I have been shopping here for years and I switched here from tractor supply due to recommendations from friends, family, and even neighbors. I have loved this location up until recently, I noticed the new manager eric has been extremely rude to not only his staff (in front of customers) but also to your loyal customers. I will be going back to tractor supply despite it being out of my way due to this man. I will not be returning to this location until he is no longer a manager. Do better, this is disappointing.

At the Whitehall Location I was looking for a pre-emergent for my grass in early spring. Ryan showed me a few products that he has personally used and what has worked best for his lawn as it had the same issues with Moss. My yard has been drought to life because of his guidance and it helped me check a goal off my list!

Long time customer of this store and in the past I really appreciated the kind and helpful staff. As of recently, things are really downhill. The last time I went in the cashier was very rude and not helpful, I believe he was also the manager which makes it that much worse. I'm sure there are good employees that work here but I hope things improve soon. Too many other places to shop to deal with rude staff.

They always go above and beyond. I wanted a product they didn't carry they actually looked it up and told me who had it near me. This is why most of my shopping is done at Family Farm and Home.

Has almost everything your looking for from cleaning supplies to organic candles, baby chickens feed for your livestock and more. Friendly environment the staff are amazing always welcoming.

Absolutely perfect place for a new FF&H store location. This store is great already, since day one, but everytime I go there I see that more and more inventory has been added. I just hope that they don't make the mistake of adding to much of the cheap random inventory. So many places are doing this to the point of being cluttered + looking disorganized. Stick with quality over quantity.

The store has a lot of options available for lawn and garden and a lot of diversity in brands they were short staffed at the time but were still kind and provided very useful information when asking for recommendations I will say a few things were over priced but still a great store I do recommend you check it out

I love that they're open later than the other hardware stores on Sunday! That was a complete life-saver when I needed a cotter pin to finish mending and changing my tractor tire.

Slowest service ever!I stood in line behind one person, it took about 5 minutes for her to ring him up, then the cashier asked me to move to the other lane because she had a phone call. I did, stood there another 5 minutes for the ONE customer she had... and watched all the people in my original line get checked out while I continued to wait. She finally got to me, I HAD 2 ITEMS and it took her another 5 minutes, she had to call for help ringing up one item. I was 2nd in line on both lanes with 2 items and 15 minutes wait time. RIDICULOUS both lines increased to probably 5 people in both lines.I told her this is the longest wait I've ever had, she said sorry. I had a phone call. I said you asked me to move to the other lane and then you rang up everyone behind me, (while i still hadn't been waited on) they were already outside.

I was a customer here since they opened but idk if I will be anymore. They have great products and hours however their employees are rude and don’t wear masks! They also don’t encourage others to wear their masks in the store. I asked an employee (Renee) to talk to a manager and she informed me that they “don’t have managers”! Most of their customers are older. You’d think they’d be more careful with the pandemic. I will be reporting them to the state. I hope they will be better in the future. At the moment however it is not a safe place to shop.
