What a fun little spot. Reclaim and repurpose is the name of the game. Clothing, furniture, boots, old signs, you can find a little bit of everything. There's no need to be in a hurry, pick the racks, scope out the shelves, and don't forget to look down, there are treasures everywhere. If you don't see it, ask, someone's willing to tell you.

Totally hit or miss here. The crew is exceptional! Here is my very best purchase so far; a stained glass window that fits my oversized window in my 1902 home perfectly! Once I got all the grime and spider webs off, it positively glistened in the sunlight! The secret to finding treasures is to visit very often.

When we tour the area while camping on Lake Michigan, we like to shop around, eat at Gary's and od course check out Hope's outlet. We enjoy the great deals and large selection of goods. We always walk out with something.. sometimes much more. Great place to shop.

Way cheap prices on everything and so much cool stuff and lots of designer clothing. Give yourself plenty of time to shop, because you'll need it! Very friendly staff and they take credit cards.

Be certain you get the correct size since they don't accept returns or exchanges even with a reciept!! The worker woman was a little defensive when telling me they don't accept returns or exchanges as well. It smells bad in this store also.

They are very very good people that work at hopes outlet they are there to help you if you need help they are the cheapest on buying used stuff so much better than the Goodwill or salvation army I wouldn't donate to any of them hopes outlet is God's gift sent to people I want to thank each and everyone of you that work at hopes outlet you're doing a wonderful job keep up the good work God bless each and everyone of you my name is Danny d I come in there usually on a Saturday I drive all the way Whitehall just to come in and see what different stuff you have and what I can buy that I need and a very clean store thank you thank you thank you and the young ladies that work there they do an awesome job

I love this 😍 ❤️ store. The staff is amazing. The place is so organized an clean. The prices are so soft on the wallet. If you haven't already been here your really missing out. An thay have tons of holloween outfits and stuff check them out. It will make you smile 😁😊😉

Very reasonable prices, large selection of items, & helpful workers! The only thing I'd say needs improvement is organization. I found quite a few pieces of clothing in the wrong size rack or fell off the hanger. Not a big deal, most thrift stores have this exact problem.

Nothing is sorted, the baby clothes are old, pilly, embedded with pet hair, and quite outdated from the 90's. There was a playboy shirt and profane beer cozy in the baby clothes bin, and when I inquired what price a metal tub was, she asked $60.00 for it. There are some good deals in there but I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend.

They receive there items for free and and wanted to charge me 20 dollars for a life jacket that was popped for that this review gets 1 star .................but the reddish haired girl that was the anointed one on making the price's is so beautiful I will be giving 4 more stars and im sorry for kinda being a jerk

Still nice place. I think it's under new owners.Last year it was off the chain. An they made awesome deals.Now it's a little off it's edge.I'll check it out again next year to see if it's game is back on.

I love thrift stores but I won't be going back here bc of their PRICES...it is outrageous what they charge for these items this is very used items, with most of them being filthy and beat up and they are DONATED items but yet their charging full price as if they were new...plz fix ur prices
