I've got a lot of good things to say about the people that run the storefront. Several of them have been nothing but awesome and genuinely good humans. However since the opening I've been watching the way the tax game is played here and I can confirm it is FISHY. As an MMMP patient I am given 10% excise cannabis tax off at recreational stores. Some even go as far as giving a round 15% off the total. However High Profile has removed the MEDICAL DISCOUNT completely from their store, but yet still have it represented on their website.This is the tipping point for me because clearly management doesn't give a rat's arse about the little guy.Icing on the cake? I interviewed for a packaging position with them, and when I got to the second interview the man who was supposedly interviewing me never showed up to the video conference I sat over 45 minutes past the initial start time waiting for a no show. Not even a call back saying "Sorry, we found someone more qualified." Which obviously would be completely understandable.I will be finding a new shop to purchase from, even if it means I drive into Lansing.Thank you to the real ones that run the store front.You know who you are, as you know who I am. My first trip to High profile of Webberville, and definitely my last.I got home, opened my bag, poured out one of the prepackaged halfs of "Grandi Guava" produced from "Strobel Farms", and not even joking, the first bud I picked up had a bug wing sticking out of the bud. To add to the bug wing, the flower is seedy and has quite a bit of stems. I contacted them and they told me all they can do is give me a discount. Do your body and pocket a favor and shop elsewhere, it was one of their cheaper bags but nonetheless, that is not an excuse for compromised quality and to be smoking bug pieces.

Use this dispensary quite often because it is the closest to me. Unfortunately, I keep getting different employees that are selling me the wrong product or bad product. One instance, I asked for a CCeell cartridge and I get a disposable.Another time I asked for recommendation on a brand, purchase the brand, and the cartridge doesn’t work. Just throwing money away and they offer 10% as compensation. Why is it my fault that their employees don’t know the products they are selling. I understand faulty product but to offer 10% my next purchase to make it right? Come on. Ryan the manager, also told me that there was no record of me even visiting the store and purchasing the wrong cart last night 4/11/24 at 8:57 P.M. even though it is required by Michigan to have record of everything. Nice. In my opinion, it is ran very poorly, all the way around. Will only be getting product here when I have literally zero other options. Do not recommend. Poor customer service, poor products. First time anything like this has happened and im flabbergasted at the customer service.I got a $40 oz of Granddaddy Purple from Hello Farms, and some of the buds have mold and smells musty.I called the same day I got it and they told me a person from corporate would be out the next day, and they'll call me. I even kept the oz so they can look at it when I went back.They got my number and everything. It's been three days and I have yet to receive a phone call. I shouldn't be the one who has to call and remind them, faulty product should be top priority for you guys but apparently they only care about money. A cheap oz shouldn't mean dirt quality. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

This is probably the 4th bad experience I've had coming here. I had a free complimentary pre roll AND gummies on my account, went to ask for those, and only gave me the option to pick one or the other. Apparently it was only one or the other and they made a deal out of it when i tried to get the other product which resulted in me only receiving one of those. If it says it on your website, why would it be such an issue to honor what it says? Even after pulling it up on my phone to show proof on my account there. I'm honestly over coming here and would rather drive out further to get BETTER and CHEAPER products.

The staff are nice but the price of the products are high. It's 420 today so I decided to hit up 4 dispensaries in lancing and hit high profile on the way back to howell. Every dispensary gave me something dispo gave a free 8th for spending 47 bucks because it's 420. Jars gave me 2 free prerolls and 100mg edible for spending 35. gage a free 8th I spent 32 bucks. house of dank I spent 143 and he gave me a free infused preroll and 2 100 MG edibles. I ordered 10 prerolls from high profile and nothing the prerolls I bought today 04/20/24 the bud was harvested on 10/31/23 so I paid 30 bucks after taxes and fee 38 for 10 reg prerolls that are 6 months old .all of them are crunchy and stale. Sense this place has opened the prices and deals have sucked. I thought at first it's was because they were new to webberville the thing I don't understand is why the house products are so expensive when their grow operation is almost right beside the dispensary. I don't know I've been 4 times and every time including the first wasn't great 20% off your first purchase that's it's. I would recommend actually putting out good deals and treating your customers alittle better. if you're going to sell stale pre-rolls mark them at a dollar or 2 a piece and inform its older stock I would not have bought these if I knew they were that old.

