I ordered cockatiel bird food through Amazon and order was fulfilled by One Way Pet. I received the wrong item, I will not feed parrot food to my cockatiel. There was no return policy for the item. So I paid for an item I cannot use nor return. Contacted the company and no reply. I do not recommend this company for online purchases.

I ordered a pond & waterfall pump, but received a pond vacuum cleaner instead. I reordered the pump and returned the vacuum. The second order arrived and it was another pond vacuum instead of the waterfall pump.
