Dollar tree was great I didn't have all the money to pay for my items A lady behind me named Star offered to pay for four items so I would be able to take everything home Thank you star, also the manager Lynn was very helpful and I noticed she works very hard to keep her customers happy and her employees moving in a great working environment this Dollar tree has everything that you should be able to want for home as far as some kitchen items to little snacks and to hygiene products I definitely recommend going to this Dollar tree I give them 10 stars

This is your typical dollar tree store, they keep it pretty well stocked and it’s usually clean and tidy. The staff has always been helpful and friendly when I’ve been there. Are usually walk there so I appreciate the fact that there is a bathroom to use you just have to get a key from the clerk. It’s a pretty large store compared to some dollar trees so the variety is good and of course the price is always right.

I always enjoy shopping at Dollar Tree. Every time I visit my local store, they have something new along with my normal basic shopping needs. I love the new tea selection. The store I frequent has improved it's overall experience. I enjoy the staff and there consistent positive attitude towards even the most difficult customers.

Sunday hours say closes at 8pm. I arrived at 7:40 and they were closed.Today, Thursday, at 2:30 I tried calling and NO ONE answers the phone.The dollar tree in Benton Harbor has a sign out closed until further notice.I think dollar tree might be in trouble. This one sure doesn't seem to be open now either. Darn shame.

The store is clean and stocked (most of the time) but not open all the time. Close at 5pm on most days, and closed completely on other days. Went in last week and they had 2 managers and 3 cashiers, one was just walking around with long line of customers and other had to be called to front because they were closing at 5pm and it was 4:50 pm. Only explanation was corporate says when to close.

Monday thru Saturday posted hours are 9a-9p but sitting here on a Wednesday at 9:40a the doors are still locked, with the worker just getting dropped off. Staff just making up their own hours instead of operating the business based on the door and online posted business hours. 😡

Update your hours online. I wasted my gas and time coming from Covert to find out you are closed for 2 more hours.

Wonderful! It is a great store to stop at and pick up a few things that are needed at home and not have to spend 3 or more times the money. So you don't go broke because you just need 10 small things.

Dollar Tree is my first go to store for cards,kit stuff,decorations. It's a small local store but always have items in stock. Staff always friendly.

I love the one in watervliet Mi. a lil small missing alot of stuff but at the same time cleanear and neat ..not like the one in benton harbor mi. Cashier really friendly

Bro! Halloween and Fall stuff is SO CHEAP. Same stuff as Michael's but instead of $20, it is $1. It would be a 5 stat but they didn't have fly traps or a fly swatter.
