I absolutely love thrifting and love finding neat, cool finds, however Whitehall Goodwill is one of the most overpriced "thrift" stops I make. Super unfortunate. I have found MULTIPLE items with original price tags on it, and there goodwill sticker a dollar + higher? Strange. Kitchen picture priced at $15...USED leggings almost $6, I get "inflation" but other goodwill are not this bad. You can tell this store is competitive to get highest sales for there district.

Shopped at goodwill today. We were accused of stealing because one employee failed to do their job and remove the hangers from the room. Chases us out of the store which is highly illegal because we were out of the store at that point. Not to mention we bought a desk they had to load in the car and they broke the glass on the top of it and didn’t even offer a refund to us. They proceeded to allow my friend to pick up the glass even though she’s the customer and could have gotten injured. They were very displeased we were there past close on accident because we were enjoying shopping after a long couple of weeks. They were making us intentionally uncomfortable telling us it’s 10 minutes past close. Like we get it we are trying to try on the clothes we picked out. I know from first hand experience they shouldn’t be pushing the time on us when we are customers we didn’t intend to be there past time. Very very unprofessional.

Location is this stores biggest hurdle. Whitehall and the surrounding area is small and I cannot imagine their donations are very abundant. Considering this, it's obvious to me that this specific store has a hard working team that really tries to keep their store stocked up. It's always clean, and decently stocked.

This place is a joke! Making top dollar off of items that are given to them. Workers at the Whitehall Goodwill are rude, disrespectful, and are giving that company an even crappier reputation than they already have! How does someone donate two trucks full of things and at that time our business wasn't steady so we were struggling, and just nicely asked if we could in exchange for all the items we just donated, if we come pick out a $4.00 pair of used kids shoes, and I'm telling you this lady acted like I wanted everything in the whole entire store.... So sad God sees what this company is doing and what's all about!!!!

This is a newly renovated Good Will. I was impressed! It is well layed out, spacious, wonderfully stocked, and very clean. There's also plenty of parking, and the donation drop off area is covered and easy to spot.

I love this Goodwill. I love the prices and the selections. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I shop here probably every other week. The store is clean and well maintained.

One of the best Goodwill stores in the area. It's newly expanded, doesn't stink and you can find pretty decent stuff. The employees are nice, as well.
