Historic and certainly iconic. But I just saw a real estate listing for the White Duck Country Market (not sure how recent as it has no date). So everyone, keep on supporting this great little store so that whoever buys it stays in business!

Great place for food and ice cream. Everything is very reasonably priced, especially being right next to the lake shore. We always stop after spending the day swimming at Duck Lake.Friendly, polite employees and plenty of parking.

Great small store that’s near Duck Lake for snacks and drinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even have some good cheeses and dips right as you walk in.

They've got everything you might need! And the ice cream is awesome! We always come here when we're in the area. There are picnic tables outside to eat your ice cream at. The service is great - everyone that helped us was very kind.

Is it expensive? Yes. But if you want ice cream at 8 PM, they have it in a lot of flavors, along with a lot of other grocery needs and you don't have to drive to town for what you need. Sometimes paying extra for convenience is totally worth the time.

Great stop on the West Mich Lakeshore tour.12 hand/hard pack Hudsonvile ice cream flavors.The young woman serving ice cream yesterday was awesome. Great sense of humor, beautiful smile.This is a mom and pop style small convenience store.Outdoor seating.I would not characterize the store as wheelchair friendly.Also, due to vandals (kids making bad decisions), no public restrooms!Still a great stop on the way to duck lake or whitehall/montague.Have you seen the world's largest weathervane???

Awesome staff, we take scenic as a group on motorcycles and stop for chilli dogs. Food is awesome and decently priced.

A spectacular local gem. An extremely diverse collection of beers and liquor. All the basics you'll need for your vacation. Friendly staff and a wild diversity of other foods and such. Never would have expected something so well stocked nestled in a small road.

Great little grocery store with large selection of cheeses, charcuterie needs, beer, wine, basic pantry needs, eggs, ice cream, ice, and hot dogs ready to eat. Also freezer stocked with meat, convenance meals. Saves us trip into town when we need something.

Good place to get a few items without having to drive to a major city store. The store has a little bit of everything. If you're hungry, they even make sandwiches to order. Not too pricey.

This is an awesome little country market with a very long history! My family and I would go to duck Lake and then stop here for ice cream. Nice selection of groceries, fresh produce, all the staples plus some awesome hot soups topped off with friendly service

The BEST place to stop and get a BIG waffle cone of Hudsonville Lemon Cheesecake Icecream. Don't forget to grab some local produce off the bench out front, whatever is in season will be there waiting for you. Don't forget your commemorative tee shirt!

Multiple times now I have been burnt by this place. They are in an area rife with second/resort homes and vacationers. As a middle-class local, the day-to-day employees have treated me well. Putting up with the inflated prices has usually been worth it.Unfortunately it is readily obvious that the owner- or whoever he counts on to run things while he flies, or golfs, or whatever- does not keep up on the expiration dates of the inventory. Should be basic protocol for a place that serves "fresh" sandwiches and ice cream.Three times in less than a year I have purchased a key item for dinner, started dinner, and then found that the item is expired. Tonight it was chicken sausage that expired July 19th. JULY!! It was 24 degrees outside this morning, and I was served meat that was bad in July. Wouldn't be making such a big deal if it wasn't a hat trick.

Perfect little store. They have everything here. And it is very close to Duck Lake State park. I've been here many times and they are always very nice. They even have a few vegan options as well.

Always make sure to get some ice cream here after swimming at Duck Lake! It's only down the road. There are also picnic tables out there for a picnic or to soak up some sun! ☀

Little store jammed pack full of stuff you could need while camping near by. Be careful though the floor has a hump and it's easy to fall down if you dont see it. Not a soft landing. Js
