Well I'll tell you one thing I won't be back. The groomers were really good. Manager was awful. I had a question about my coupon on my app and redeeming it and all she wanted to do was interrogate me on how I got the email, who sent it, when did I get it. she treated me like a criminal and I was just asking about grooming coupon redemption.

Used them for the first time to have my new puppy groomed. Pretty fast and she looked much better all trimmed up and bathed. The only issue really was the staff. Not very friendly at all. Sat there for a few mintues before the one groomer, who was right there working on another dog, even acknowledged me. And all she asked do I have an appt. I replied yes, and that was the extent of the conversation. Nothing more was said until another groomer finally came out. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon for any grooming services.

They are SO GREAT with my boy! Lauryn specifically has groomed Waldo the past few times and I'm always happy with the results. The entire staff has been great with us.They welcome him and treat him exactly how I want him to be treated and it's a breath of fresh air.The best part, he comes home HAPPY. I've had questionable groomers in the past before I started coming to Petco, and I'm so happy to feel like I can trust them.

We have always been happy with this Petco grooming salon. Ever since Davyn has been taking care of our fur babies they have been comfortable being around her and she always treats them like they are special. She is very pleasant to be around and when we are there she makes us feel like family, almost like she is a grand daughter.

We have been using Westland for some years now. We raise puppies for Leader Dogs for the blind. All of the staff in the grooming dept. have helped when we come in. Each breed we have raised have come to love them all. As we have. We cannot praise them enough for the one on one help we have received from this group of groomers.

My dog is very sassy and when she doesn't like something she tends to bite at the groomer. The girls at Petco always do their best to groom her. I very much appreciate their patience.

Staff is always super helpful. They know their stuff. My dog is usually exited when he gets to go for a nail trim or bath up there so he must like the staff. Plus everyone is pretty friendly.
