Tavern 1836 really values their customers opinions on their food. I made a request on their fb page about more beer cheese on their pretzel burger and within a few days I got a picture of the burger perfected. The beer cheese was oozing down the side just like my request. Needless to say I can’t wait to go back and have it again. If you haven’t tried it yet, definitely give a try. It’s delicious!

A super dining experience. The food was excellent (BEST fries EVER). The draft beer fresh & cold. The service was superior. Hailey was polite, friendly and very responsive. What struck me was the relaxed atmosphere. It is a really good mix of sports bar and family restaurant in a VERY cool building. We WILL be going back. (GREAT name for the restaurant BTW).

This place was amazing!!For starters, the food was so good! And the portions were huge.We are a family of 4, and brought our 2 young children with us. It was a very family friendly environment, and the servers were wonderful with the kids!All the staff that we met were so nice.The vibe in the restaurant was very clean and cozy. Bathrooms were immaculate!This was our first experience here, and my husband said we need to make this our new weekly spot.

This place rocks!!! Under new ownership...formerly Charlies Bar & Grill... amazing food & service....people come from miles away and are thrilled that they re-opened under Tavern 1836....you will be blown away. Attractive restaurant inside and out...tiny town, well worth the trip....look for their new daily food & drink specials indoor LED board being installed this week, excellent & caring staff members and owners...top notch! 'Love their food and service!!!
