Unaware of what's in stock (inventory/on the floor). Have a hard time replacing warrantee items (Don't have in stock and can't find our rewards, purchases) no offer to order, warranty replacements. Could possibly use new management and staff training courses on customer service, products, warrantees and systems training...

Great store with friendly staff. This is my go to place to buy my work boots as the quality seems to be better than everywhere else. I've never had a rude employee there, even when my little dog peed on the floor.

Paid a visit and returned an item. Unbelievable how rude the guy was at checkout. The girl at checkout was alone and it got busy for her. The guy comes up and had an ATTITUDE because we were returning an item and didn't have our receipt. He had to look my husband up and God forbid it took an extra "30" seconds to do such a thing.Me and my husband are friendly to people BUT in this instance "I" wanted to say something but my husband wouldn't let me. I mumbled under my breath though.If you are going to work in customer service, PLEASE have a little more respect for your customers.

Almost everyone there is really darn helpful. A lot of the employees are quite experienced. Use the store 4 many of our higher expense purchases. we like the way they help us treat us and their prices are very competitive . Sometimes they run out of items other than that they are almost perfect.

This store is spacious, always clean, and always smells good! The people are friendly and they stock many sizes of jeans and boots. My son always loves looking at all the toys they have. They have a wide selection of seasonally appropriate outdoor clothing and gear. The bathrooms have been clean!

Great place, sometimes.They sell Royal Oak charcoal. Er, ah. Some of them do! The only FAIRLY priced briquettes, that actually BURN SLOW on the market. Hard to find and they are all supposed to have it....Guess not.Screw Kingsford! Trash briquettes!

Always, my go to supply store. Usually always stocked well, clean, helpful staff. Boot selection cut way down recently. Free to sign up for the rewards, then they send nice coupons in the mail. Rewards account also AWESOME because if you lose a reciept they can look up your purchase by your phone number.! Keep up the good work Farm and Home.

They have everything. Kinda pricy but when you really have to have it this is the place to go.ETA: 18 months or so ago (on a Sunday) the pilot went out on my furnace. Couldn't get it to relight due to wind blowing out whatever I tried to light it with. A shot in the dark I came here for one of those butane matches but I was afraid I wouldn't find one long enough to reach into the burner. They had THREE different lengths of butane match! 15 minutes later I had heat. Like I said, they have it all here!
