Love this pet store! The manager Darlene is awesome. She always assists me with a smile never makes me feel rushed and thoroughly answers my questions. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Lia cashed me out with a smile and I was able to leave with everything I needed and some great suggestions to work through some of my aquatic questions. Thank you for the great experience and service.

Staff has always been friendly. I bought a few male baby parakeets there last year. I was happy to see that someone offered them an orange, and they were eating it. They need more than just seeds. Hopefully when people see what they're eating they'll ask questions or just offer it automatically.I feed mine organic greens, cooked grains (quinoa etc.) fruits, veggies (cooked and raw) daily. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I'll give 4 stars for being a local pet store .I have a new pup coming may 18th and wanted a engraved name tag for her . Other than that the variety for pink dog items is lacking or expensive. I'll stick to amazon for my needs there.

We normally use Petco's doggy services for nail clippings but decided to try out the grooming services this time. Never again!! Whatever shampoo was used, gave our 4-year-old Pit an allergic reaction. He had hives from head to tail and could barely walk from the pain.

We have a one-year-old Pitbull, she is very friendly and likes everybody.We now have a little tiny lap dog. We had to buy a crate for the little guy, a collar and leash, and a bunch of toys. Petco had everything and at a reasonable price.

Every 3 weeks my dogs go in to have their nails clipped and their teeth brushed. I am a Member of the Vital Care Program. Every time I go to check out, no matter who is at the register they never ring me up correctly. Today I went in to have my dogs nails cut. I went to the register to pay and a young man was there. His body odor was so bad you could have choked on it. He rang me up incorrectly and asked for the managers help. He walks up and he has long hair with a baseball cap on backwards. He has no idea how to help the kid at the register so they get the general manager. She walks up with a permanent scowl on her face. She takes over and has to ring me up again from the beginning. She finally solves the issue and says sorry. I told her I have this problem every time I come in. Again all she says is sorry. If it weren’t for the wonderful ladies in the grooming department, I would take my business elsewhere

I would give zero stars. They are price gouging on pet safe salt. $29.88 for an 8 lb bag. I just got a 40 lb bag for $25 at Premium pet supply. I will never go to one of your stores again. Absolutely ridiculous. Will be calling AH office and corporate tomorrow.

Had such a fun time! I always enjoy to see the animals and the toys you can get for the animals! I was trying to pick up a hampster ball. For my sugar glider. And it was fun to have the staff interested in my animal and their names. They all seemed interested in my animals. Ya. Great visit, great staff. Even just to take a walk around is fun!

Worse customer service experience. I placed an on-line order in store and got 1 item wrong and the black manager treated me as like I wasn't an customer. I got the wrong bags & She wouldn't let the cashier help me find the right doggie bags. So i said fine, just ringup my order and ill cancel the online one. The order she scan didnt give me my discount so I ask can i get them, they said no. Then the black female manager said she would help me so they switched counters. Before she came to the counter i went back to get the corrected items. She was supposed to help me but she started helping someone else and stated "I thought you left". So i walked out the store and call customer service to complain but they stated my order was canceled. I never left the parking so I went back in to to confront her about canceling my order. She stated, 'I thought you left". I never gave her consent to cancel my order. Then she tried to get cashier to agree with her about I told them to cancel my order. I been in that store too long so I left, that doesn't mean I dont want my order. Now im never coming back. I have had too many issues in this store. Yes I was unset for the way I was treated as an online customer. A customer is an customer.

I went to this place a while ago and they deleted my petco pals rewards with no warning. I had points I wanted to use on that card. I had that card for years and used an old out of service phone number with no issues. I know they tried to call it and probably didn't get through so they deleted the account. They couldn't set up another account either because I don't have a normal phone because I'm deaf. I use relay calling only which isn't compatible with calling machines. Then a lot of times I went there, I had to walk out because they would be out of stock on stuff for over a month. Then when I got my feeder mice IF they happened to be in stock, a few times there was only one in the box when I paid for the price of 3. Not a good place to shop anymore. I shop at another pet store now.

Two stars over a one because they have a decent selection. However, quality is low tier. Buy insects frequently for a monitor lizard including dubia roaches, wax worms, superworms, and hornworms. The dubias are frequently over a month old with multiple dead and no food in the containers. This week I was in a rush and didn’t check before I bought. All but 4 dubias were dead and the date on the container was 34 days prior. No food and tons of feces in the container. What do they expect, feed starved insects to our pets? They also don’t have much quality control as many containers don’t have as many bugs as listed on the package. I’ve mentioned multiple times now to employees yet nothing is ever done. I’ll drive further to other stores.

I have been taking my Havanese to be groomed here since she was 6 months old, so approximately 11 months now. She has been with Charlotte from the get go! Charlotte does an amazing job, and can cut Myra(dog) in a variety of styles, although we have a main we stick with now. Every employee I encounter is knowledgeable and kind. I signed up for thier premium rewards program and have found it to be worth it so far. I will see how it performs over the next year and update at that point.

I stood in the fish section and looked in every single stocked tank, and in all that time no employees came to see if I needed help. That would never happen at petsmart. Then I went to look in the cat section. And still no employees. Not sure if they are understaffed or what, it wasn't particularly busy in there. I'm headed to petsmart.

Found some Stella and Chewy freeze dried that was marked $5.99. WOW!! But then I got to the register and it rang up regular price. The cashier was very nice and offered to get a manager to override the amount. The manager came over and let us have it for the sale price because the tags from the prior week's sale were not removed. All in all a good experience but not Excellent because I wanted to buy more Stella and Chewy's but it wasn't really on sale!
