Dining room was closed at 605 am. I drove a vehicle oversized for the drive thru. So I knocked on the glass and was told they were closed until 7 am. As I walked away they serviced cars in the drive thru. If you don't want my business, this is how you don't get it. Three strikes, you’re out. On three separate occasions, I’ve placed an order without cheese, with the receipt attached to my food stating “no Amrcn Cheese.” On these three separate occasions, my food has come with cheese. It’s really doesn’t seem that complicated to me, as it is requiring less ingredients. I understand it’s fast food, but please read the orders. Sincerely a lactose intolerant girlie who would like you to stop putting your rancid cheese on my food xoxo

The only fast food place in our town. Ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg but was missing the egg. Also ordered a big breakfast. The eggs were very runny, sausage burnt, hash brown was cold and the biscuit was really dry.Very disappointed ☹️

This place is lousy. The sign says dining room open til 9pm on Saturdays, the doors were locked even the HC door was locked. I RANG THE WHITE BELL even and they still would not open the door. O needed tok get in and check my hemo connection amd empty my ostomy and get some fluid/juice aas my blloodsugar is low and they would not let me in. This is a public place and there is a law in Michigan that folks like me with ostomies are to be allowed access to toilet facilities upon demand/necessity too and they violated that Ive half a minfd to call the police/ sheriff and show the officer the mess they have sellfishly caused me. this place in the past has been a goto place I could count on to empty my ostony, give myself meds etc.....but no more! Hreible to do this to a HC person.

Smaller portions is despicable. And sheds an unsavoury light on McDonald's ownership, and directors. Half slice of cheese on Filet-O-Fish is a prime example. Telling customers it's because of flavor profile was sketchy excuse at best. We know that half slice with that many stores and orders means a million easily in savings. So now your just being greedy.

Well I went there at 7:10 am front door was closed,ring the bell twice, not a soul show up,only taking orders from a drive tru, call the location, no one answer, a bunch of trucks driver waiting to get some hot food in this wheather and yes,,McDonald's hours to open, is totally different at the one they post on the front door,,,shame on this manager.......

Lobby hours say open at 7a.m. Still locked at 7:15. No posted sign or indication as to why. Somebody can sue for false advertising.As Long Haul Truck Driver, I can't take my 18 wheeler thru the drive-up. Had to skip breakfast.

It's a smaller mcds, which all of them have decided to change quickly and not necessarily for the better in the last (2-3) years. They are busy which is great. It's a bummer though so many times they've messed up an easy order and the ice cream machine is always down. Coffee always needs a new brew, and sometimes food was stale an soggy or too dried up.Parking: It's just goofey. There's a good amount of parking. Then they started doing curb side and that,parking spots took up a whole side of the building for more parking only curb side thoughKid-friendliness: They've always been good with the kids. Maybe not always with some of the people coming in with their kids (crazy animals)

It's always something with this place. They either forget to add or subtract something or their machines are down or no credit cards accepted (only cash). They get plenty of business but can't management impliment certain standards and practices. At least they get the chicken nuggets right every time for my daughter. Had it not been for her I would never go here after all the issues.Kid-friendliness: At least they can get the kids menues right

I just came thru. Order two mcdoubles. I know mcdonald's isn't about quality. Both sandwiches were crushed a bit but fine. The buns were burned black inside, the patties burned black. There was hair in one, and I had to spit out something vile tasting. They usually are a 3/5, if I wasn't so far now, I would take it back.
