I love this office, it has been years that I've come and gone from one vet to another. I love the staff, the office is run smoothly, I have rarely run into another client, never had wait to get in. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Korman is experienced and truly cares about my animals. Offering the best care without robbing the bank. I've found their prices to be reasonable, very important when having 3 cats and 2 dogs. I never knew the previous vet, I hear they were also great. Dr. Korman is wonderful and will do her very best when caring for and advising you on your animals care. ❤❤❤

I just switched vets and could not be happier. The staff here is wonderful - knowledgeable and so kind. Very reasonably priced too. I wish I had found this practice sooner.

I was in awe. They got our dog in for a same day appointment. They were so patient with him. It was the best veterinary experience I've ever had with any animal. Very cost friendly. He was able to get all the vaccines he needed before we left. 10/10 recommend.

Ever since they were bought out this place is awful. Constantly coming with ways that you have to bring your animal in so they get more money from you. My dog has yeast in her ears, chronic issue for a long time and now with the new vet they won’t call in the ear drops with out seeing my animal every time because they want to test to make sure it’s not something else. My cat with special diet for urinary issues and now they won’t approve his food without seeing him. Now they say he has to be seen every year to get a prescription food. Yet the previous owner had no problem approving his food. It’s food!!! So now I am just done. I would rather pay another vet to start over then to continue to use this place. Worst thing that ever happened was this place being sold to these people. A small town community that is being hammered with their increased rates and constant need to see a pet. Mailing it harder and harder for people to afford care for their animals. Beyond ridiculous that long time clients are being turned away because they want to collect more money on an office visit. They have also not served this community for 15 plus years like their website claims. Sandy and her husband Trevor served the community that long. This person has been here for maybe a year and I will be shocked if they are able to keep half the clients Sandy did. Impersonal and all about money. Not animal care. If they were they would have called me and said we are going to approve your pets food one last time but you will need to have him seen before we can renew it again. Instead they left my cat with no food. Thanks. Shows how much you actually care about my pet verses getting money.

This was an absolutely 5 star clinic until the owners sold to the new vet. While she is nice, there is definitely an air of judgement and pushiness to do the most expensive option. I don’t have the confidence that when I bring my pet in, that Katie will be reasonable. Sandi Klempner never pushed but was honest and would give advice as if treating her own animal. I was really hoping I wouldn’t have to switch but there is a reason so many are leaving this practice.Also Dr. Korman writing her own review of her practice is a bit odd.

I love this place. Dr. Sandi Klempner & her staff are such amazingly kind people that do such an awesome job. They show sincere love & care for my 7 & 1/2 yr old dachshund, Susie. I can't say enough good things about this place. Ive been taking my pets here for about almost 7 years now & I will continue to do so. I hope this review helps. I'm a huge animal lover & Dr. Sandi, Trevor & the rest of the staff always comes through for me. Love love love is a 4 legged baby ❤🐕❤🐩❤🐕❤

I was so pleased with this clinic. We took two cats we rescued to them, as opposed to our normal clinic. They treated them so well, the staff was great. They even squeezed us in with an unplanned second trip! The office is clean and the prices were good. Totally recommend. Our little rescues are thriving!

Great vet. People need to understand that if you need dedicated 30 mins consult for your pet you need to pay way more than what you are paying now. Veterinarians deal with surgery, anesthesia, emergencies, staff issues, client communication, documentation and many more while making little money. Don't be rude to your vet, have patience if possible appreciate your vet clinic staff with donuts. The vet costs are going up because most vets are burning out and don't want to work in the field. People being rude and leaving negative reviews won't help. All the best to this new owner.

The staff was friendly and professional. My pet was seen on time, the facility was clean. I chose to live in a small town for many reasons. Supporting small local businesses is a must. If you want your pet to be treated like a family member Webberville animal clinic is the place for you!

Dr. Korman is simply the best. We drive over an hour just to see her! And are happy to do so. She truly cares about her patients and always takes the time to answer questions, address concerns, and follow up. She is intelligent in her practice, caring and compassionate. Having Dr. Korman as our trusted vet puts my mind at extreme ease, knowing that our sweet boy will always receive the best veterinary care in her hands. Very friendly staff. The main Vet tech Sandy. Is a local treasure imo. You can tell she loves your dog/pet as much as you do. Very accommodating to people's schedules. Always knowledgeable about the best course of action, and determined to find out if options vary. Consoled me when my childhood dog had to be put down. Small facility, but just the best people who love animals.

I just left there They did not drain my dogs hematobin tech was very condescending and I will not be going back there and I've been years with that facility for 13 years and they rip me off not a good place to go I got blood all over got all over My $70 hey dudes and My grandma got a blood bath all over her yellow t-shirt and her $90 brand new pumas which In tax costed $100 worst experience ever at a vet ever in my life it was hell.

Sandy and Trevor are awesome! We have taken our dogs to many vets over the years, and it always seemed like the vets were more concerned with making money than their patients care, this is not the case with Webberville Animal Clinic, they truly care about animals, and it definitely shows. They take time to analyze and look over your pet, and make sure any concern you have that they address and find a solution for, and even give advice on the mental health of your pet too. We have a 1 year old German Shepard with high energy and anxiety and they gave us ways to help him have less anxiety and become less stressed, this was truly paramount! Highly Recommend!

We've been going to Webberville for a couple of years. A couple of cats, a couple of dogs....and we've had great service for all of them. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They were cost conscience (with older pets it can add up), and even my somewhat nervous older dog loves going. They are great.

Dr. Klempner and her staff are great! They are all super nice and helpful. You couldn't ask for more caring people to take care of your family's furbabies. They treat everyone and your pets like they are family.
