7/12/2023- Two of his nicks (that they never informed us about and we discovered at home later that night) have turned into hot spots. We will never come back here or recommend it to others. Our poor boy has been so sad. We are upset and frustrated with the service we have received.7/1/2023- They did a great job fitting us into the schedule. The cut looks great, but when we got home, they nicked him in 3 different spots. Now he has fixated on them, and we have to put a cone on him so it doesn't get infected. I get dogs move while getting their haircuts, but he has never had that many cuts, and we have been to a few different groomers. We dropped him off at 10 am, and they called us at 12:24 telling us his cut was done. Then, we called us again at 12:54 and 12:58 to see how close we were. We live 30 minutes.5 years ago: They were wonderful! My little baby came out looking so handsome! They did a great job cutting his hair! He loved it there!

I don't know how many hours our beagle plays when he goes here for doggie daycare but he is one happy, tired boy when he gets home. Thanks guys for making sure he has a fun day.

Although having had experience with this business in the past, I thought it was a bit expensive compared to other groomers in my area. But my dog was clean and happy when I picked her up.

Been taking my dog here for a year and normally don’t have a problem until today. One of the staff was very aggressive towards my dog. Dragging him across the floor and was extremely rude to me when I tried to talk to her about him just being scared. I will be looking for a new place to take my dog!!

I love this place they are hands down the best groomer I have ever had and I am extremely picky about the groomers for my Service Dog. I would happily drive an hour if I moved to continue using them. Here Luna is getting her birthday Grooming they do such an amazing job

Kristen and team were the only ones to get my big dogs nails trimmed. He has been an issue since we got him. (He had prior trauma and we don't know what happened, we just know you absolutely cannot cut his nails.) Everyone has always told us to have him put under if we want them trimmed (at least 4/5 previous groomers.) But not Sitting Pretty. They got him all trimmed up and very very well taken care of. All 3 of our pups came out of there super clean, well groomed, and happy as can be. I am beyond please with this staff and will be returning many times in the future. They are a dream team!!!

The staff here is always so nice and accommodating. We come up from Lansing and they always take great care of my mothers dog. Other places have trimmed the nails too short and been uncomfortable for the dog. They have always cut Lady's nails perfectly and she does not even mind the trim. I wish more places could have the care that they do!! Highly recommend!

Staff are very friendly and experienced. Took 2 of my German Shepherds to be groomed and desheded and they did a tremendous job on both of them. They look fabulous! I highly recommend them

these woman are amazing for cutting our dogs nails and grooming is amazing too. i myself will keep going to these guys. I started going here with our 1st husky Krystal, she loved them. So today was our 1st day with 2 sister huskies, they not sure but there 1st visit. But honestly will keep going also.

My dog won't let me near his nails. I went in on Toenail Tuesday, she clipped his super-long nails in about 90 second's, it only cost me $5!! WELL worth the 100% tip!!

We brought Lilly, our English Cream Retriever here for a bath, hair cut and nail trim. They did a very good job on her and we will be going back. They did a better job than where we usually take her and their prices are better. Thank you Magnolia's.

I take my 2 kitty's here every few weeks to get their nails clipped. The girls are always nice, quick to clip, & answer any questions I may have. I always make sure I go on Toenail Tuesdays as then it will only cost you $5 per your furry family member! Oh they also have a Punch Card too where after 10 Trims the 11th is free so don't forget to get yours.

I made an appt for my cat to be brushed at 3pm. When I went in and dropped him off, they stated it would be an hour. After an hour I went back and they stated they haven't even got to him yet. My cat sat inside his carrier for an hour!! They could have called and said we are running behind, its going to be another 30-60 mintues. I would have gladly came and picked him up and brought him back at another time. But no instead they let him sit in his carrier for an hour. How unprofessional and where is the compassion??

Wonderful! Brought our 1yr old male gsd for a grooming. My anxiety was worse than his!! I gave them a heads up about his and they took such good care of him.
