Helpful employees, good prices for name brand products and clean. I buy all my paper products, soaps and cleaning supplies there. If you can get the digital coupons to download...it saves even more. Need a bigger store instead of stacking to the ceiling.

Fantastic store! The employees here are great. So friendly and helpful on a Wednesday morning. Got everything we needed on our way to visit a sick friend in the hospital. Store was full of great supplies at wonderful prices. Was quickly able to make up a cute gift basket! It was a fairly small location, but it was stuffed full of items, all very well stocked and the store well maintained. They were set up for their fall items, and beginning to clearance their summer. Everything was easy to find, pretty much right where you’d think it would be, no hide-n-seek needed, and unlike Walmart these days, prices were easily identified, and right there on the item! No guessing or having to track down an employee to price check. (No need to track down an employee anyway, they were readily available.) Stickers and price tags came off easily. They did not leave any residue, if you were wondering. Easily peeled off, which is always a bonus. Thank you, Dollar General! Check out was easy, with real humans and human interaction! Love that! And they were friendly and driven. All-in-all, a great location, friendly employees, fantastic service, and wonderful products.

I live rite around the corner of the west branch michigan dollar store, and I love it. I get alot of name brands food 25 or more cents cheaper than the big chains. I read that this store is seeking to move out of town and I am devestated. I walk just about everywhere and will rather go without than not have my dollar store. It is a nice store,quiet and very nice people work there.Thank you, Cj

The store was a little small and harder to manuver through the store. However there was so many good deals and prices and clearance sales, that I can overlook the crowded nature of the aisles. Will go back and will recommend this store to others, just due to the quality merchandise compared to the cheap prices.

I'm a daily shopper here. I love the cashiers! Always friendly. They're understaffed but not staff's fault. Just give a friendly shout to let them know you're ready to check out.

Recently was in the store and I’m not sure if it’s because it’s a busy time of year, lack of staffing or organization failure but the store was a mess. You can tell they do not have staff going around to fix and face items. I saw staff members not doing anything while others were working hard. I’ve heard from others that it’s usually a mess when they go in there too. Unsure why it’s such a mess and feels dirtier than any other DG I’ve been in.

My Dollar General in West Branch, Michigan has a great selection and wonderful employees. Sara the manager there is one of a kind, i think she deserves more recognition for going over and above for her customers and employees. I must say though i shop there a lot so ive been in there when your area or district managers im not sure what you call them but they are very rude to customers and dismissive with other employees. Otherwise i love my Dollar General.

Went to pick up a and w root beer that was on sale couldn't find anywhere cashier looked and couldn't find I finally found 3 12 packs on bottom shelf of table the way I see it if you have the pop on sale when its in the ad and only half through the week you should have a good supply

Stores always a mess, nothing is put away properly. Weeks of backs stock on carts in the aisles. Cant find anything. Makes me not want to go in there.
