I opened to prepare for breakfast on the 7th. They were moldy. Will be returning.

Visited here tonight. Cashier was Patty and very rude about putting four cases of pop on belt. Well shocking that’s your job. They were first things in cart to get to rest of items. I’m handicapped and can’t hold them while I take $150 of items out. Probably rudest person I’ve encountered at a Meijer.

It's Meijers, I'm sure in some areas thier stores may not be up to snuff but I frequent Gaylord, Petoskey and Williamsburg locations. All are always well stocked, staffed by well trained friendly people.

They're up to their old tricks. Have signs for stuff on sale, then it rings up at full price. And of course the customer service desk closed at 8pm.

Nice clean store. However, be patient at the deli. The deli folks have a lot of jokes and personal conversation they need to talk about before you get served. They will eventually glance your way and ask if you need help. But pay attention because of you do not say yes immediately in a loud voice you will be waiting until their next bunch of chit chat is done!

Okay, truth be told, I'm a grocery store geek. I even managed a store years ago. Loved it. Love the business. Glad to be out of it.Retail, and retail at this size and caliber is EXTREMELY difficult. Managing part-time employees, shifts, scheduling, stocking, pricing, facing shelves, merchandising to make an extra dollar....there is a LOT of work put into this business.This store exemplifies perfection! It is clean, well lit, well stocked, not raucous or loud or obnoxious with chess displays. EVERY department is well aligned with product! The produce manager should be VERY proud of there staff and the same could be said for all other department heads.Well done Meijer!!! I'm going back in soon to show all my (now retired) colleagues at Ralph's in Los Angeles how a store SHOULD be kept!

So the store is amazing and most of the employees are exceptional HOWEVER the short hair blonde woman with glasses that works at checkout is absolutely terrible. She was extremely disrespectful and rude when I went to go ask her for help as we needed assistance checking out. I was unaware she was with another customer and when I went to ask for her help she rudely holds her finger up and makes a shush noise at me and finishes with customer she's helping and as we're walking back to my register with quite a disdainful look she tells me she knows our light is blinking as its her job to watch for the lights and then proceeds to clear the ID code and then to further be disrespectful and tell me how she also does not like to be interrupted when she's with another customer and I apologized and said I hadn't realized she was with another customer and she just looked me.up and down huffs at me and turns around and leaves. For someone meant to interact with customers so often you either need to give her targeted training on customer service and respect or find someone more qualified and my Mother in law whom frequents the grocery store has complained of the same woman so she clearly has a chip on her shoulder that needs addressing

Two stars for responsible prices but I've noticed a decline in the frozen ice cream novelty products. Since after July 2023 everytime I get for example ice cream sandwiches the ice cream must have been left out because the wrappers are always stuck to the product and the consistency of the ice cream is melted indicating the ice cream isn't properly stored or left out of the freezer for too long. I now can't rely on this location for the great products they had last year I don't know what changed
