We went here on Sunday to purchase some new boots, but no one offered to help us. It wasn’t very busy, and we saw several staff members but felt so ignored! Although there were 4 people behind the counter when we walked in, they looked at us but we weren’t greeted, we browsed the store for over 20 minutes and not a single person would even look in our direction. Two younger women on staff literally stood at the end of the isle about 4 ft away from me talking about the different horses they’ve owned and training them, and I felt weird interrupting them to ask for help. We will definitely not be coming back in the future. We’d prefer to spend our money where we are seen and valued.

Jackson's is the best western store in Michigan. I have been coming to this store for 25 years. If they do not have your size or the style you're looking for they will help you get it ordered. Absolutely love this store!

Nice store a lot of selections but while we were in there I felt like the one lady was staring at us the entire time we were just browsing. My daughter was petrified of her, if my kids wouldn't have been upset I would've had them put their items back and left I just thought it was like she was a security guard and even if you smiled at her she was not a friendly person.

I really enjoy the store and selection of products. The only thing that I can say that was a negative is we drive over an hour ride and my wife and I will comb the store 2 or 3 times before we make our selections and I feel it makes the sales people uneasy like we are scheming or going to steal from them at which point they make us feel rushed and uneasy. Otherwise a great little store and have never left dissatisfied with my purchase.

The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, helpful but not annoying. Prices are good and the personal service and extra care is wonderful. The selection is phenomenal. They made sure my boots were stretched to my needs, comfortable and what I wanted. Without their service I would probably just have a pricey decor piece and never wear them.

This shop has a good variety of commonly used horse equipment and supplies. They have a good selection of helmets, clothing, toys and a ton of cowboy boots. Saddle pads are hard to find right now but they had a great selection and in multiple sizes. My horse takes a 28" pad and there are not easy to find. Today they had a bunch.

I bought a Resistol-George Strait design western straw hat last week & the staff was very helpful making my selection! They answered all of my other questions as well with different products.This week I had them clean & shape my Stetson fur felt hat that I have owned for several years, it looks great now! The shape is better for me than when I bought it new in Tombstone,AZ.Great store & staff, it is the place to go! Thanks much

Excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to assist their customers. Plus, they have the most complete Stetson inventory I have found in Southern MI and Northern Indiana. At this point I don't even go to another store for a hat. I just go to Jacksons and they have exactly what I want. It's so refreshing to find a store that sincerely practices customer service. We stop in all the time when we are down south but this time we brought my husband’s grandpas hats to have cleaned and shaped. They did a fantastic job and were so helpful! These old hats had been sitting for years and were in rough shape and they brought them back to life!

It’s our son’s favorite western store, not sure why... he’s wheelchair bound so we wish this place was more handicap accessible cause it’s very small and not accessible for special needs folks, steps to shop for clothes and so packed that he can’t shop... wish he would stop thinking they care, he thinks they’ll fix it every year we come up... their nice in there but it doesn’t matter if he can’t shop!

Everyone in this store is so helpful. We don't live near there so I just call and they pick out the size I want and send me pictures by email and then mail it to me when I decide what I want. They even sent a thank you card along with the package. They are the greatest.

I wish I could remember the name of the girl that helped me but she was great. she took her time to explain how a boot should fit, what you can do to make sure you take care of them and even was great with my 17 month old that was flirting with her. I will be back for sure.
