Had a good chat and laugh as we were all from out of country and not looking forward to the inclement weather about to hit us. Always friendly at this store and always helpful. We have shopped at this tractor supply numerous times and usually have a decent experience. However, today, I called ahead to get service for propane. Went inside and asked for service for propane. It is 20° out and I have been standing for almost 25 minutes waiting for someone to help me with propane.You have lost our business

Staff is always great, inventory is somewhat limited but I go often enough that I know what they carry and what they don't. Prices are great, and it's fun to stop when they're selling baby ducks and chicks. Pretty country drive from my house.

The staff is absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with. Store is clean also. However, they are FREQUENTLY out of stock of just about everything I go in to get and end up having to drive to another store far away. I've finally realized if I'm going to use this location, I need to call first and have someone check the inventory, unlike with other stores that keep items stocked. At first I just thought I had bad luck with things being sold out at this location, but it's been a few years and happened to the rest of my friends and family too so it's become a bit of a running joke among us. Again, still LOVE the manager and staff as they are my favorites of all the stores I've been to and the REASON we all still frequent this location. I'm sure it's difficult to know whats going to go when, and it may be a hard hit store because of its location, but I do hope they figure a way to keep things better stocked.

Great prices! We went to get a 12 pack of mason jars for canning and they were $5 cheaper than at Walmart and $7 cheaper than at Kroger! The cashier Jessica was super friendly and helpful! There's a lot to look at and a lot of unique items you wouldn't think they would carry.

Well I guess I should have read the sign and took it literally tractor supplies..... if you're looking for a zero turn lawn mower or tractor you will not find a physical one here..... zero turn lawn mower seems to be very hard for tractor supply to get in stock... even at a store that specializes in farming and lawn equipment ... Well at least that was my impression...

this place is a lot of really good at yard and gardening supplies, and a small selection of things like work clothes, work boots, and even some toys for outdoor loving children. The prices are pretty good, the staff is friendly and the store is easily accessible from both Whitmore Lake Road and 23 freeway. It's very nice store, I do recommend for homeowners.

I am currently getting ready for my new puppy to come home and I had absolutely no idea what kind of dog food I should get. When I went into Tractor Supply- Marrah, an employee there gave me excellent recommendations! She not only helped me with that but she showed me around and helped me find many other things that we’re on my list to get. You can tell by her professionalism and knowledge that she has a passion for the outdoors and animals.By the time I left- I had everything I needed for my new Golden and felt confidant in the items I purchased. I will be back again!

We've only had problems with the online purchases from this store. We've had countless problems with the website and coupon codes working properly. Charges appear at checkout that weren't apparent when putting things in your cart (delivery chargers when it says free ship to store). When you call customer service it takes forever to talk to a person and then chances are you'll get transferred to someone else. Transactions on Tractor Supply Credit card also don't show up for weeks! Poor online services. Online shoppers BEWARE!!!!!!!

Excellent store for outdoor/indoor tools and machinery. The staff are very friendly, helpful, & professional. My first visit to get hay to cover exposed pipe. I prefer it over other hardware stores.

I've been going here for years, buying work clothes, equipment and animal supplies. Needless to say I've spent thousands at the Whitmore Lake Tractor Supply Company. In the last few months I've noticed the customer service or experience going downhill. Today was the final straw when I was waiting at checkout for the cashier to show up. Then I hear voices coming around the corner and it was the cashier letting a different customer to go to this cash register. Both the employee and customer looked me in the face then looked down because I had brought my dog with me. It did look like the customer was about to say something about me being in line first but she changed her mind I believe. I guess being a loyal customer all these years means absolutely squat to TSC!!!

I went to weingartz earlier in the day with no luck. They were gonna have to order parts that wouldn't come till after the holiday, with no guarantee they'd even work. (Not to trash weingartz, sales woman was extremely patient and helpful. Just an old mower.) Found everything I needed to make it work at TSC, and was up and run again by that evening. Sales staff was helpful and friendly.

Called ahead told the nice lady I'm driving an hour to come there do you have these items get there .....an hour later nothing all gone always make sure there looking at it these days folks and not no1 has bought them on 3 weeks let me check .....on the computer make sure they check with their own eyes on said items you wish to purchase

A great store, and experience. I went in to find a bracket for my utility trailer, unfortunately they did not carry the part, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. A great atmosphere, easy to find location, and very clean.

Only seem to have 3 people working at a time. 1 register person 1 manager and 1 loader type person. The issue with that is that the line at the register gets super long before the open another register then everyone behind you in line bolts over there because u are land locked so to speak so u still get to wait for somebody who is trying to return something and can't remember what ph# he used for his loyalty points or whatever

Very poor experience. No one around to help. Then helped sales lady to bring in door track pieces to restock shelf then Doug embarrassed me with making a roller work but would not sell me what I needed because they were out of the plate version of the box rail roller. All he had to do was take the plates from the other roller box until his vendor restocks. I told him I couldn't use the long bolt version and my contractor was waiting at my house to build the door.

Came on a Saturday morning to buy $2,500 worth of fencing. The whole store had two employees, I stood at customer service for an hour after I asked for help. Who staffs a farm store on a Saturday morning with two employees?? Whoever owns this store needs to get their lazy ass out of bed and come to work to see this Saturday morning chaos! If I could leave 0 stars I would!