Eh prices aren’t so bad! Deals like 5/35 infused pre rolls, I normally get like 5/25 or 7/35 in whitmore lake but it’s not terrible for being in a small town without much competition. (You get to keep 2 stars) However when a new customer comes to your store they get 20% off…. Apparently tho when you get a deal…. The same deal anyone can buy even if you go there every single day…. like what’s mentioned above. You can’t have that 20% off even if it’s your first visit and you provide your phone number like they ask? So I got absolutely nothing for a first time visit which has never happened to me before at a dispensary. I will stick to where they value me as a customer and give me free stuff 😅 y’all can keep your 20% off full menu prices items! I’ve never heard anything so absurd… it’s a 1 time discount for a reason! Whatever I want to order that your offering - I should get 20% off that price! Special or not! (Like every other dispo I’ve been to)

Absolutely incredible service. Everyone I have dealt with has been as sweet as pie and an incredible human being. Absolutely love this place! Your staff is incredible and kind. I have no idea what all these negative reviews are about because I have never had anyone be even a little bit rude. You guys rock. I will never go anywhere else

The good:In person service is amazing, product is good, prices vary wildly, but there are good deals.Overall I'd recommend them.The bad: their website is atrocious. No price range filters, no dirt by price that works (it's an option, it's just always been broken) I'm a software developer, and this site truly is a mess. Hopefully they move back to Weedmaps.And their lobby system is... well there isn't one. They really need to give numbers out, people are always confused. Luckily the customers are as friendly as the staff, so no drama.

I won't be shopping here anymore. As someone with anxiety it's very overwhelming the workers aren't helpful. They throw a bunch of options in your face then stare at you like you remembered any of the 10+ products they just listed off. They ask a bunch of questions I don't understand then again stare you blankly like you're wasting their time. They're not welcoming enough for me to feel comfortable asking questions. I walked out with nothing I went in there for. Not to mention the whole environment is too quiet anyone not helping a customer is just sitting there staring at you making me even more shy. play some good music add some dividers. Do something because the vibe sucks

I myself am not a huge cannabis/weed expert. I use it once in a while for seizures etc. This place is nice great variety or stock in. Always helpful, they also have a drive up service which is SO nice, love the staff too.

I hate how they keep their products hidden away in cabinets so it's impossible to visually see the selection of vapes in person. Other dispensaries don't do this. Also sitting in the waiting room like a doctors office with everyone staring ar each other is pretty cringe, other dispos they put me in a short quick line like at the counter like any normal convenience store would and it's fast. The people are great but the logistics of this place sucks. Their prices are a bit higher then competition too. Acceptable performance for the dry county nextdoor that doesn'thave a selectionof stores to pick from . 2/5 ✌️

Please get crude boys infused pre rolls it's a great brand and all you keep in stock is shake but sometimes an infused pre roll from that brand would be great I am a VERY loyal customer you KNOW I will buy them

Wow. I've never been this disappointed with a dispensary before just paid $60 for two pre-rolls and it's not even a whole joint. SUPER EXPENSIVE. Feel like I just got robbed. It's worth the drive to a different dispensary not to get ripped off.👎👎

Never have I ever just felt unwanted at a dispensary… this is why I’ve started taking the extra hike to Ann Arbor for better prices and hell of a lot better products.. will not be returning

** Edit 12/9/23 I still love the people who work here and it's still a good store, but I'm knocking off stars for their policy re: damaged products. I was sold a bottle of tonic with THC, and the safety seal was not on when I went to open it later, and the product smelled very off, but due to policy I can't get a replacement or refund. I found this very disappointing as their customer service is usually excellent, but I think I'll go elsewhere next time. Selling damaged product and just expecting the customer to accept it as policy is really not okay. **Great store, very clean and well-organized with attractive product displays. All of the staff have been great every time I've visited, even when I've been unhelpfully vague on what I wanted I've never had a bad experience. I don't buy flower, but they have a decent selection of vapes and edibles, and the edibles especially are a good deal. Special shout-out to the budtender working the afternoon of March 19th, he was really nice and made me laugh. Great employees and good products, easy to find location, although it's kind of the middle of nowhere.

Kristine was very informed and patient throughout my awkward rambling very highly (no pun intended) recommend. Clean and friendly staff. Chill vibe. Be careful what you purchase from them. We purchased two vapes and one wasn’t working. Okay, no big deal maybe it’s dead. I charged it for over 24hrs and it was still dead. Realizing we clearly got a lemon I went back to return it with the receipt. They told us unfortunately we can’t help you you’ll have to reach out to the manufacturer. I get you can’t return most things to a weed store but if something is defective at least stand behind what you sell instead of being shady. I hate when companies make you into a Karen but here we are!
