The store is clean, and MOST employees are friendly. At this point, I know which ones not to bother with. If they didn't have so many self checkouts that require multiple employees to monitor, they may be able to have more than 1 (2 if you're lucky) cashiers.

I heard about all the lanes being closed but I never thought it would happen to us. Went grocery shopping the other night, half a cart, not a single lane lit up to check me out, even the alcohol convenience lanes at the end. No where to set my groceries as I do self checkout. I've never been so pissed while grocery shopping, I spent over a half hour checking myself out. No wonder your loss rates are so high, you are asking your customers to steal when you do things like that. I also plan on calling the manager and informing them that not having at least 2 lanes open at all times is federally illegal.. COVID gave stores leniency, but the excuse is milked now.

I found what I was looking for. Walmart never disappoints with fresh food, especially avocados. It's a great place to stock up on fresh food for the next few days. It seems the parking lot is RV-friendly for overnight stays; it might be an excellent spot to rest. Purchased new tires. Kept up on my tire rotations. Now, stranded on the side of the highway because the lug nuts weren’t tightened! DO NOT USE THEIR TIRE SERVICES! On the phone with them now…paid for warranty and roadside assistance. They’re refusing to help saying they can’t prove it was them….. ummmmm ok because tires just randomly come off???

Had everything I was looking for. Store was clean and well stocked. Lines were low to empty in the early afternoon. Very happy with my experience here.

This seems to be one of the better Walmart stores I have visited. However, they seem to have a more limited product mix compared to the Norton Shores and Fruitport stores. Even if you normally don't like Walmart stores, this one is different and you should check it out.

I mostly just pick up groceries (the walmart employee brings them out and loads the groceries in my car). This store is fairly new, built around 2018. The grocery shopping area is not as big as some other Wal-Marts. When I do go shopping here, I have to check with a worker usually at least once because some item is not stocked. Overall a good clean store with not a lot of wierdos wandering around.

Walmart E. Sherman Muskegon. Very dirty store, 5 gal water refill station was completely empty. This is a common occurrence. But it directed me to Walmart Holton-Whitehall Rd. This store was Very Clean!! The 5 gal water refill station was stocked full. Definately worth the extra 5 mile drive.

Wal-Mart has opened this location with some fighting from local businesses who fear losing business to this multi national retailer. The store was clean when I was here, but it was opening morning. Come back in a year and we will see how they keep it up. Grand opening day on 05-18-2017.

There are some Walmarts that, even after being updated, are still dirty, disheveled, and right down unfriendly. Not this Walmart though! Whitehall Walmart, you do a great job with customer service! Thank you!

Order towels rack took forever to get I finally got them instead of putting them where they normally do. They put them in the mailbox took me forever to find .

Got my tires replaced and oil change done. Way cheaper than local garages that always find something additinal wrong with your car. I dealt wit Cedric and Riley amazing customer service to me and others as I waited. Well done auto service center.

Shop with a hero was awesome! So many different good Christmas gifts to pick from, helpful kind employees. And I want to thank all the gift wrappers, they saved some of us a lot of time. And the food provided!

The clearance price was marked wrong and the employee insured us we would get the product at the marked unit price. Every clearance tag has matching unit prices and retail prices. When we talked with a manager, they were rude and argumentative about the situation, even though their employee told us we could get it at that price. We did not get it at the marked clearance tag price.2 stars because employee working over in seasonal was exceptional.

I stood at the deli counter for 10 minutes. I even rang the bell twice. The person at the bakery looked at me twice and never offered to help! I almost left my cart and walked out! The employees at this Walmart NEVER seem to be available to help customers!

Met an individual at this Walmart and was paid by that person with a money order. When I went into this Walmart to cash it they said I needed the original receipt for it. I explained I was the receiver of the money order and was simply trying to cash it. The manager on duty explained to me that they don’t cash money order’s and that they only return funds for them. Made no sense to me. They were serious. It is a money order that was actually purchased through Walmart. They don’t cash them there though. Lmmfao
