My dealings with the people here have been nothing but nice. The way the pharmacy operates however, I find is unacceptable. I have been getting my prescriptions here for years and have yet to show up to pick them up a single time where they have it ready. At first I figured I was just showing up too fast after leaving the dr office (despite typically waiting 30 minutes to an hour) but I have even waited for 2+ hrs before showing up. Every time I arrive I am told to "come back in 30 minutes". This is absolutely unacceptable when you have a sick child at home waiting for medication. This last time I was told again, "come back in 30 minutes". When I returned I was told that "we don't have that in stock". Again, my child is at home crying with an ear infection and I can't even get a courtesy phone call or have my prescription forwarded to another pharmacy so it is ready when I get there. This needs to be addressed.

Switching my prescriptions back to Walmart coming here was the worst experience I've ever had getting medication they told me it would take 15 minutes because they supposedly just received it even though it was sent a day prior it proceeded to take them over 30 minutes after which I was never even called back I went back and checked myself just to find out it had been done but nobody cared to page me after they said it was filled it took them another 5 minutes to find the prescription because they had already lost it in that short amount of time that whole experience was extremely unprofessional Walgreens needs to get there act together!

Went in here to pick up a photo order, walked in the door and the worker at the register didnt even acknowledge my presence, he had his headphones in and was paying attention to his phone.Then the lady who helped me in photo wasnt terrible, but she also wasnt at all friendly. She sent me to the front register to pay for my photos, which is fine.However, i walk up there and the worker doesnt even look at me, doesnt say a single word besides what my total is after scanning my two items, very slowly counts my change back to me and still says nothing, i said thanks and walked out.Not at all a friendly place, i honestly felt like customers werent at all wanted. A big ole ZERO on the customer service

The photo self-serve photo area is not staffed by professionals. I hooked both my computer and my phone up to the machine for a print and the machine would not progress to the upload stage. Every question I asked to troubleshoot the problem was answered with an I don't know/we can't/don't have it. --- "I've never used a computer with these machines." "I don't know how to use the online portal". "We can't give you wifi to use the online portal on your computer." "We don't have another cord to see if the cord is the issue." "We can't use our computers that are connected to internet to place the order." "You can't send the files to an email here for us to print." "I don't know how to find what you're looking for on mobile." Then when I walked out there were three other employees huddled at the front checkout desk talking, when she had three people back in the photo department. The only good thing I got from going to Walgreens was their customer suggesting I try out Walmart down the street instead. THANK YOU to her.

A couple of the women who work there are not nice.I was at Walgreens earlier today, January 11, 2019 at 4:18 p.m. The woman who waited on me at the pharmacy drive-thru asked How I was doing today. I replied "Good. How are you?" and she just ignored me. She must have thought that was humorous or clever, or both. I myself thought it was rude. I was the only one there at the time so I know she wasn't distracted or busy. She was also looking directly at me when she asked how I was doing today. I do not like rude service.

The store bathrooms are absolutely fowl, and the pharmacy technicians are extremely rude and the slowest they can possibly be because they clearly shown me and many others that they do not care about you or anyone else but themselves. Very selfish. I'd rather go across the road to rite aid instead. In fact I will for now on.

Their system sucks. It should not take days to fill someone’s prescription. You shouldn’t have to call for a prescription that has automatic refills. This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever seen tbh.

Certain employees at the pharmacy drive-thru could use some work on their friendliness toward customers. For example instead of scowling at a customer and in a rude tone asking how they can help, giving the customer the impression they aren't welcomed, smile and ask the question in a more genuine and caring way. It's better than staring at the customer like they have no right picking up a prescription.

HORRIBLE WAIT,sometimes a 2 day wait on prescriptions. Also atleast half hr in line wait,standing only. drive thru is just as bad. i couldnt wait days on my scripts,had to change pharmacy.

Took 37 days to fill my sons prescription. The pharmacist would not call either the doctor or the insurance provider or myself, they just sent a " do not reply to this email " message and that was it. Turns out the insurance company DID approve the medication under the generic name, and Walgreens still failed to fill the prescription or even call the patient or guardian. Turns out that Walgreens was trying to fill the prescription by the companys drug name and not the generic name given to the drug by the insurance company and rest of the pharmaceutical world. (We can't sell you hand soap cause it's labeled as bar soap)
