We absolutely love Miss Carla and we will miss her truly truly miss her and we're so blessed to have Heather there too Heather and Louise have a awesome awesome Bond she's like her second mom so when I leave her there I'm always so comfortable we are so blessed to have these groomers in our life Louise and I love them all very much and they are awesome at what they do I wouldn't take my little girl anywhere else

It was my first time getting a dog groomed here, also was the first time getting groomed for my new dog. They asked me many questions about her, so that means they care about the dog, want to know how to approach her and so they know how to work with her. They were upfront about price, time and also how she did after the grooming! Although my dog isn't a complex groom they still did amazing with what I asked them to do and I will be using them for all my grooming needs!

So impressed! From the first phone call to set up an appointment for our two dogs, we received nothing but amazing customer service. Upon arrival we were asked several questions about our dogs health and any concerns we may have, as well as what we look for in the haircut/style. When we picked them up we couldn’t have been happier...our dogs look fantastic with haircuts that were just as we described! Everyone there was so friendly! We’ve already set up our next appointment! Highly recommend!

I love taking my dog to Carla and her team. They are really friendly but also professional. I'm happy every time I take my dog to her. Carla knows so much about dog behavior - I always advise with her if I have a question about how my dog is acting or reacting to something. And it makes me really trust her with my dog when he's at her shop. I know she is taking care of him because she understands what he needs to feel calm.

They did an amazing job! I dropped my fur ball of an Aussie off and picked up a well groomed puppy. Smells good and his coat is so soft. Very pleased with the experience.

First time I’ve takin my husky to a groomer and they made it very easy. Price was excellent and their knowledge in their field was superb. I will be going again for sure. On a side note they support law enforcement and their K9’s....which is exceptionally cool in today’s world.
