Stay here at least once a year. This past weekend was a horrible experience. People in the room next to us obnoxiously loud at 3am in the morning on Friday. Informed front desk next morning. They asked us to write up a complaint. We did. Saturday night, same thing. We called security at 3am. Others must have called too as we heard them 3 times come to their door. Noise, loud partying continued. We got up and left at 5:30am it was so ridiculous. When we left, the party people had the back door propped open, beer cans all over, smoke in the hallway. Called from the road as soon as front desk opened to let them know. Mary was upset that we had to deal with that. Greg got on the phone next. He really showed no concern. Said Craig would us. We had to call Craig the next day. He was horrible. Said they had a right to party and it was some sort of tribal dance party thing. Horrible, horrible experience. Asked for credit back. Still have not seen it.

Some of the rooms are a little run down. But, overall it's a nice place to stay if you're looking to tie one on and gamble. The pool and hot tub are niceNearby activities: Golf and gambling

We had a great time at this hotel. The casino was attached and we liked the convenience. There was also a cafe which was convenient as well. The room was clean. We had a deluxe room with a fireplace and jacuzzi. It was very comfortable and spacious. We did use the fireplace but not the jacuzzi. The pool was small but looked clean and they also had a workout room.

I was very happy with my recent visit. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is arranged around a courtyard, so if you are lucky to have one of the inside rooms, you have a nice view. One thing lacking was no coffeemaker in room, but there was coffee in the lobby.

We had an awesome time. We were touring the area on the motorcycle and stopped in for some sleep. Everyone was super nice, clean hotel and super quiet which was unexpected. We got to play a bit at the casino, relaxed in the hot tub and got a great night's sleep before hitting the road again.

Overall experience 2.5 out of 5. 2 beds in the room. The bed we used was clean. The other was dirty. Hairs in the sheets. No coffee pot, no microwave, no fridge. Food was awesome. Employees that I met were great. I was in room 232 night of aug 31 2021. Didnt find hairs in the other bed till very early morning. Because we didnt use it, just decided to look at sheets, because I was bored. My girlfriend gambles I dont. Hairs found at 1:30 am. If there were no hairs and I had coffee I would rate it 4.75. Again the bed we used was clean.

Affordable during the week. No fridge or microwave in room, but there was a microwave in the lobby and free coffee all day. Room was nice. They have a pool, hot tub, and sauna, and those were okay. Only thing that I was really bummed about was the restaurant was closed in the morning, so we had to find breakfast in town.Casino area was okay, nice decor, but the floor layout was confusing to navigate and the bar was in a separate room.

Where do I start! First off after checking in we got to the room which was clean to find NO coffee maker! When I called down to get one they said because of covid they were not allowed to put them in room. The coffee service in lobby was also stopped. The restaurant that had coffee was closed both days we were going to be there! I asked her where I could get coffee she said at the gas station on the property. I immediately cancelled the 2nd night we were going to stay! We then went down to the casino to play and noticed we were only given one key. On the way down we stopped at the desk to get another key and were told...they had a shortage of the plastic cards to make keys and we could only get one😳😳😳😳😳😳 the poor girl at the desk was probably wondering why we were laughing so hard...unbelieveable. On a good note the food at the bar and grill was okay but it is only open noon to 10 so dont get hungry any other time in this place. We slept good and appreciated the fact that they give vets 25% discount on rooms and food. Place just wasnt run very well. Girls at desk were trying but they had no management!

We took a weekend snowmobile ride around the central UP staying here for two nights. MAKE RESERVATIONS!!! People showed up without reservations and were turned away as the place was packed with trail riders.The rooms were very clean and the staff friendly. We forgot that as non smokers the no smoking rule does not apply here so the bar was a let down with cigarette smoke filling the air. That of course didn’t deter us but our clothing smelling like a bar reminded us of how much we like the no smoking in public rule.

Way more negatives than positives for this hotel! Stay there for a snowmobile trip for 4 days.Checking-in took forever.Heat in our room didn't work, on the one of the coldest days in February. Repairman came to look at it and told us there's nothing he can do to fix it. Apparently they are in the process of replacing them. Didn't do us any good with a cold room.Hot tub was broken for over a week!Bartenders had terrible customer service, badly mixed drinks and overpriced.Bar didn't even have darts for the dart boards, all darts had broken tips.Restaurant in the hotel was okay.Will not be going back.

Not impressed with this place at all. Waited forever for my meal in the restaurant. Room very clean and bed comfortable. Sheets very old, had holes in them and holes in the pillowcases. Pillows very thin. Blankets were cheap, I couldn't stand the feel of them...wore my jacket to keep warm.

This is the most horrible place ever. If I could rate it less than one star I would.We checked in with no problem.We opened our bed and there were two live bugs between the sheets.I called the front desk and asked for help the new attended was very rude and I asked for help he said someone would be there shortly.After 45 minutes I walked to the front desk. I got the manager on duty and a security guard telling me I was intoxicated.The manager proceeded to grab new sheets and beding walked in my room with my wife and 4 year old son threw them on the bed still folded and walked out of the room.We had to try to sleep with three of us in the other bed. We found a dirty sock in that bed.I attempted to call the general manager of the hotel and he refused to even return my call.Stay away from this hotel customer service is the worst I have ever seen.

Very inexpensive. Rooms are dated. Updating and some minor repairs would make a big difference. Received 4 coupons for future stays for the 2 of us. Joined players club at the casino and each my husband and I got a welcome envelope with FREE hot dog and fries from snack bar. (4) $2 drink coupons each. Buy one get one on the buffet. $10 @ free play. And the room was only $55. Our stay was almost free. :)

I stayed here one night, the breakfast area was not conveniently placed, the beds were uncomfortable and hard, should probably look into getting new beds. It was an average hotel room but ive been to better places. Probably will not stay here again.

Great rooms. Updated beds and Tv's. Excellent rates- somewhere around $60 a night. Restaurant needs some overhauls with staff, food prep, and wait times. The cafe was excellent however.

The hotel is great, but the casino is awful. The people that work at the casino are rude and judgmental. The small restaurant made me wait for at least 15 minutes to just get chicken tenders and fries, and when I got the fries they were still basically frozen. I didn't mind the wait knowing it's in a casino and it was saturday, but the fact that my fries were hardly cooked made me want my money back.
