We just moved to the state and decided to have my family RXs filled here. Big mistake!!! I couldn’t believe how rude the lady’s who work there are. The one man I dealt with was very nice but the good handful of times I met with the miserable ladys who works in the pharmacy. It’s totally unacceptable! If you hate the job that much then find somewhere else to work. No need to take your misery out on people who just want to get meds. It was always something everytime we went. On top of that you had to deal with the rude A$$ employees. We transferred all our scripts to rite aid and they are a lot nicer. They will get a good review and my future service because they choose to treat people with respect. I won’t ever be stepping in that store again.

*edit*The lead pharmacist Mark was a very kind guy he stayed 30 minutes after and made sure I had what I needed and had no issue he was a really cool person I have no complaint as far as him but the woman with blonde hair is someone that should be fired and I'll be calling corporate on her and I'm not the kind of person who leaves bad reviews and calls corporate I don't really believe in that kind of thing but this lady's unprofessionalism is just uncalled for!!!I would give them zero Stars if could, I will never use this Pharmacy again! I had my prescription filled from my doctor for 4 days, this medication makes you withdraw severely when you don't have. I come to pick it up today at about 5:30 you know because it's filled and I dealt with a blonde haired lady with very heavy makeup who is rude as soon as she spoke to me basically telling me it's closed out and trying to blame my doctor she literally says to me it's closed out and I'm like okay well what does that mean I don't know it's closed out and she just kept being so rude and I'm like okay so what should I do she says you're just going to have to come back tomorrow she was just so rude and just so uncooperative the moment she spoke to me so I call my doctor to trying to figure out why he closed it, so I was speaking to my doctor's representative who said the doctor didn't close it they did it and it was a lack on their part so as I'm standing there the blonde lady is telling the head pharmacist well you can tell her she can leave because she's not getting them today and just continued with her attitude, but she had no idea that Mark was on the phone with my doctor and that they were setting up to fill them for me after they close mark was a really nice guy stayed after 30 minutes and filled them for me I have no complaints about him he was a very nice guy the lady on the other hand has a serious attitude nothing but, told her I'm leaving a bad review. very unprofessional it's ridiculous how I was treated over their own mistake! Ill never come here again.

Poor customer service. Lost prescriptions, lack of basic humanity. It's a pharmacy right? Go to Rite-Aid - their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they go the extra mile to make sure they meet and/or exceed customer expectations.

The store seems ok but the pharmacy is beyond horrible. Most people I have dealt with there are absolutely IGNORANT and RUDE. Don't even know how to pronounce medication names let alone get an Rx correct. My husband was shorted 30 pills of his controlled substance. I am still waiting for a medication of mine to get back in stock for 5 DAYS now. You can't just tell someone oh well you can't take your meds now because they don't have it. 5 days!!!! The least they could've done was send it to another pharmacy who has it in stock. After this, I am done. Been a Walgreens customer for over 20 years and never had any issues until now. I will be taking my medications elsewhere hoping that another pharmacy can handle doing their job.

I would give this zero or one stars if I was judging only the pharmacy. I’m giving 2 stars because the young woman at the register for the rest of the store was polite and patient and efficient.But that pharmacy?? I got to listen to the pharmacist SCREAMING at someone through the drive thru about how busy she was and how she knew he had called his meds in yesterday but she was too busy to get them done today. She was rude, condescending, and made excuses.And to make it all worse? Everyone in the store could hear it. If I hadn’t been with someone else getting what they wanted at walgreens, I would have gone to rite aid across the street because of how terrible the pharmacist was behaving. That behavior was unprofessional, disgusting, and repelling.

While waiting line at the pharmacy I got overhear the pharmacist yelling, practically screaming at the window at the drive up. “Sir I can’t get your script ready until tomorrow, you would stop yelling and listen you would hear that I walked in to date 200 scripts. It’s never acceptable to refill several days late. This is especially true if you’ve had all day, and part of the day before.This store clearly has too many patients, or too little will to pay enough of a wage to get employees here. Either way if you want medication go somewhere else

Their pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced!! Their workers are clearly not trained. I've called there after receiving numerous voicemails(in one day) about prescriptions that are delayed or out of stock to be told it will be filled that day. In person I've had numerous people not able to locate a med that had been filled, or don't understand something in their system. They've tried to refill a medication that was not even due to be refilled (that could be a system flaw), but it seems to happen quite often. Walgreens needs to update their system and train their workers.

The pharmacist was immature and refused to call my mom's provider. Never was a problem previously. They wouldn't fill a perscription that was written that day. It wasn't even a controlled substance or anything, it was a B-12 shot (which you can buy over the counter). Never had any problems with the cashiers or other staff, but the pharmacy staff is a circus. I'm switching to Rite Aide from now on. They're located right across the street and the customer service is always better.

The store employees are nice and helpful and store is clean BUT the pharmacy is the WORST pharmacy as far as the techs. They are very very rude! My mom has a lot of medications and we moved them all across the street to Rite Aid because of their attitude! They act like they are doing us the favor, well they have lost a lot of money to this store due to this! The managers need to train better on customer service possibly or Walgreens need to pay better in order to get people that care about their jobs, not sure the solution but needs work!

