Very friendly and helpful! My poor pup got an ear infection while I was stuck in the hospital. We just moved here and our vet is in the thumb. They were very helpful in getting him seen and helping my husband with medication directions. Everyone was caring and enjoying my baby as much as he enjoyed them! Thank you for coming to my rescue and helping my husband and pup feel better!

Even though it was a Friday and their hours were reduced to 1:30 close, they got our dog in for an emergency appointment.The support staff and Dr were so kind and took such good care of our little friend, that I would recommend this Veterinary clinic most highly. If you are in or around West Branch and need services for your pet, I strongly recommend West Branch Veterinary Services. Dr. Scott Smith is the only Vet there that has seen my 2 year old dog- he’s wonderful! Great manner with pets and owners! The rest of the staff is exemplary! They are so kind, helpful, and loving toward my dog. They go out of their way to provide exceptional service! Feel so fortunate to have found them!

Dr. Smith was very professional and informative. He took the time to explain my dog’s conditions and provided a plan of action to restore my dog’s health. Best of all, my dog is very apprehensive about vets but Dr Smith was able to quickly establish a relationship.The office was clean and neutral in odor. Our exam room was cleaned immediately after we left (very reassuring).The staff were very professional, attentive and friendly. I felt that they truly enjoyed their work and didn’t view me and my dog as just another customer. I look forward to future visits. I feel that they understood my situation and I felt comfortable with the decision made.

We couldn't be more satisfied with the care given to our family cat. All staff we encountered there were friendly, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. They put our pet at ease. They educated us about our what services they thought our pet would benefit from but did not pressure us. The doctor took time explaining and teaching us about our pet's health issue and needs. We had a good experience there and won't be going anywhere else.

Dr Stein operated on my 15 year old Shih Tzu, Lucy, one year ago. A tumor and one side of her mammary glands were removed. This week Lucy was seen by Dr. Miller for her annual checkup. Lucy (16) is healthy, continues guarding the house, barking loud and strong. I highly recommend West Branch Veterinary Services.

They are the best here!! The Techs/Nurses are so kind and caring my dog and my Moms dog Gracie seen here, just LOVE them. All our animals have no fear of coming here, the price is also cheaper than a lot of other places around the area, we live in Roscommon and drive to West Branch to come here for our vet needs. The Vet is Awesome as well very gentle and kind with the animals and very through and only will do what you want and not try to over charge you or upsell like a lot of vet offices do. The front desk was great the got Gracie in on an Emergency very fast said to just bring her in and they were very understanding and kind with us. I can't say enough good things about this office!! I highly recommend!!!!!

I have been using West Branch Vet for a long time and am very happy with their services, including boarding.Recently, they they offered to take Bella for a weekend to observe her because she got depressed the last stay. Tina took care of her and watched her to see how she was doing.Tina did an excellent job and made a few suggestions to help Bella. I will be bringing Bella back for boarding next time I leave town.Thank you to all the Staff for your concern and caring.

Been thru alot of veterinary services over past 40 yrs. This is the best place I've been to for my best friends.a recent experience left an everlasting impression on me because not only are they good at what they do, they were kind in my most darkest hour losing my crown jewel THOR.
