First, let me say the staff at the store are awesome. Always friendly and professional. But the condition of the exterior building is shameful. It’s been in poor condition all summer. It’s very disappointing and disrespectful to the local residents.

Very disappointed in my experience at the pharmacy two days ago. My daughter had just had oral surgery that morning and the surgeon prescribed a few hydrocodone pills for pain. I came to Rite Aid after the CVS two miles north said there was a manufacturer shortage and they could not fill it. I had asked the doctor's office to send the prescription over to Rite Aid and there were difficulties in getting it there. The pharmacy staff did not attempt to assist with the doctor's office except for one call where the doctor's office told me they were told by the pharmacy the meds were not in stock (which resulted in a further delay to get the script over to the pharmacy). Pharmacy staff denied saying this and instead said the doctor's office was not able to verbally give them the information they needed to check to see if they had it. Completely confusing. After nearly two hours, the pharmacy finally filled the prescription, but not before throwing up what I believe were roadblocks in hopes that I would leave the store and they would not have to fill an opioid. On a follow-up call with the doctor's office, they told me that they could hear the pharmacy staff speaking to me over my phone, and they could not believe the rude tone and lack of helpfulness. It seems that my experience was the talk of their office. I am sure there are extra rules to follow when dispensing certain types of medications, but that doesn't excuse a business for treating a customer in this manner.

Ally and Ken, are 2 very capable pharmacists and managers, they’re very helpful and efficient, with minimal wait time on refills. Highly recommend the Washington Township branch for all your personal care and prescription drug needs!

I have never seen or heard of such a horrible way for a covid test in my life and these people should be accountable. My frien had a covid test done thru drive thru 10 DAYS AGO!!! THEY NEVER CALLED HER SHE HAD TO CALL TGEM GO SIT IN THERE PARKING LOT FOR 45 MINUTES YO BE TOLD SHE NEEDED TO RAKE ANOTHRR ONE, SO SO UNPROFESSIONAL so just to let you know its not a big deal to rite aid on van Dykee I could go on but its not worth it I just needed to say this cause she still doesn't even know if she had it or not. Great first response team there. Thanks fir your concern

The pharmacist Ken did both of my COVID shots and it was the most seem less experience especially being terrified of shots. Give that man a raise!!
