I went into this store and none of the workers were wearing masks. I asked the cashier about it. She said if we are behind the counter then we don't have to. But if we are on the sales floor then we have to. But no one on the sales floor had them on either. She said by law we have to put signs that say u have to wear masks in here but we can't stop u from coming in if u don't.

Horrible store manager named Brenda! Worst service ever! Tried to check out using my credit card and they kept forcing me to enter a pin number. I don't have one, never, ever had this issue shopping at family Dollar. I couldn't check out because of this. I asked for the corporate help number to ask about this and she told me to Google it, it's my problem. This is all after I had to stand and wait 5 minutes for the 2 employees to finish their personal conversation before they would even acknowledge me. The worst!

Horrible customer service. Everytime I come here the employees are talking negative about the last customer. Working in the retail field I understand how hard it can be but seriously... Everytime I come in. I will choose to spend my money at another location before I spend another dollar here. I'm sure I was the next conversation that happened when I left. I wish I had the ability to give them 0 ⭐

Good store for good prices on home needs such as cleaning supplies and laundry needs. Has decent amount of dog/cat foods dry&wet foods with treats. Dairy products seem a bit high.