Not sure what has happened to this place but it has gone down hill . We switched to Walgreens when Kmart closed and had really good customer service not much of a wait it was great . I’d say prolly in the last 8 months or longer the customer service is non existent , communication non existent . I was in there today to get my husbands script that should have been ready yesterday . He had a total of 3 of them but one wasn’t suppose to be ready till today so when I picked up scripts yesterday they told me two was ready . Not thinking anything of it left and realized the one he has been out of for two weeks I thought was one of the ones I was picking up yesterday wasn’t in the bag . So I go back in today to pick one up for my son and the one I didn’t get the day before . So the girl says one is ready and asked for a birthday so that tells me it’s my sons . So I asked her could you tell me what the hold up is which the day before they should have informed me there is a hold up on it which it was something to do with insurance but just cashes me out and sends me on my way . So I voiced that they should have said something the day before and she’s says there will be a 15 minute wait to take a seat on this script and I reply I don’t have time will have to come back she reply’s what ever . So this is the kind of people that this place has working . I know I’m not the only unsatisfied customer just from talk around town so yes you have lost another customer .

I just got back from the emergency room with my two years old daughter who has influenza and had a seizure from it, I stopped to get a prescription filled at Walgreens and I was second in line. After waiting over ten minutes, a lady came out from behind and said you need to come back later so she can go to lunch. I told here what do you want me to do drive home to Lupton and come back?I would of not have a problem if they had placed a sign in the aisle way that they are not taken any more customers, that way I didn't have to waste my time standing there. She was rude and not understanding at all and told me I could just wait in West Branch for them to return. Obviously I told her off and went to Rose City Pharmacy on my way home , here customer service is much better. I have been going to walgreens for years, but not anymore.

The customer service at this pharmacy is awful!! Rude and snotty. They couldn’t find my prescriptions and were extremely rude to me. Come to find out they had them but they misplaced them. Stay away from here if you expect no drama and not to have an issue getting the medication you need. It will not happen here. They also billed by insurance incorrectly and charged me co-pays that were not accurate. I have two insurances and they never bothered to bill them even after they were asked several times.

My prescription was faxed to the pharmacy by my doctor. They never notified me when it was ready. I called and was told it was returned to the shelf because I didn't pick it up. I asked them to fill it and notify me when it was ready. Again no notification. I went there and was told my doctor never faxed it over. My doctor was nice enough to send it again. Still not notified but I was able to pick it up 2 days later. What a cluster.

I have been using the Walgreens Rx in West Branch since Family Fair closed. There was a bit of a hiccup at first but was ironed out rather quickly. Then my Rx ins changed, another bump. The staff continued to help me through the changes, provided excellent service and filled the scripts I needed. Considering the covid mess I feel they did a great job.

I see why the overall review is 2.8. This pharmacy is THE worst to deal with. I went through them years back and hated it and was recently pushed back through them due to Family Fare closing. And now, right out the gate, rude and short. I hate this pharmacy and will be switching it out again. There are good employees in there but apparently they don't need everyone's business as they just had a 1500 patient buyout and the phones are ringing off the hook. Well good.

Hope you aren’t trying to pick up your prescriptions on your lunch hour and it happens to be around 1PM. That’s exactly what I was trying to do. The counter person had my prescriptions rung up and because my medical flex spend card would not read the rude pharmacist came over and told me I would have to come back after 2Pm because I was cutting into their lunch hour! Seriously everyone has to take a lunch at the same time? Seriously you couldn’t have taken my card and manually input the information? I mean it probably wouldn’t have taken any longer than it I did for the clerk to void out my transaction. So rude! I’ll be shopping around for a new pharmacy.

This pharmacy by far the worst in west branch prescriptions usually take days to fill and the staff is mostly trainees and can be rude. I'm leaving this message so I can maybe help save some people a headache. Seriously ANY pharmacy in West Branch is better than here. Personally I'm switching to Walmart

When i went to pick up my prescriptions on Saturday, 3/30/19, they were closed because they didn't have a pharmacist! Seriously? This is Walgreens. There is not one other pharmacist in the state of Michigan they could have brought in to cover? Well, I was going to go back to pick it up on Monday, but wasn't able to make it in. One of the Rx's I really needed for Monday night, and when I called to have them "un-fill" it so I could pick it up at a small local pharmacy, a woman named Tonya was extremely rude, and basically hung up on me. I was extremely nice, and at the end I asked her why she was mad a me when it wasn't my fault that they weren't open on Saturday. That's when she hung up. Oh, and by the way, it is an hour and a half round trip to get there. I'm going to be getting my prescriptions at my local Hometown pharmacy from now on. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Bye Walgreens!

I have never had less than stellar service from a Walgreens...until this one in Wast Branch, Mi. Pharmacy customer service is non existant, lost prescriptions, hold time on the phone to check on prescription was over 20 min, to be told they'd not filled the call in from 4 and a half hours ago.

Lousy customer service hold time is hold for hour no pickup of phone for three days because they screwed up on medicine diabetes . Finally got through on Saturday hope medicine ready for pickup on Monday morningneed to improve phone system and hire people who want to work and be nice to customers

Drove all the way back from midland on hold with the pharmacy!! When I was the next caller they picked up and hung up. Making me have to call back!! Horrible customer service!! Call the main part of the store they say they are not busy!! Completely unacceptable!! Hire better staff!!

The staff are very helpful and the store is clean and well taken care of. I gave a low score because their website blatantly lie about their needle take back program. They do not take back any used needles despite what their website says.
